It’s been a couple of months, but I really wanted to send a proper thank you for my stay from 12-14 December 2025. I had a smooth and pleasant stay, and the hospitality was exceptional. I want to give a special thanks to a receptionist who is working at the front desk. His name is Adrian (apologies if I misspelled his name). I really appreciated his positive energy and genuine helpfulness. He made everything so easy for me, Thank you for making this stay a memorable one.

Overall it is good but not great. It’s a price/ performance place with great breakfast and location that is close to a metro station.

The room reminded me of a university dorm room. Too basic, it didn't look like other ibis hotels that I visited in London, more modern, cozy. The price was extremely high for that type of room, it was very very cold (there was a snow alert in Spain) and at reception they tell you that you have to turn on the heating yourself when you arrive. In addition, the building is surrounded by very annoying works. Very early in the morning they wake you up, work site in the middle of the street that makes the entire building shake so you couldn't sleep well either. The room had dust and dirt in the corners. The breakfast was good but the small dining room was always full and there was no space. The bar service is very poor, the staff is at the reception and it is obvious that they do not want to serve the bar, the girl in the evening looks disagree all the time and drags her feet towards the bar as a sign that I don't want to serve you, you ask them and they tell you to go outside to the bars around the hotel. The rest of the staff, some (I understand they were the managers) were very very nice, the rest meh
