The service was generally fine, but as a Silver ALL Accor member, I did not feel that the membership benefits were particularly recognized or valued at this hotel. I personally asked reception whether a late check-out until 5:00 p.m. might be possible, as I had urgent work to complete. Unfortunately, my request was dismissed quite quickly, without any apparent effort to check whether it could be accommodated as a Silver member benefit or even offered for an additional fee. I would have appreciated a more customer-oriented response, even if the final answer had still been no. Overall, the service approach felt more consistent with a basic budget hotel, although even budget properties can provide attentive and thoughtful service that encourages guests to return. I was also disappointed to discover that my stay was not eligible to earn ALL Accor points. This should have been made much clearer before booking, particularly for loyalty programme members. Finding this out only afterwards felt misleading. Unfortunately, given the overall experience, if I have other reasonable options in the future, I would be unlikely to choose this hotel again.

It was a pleasant stay. This was our second time staying at this hotel and, despite the negative comments, I think it keeps getting better, from the cleanliness, to the condition of the rooms, to the breakfast. Everything was as expected. There is construction work going on right in front of the hotel. When we arrived, we were worried that the noise might be an issue, but fortunately it wasn't. We stayed in a room relatively close to the construction site and didn't hear any noise during the day. I highly recommend it, especially for large families.

Though there’s lots of construction in the area, this little gem stands out once you enter. Very clean and new. The room, though small, had everything including AC control. Soap for sink and another for the shower, and not the cheap soap. Bed and pillow were comfy and there was a small rack to hang a few items. Would def stay again.

No complaints from my end. Stayed for a short solo trip for the Ye concert. Room was adequate as it had necessities such as AC, cleanliness and WiFi. Location was great as it was close to anything I needed for my trip which were the Metropolitano Stadium, supermarkets, restaurants, airport, and public transport all of which are in walking distance. Airport is also pretty close by so taxi costs are minimal. Staff were welcoming and nice so the experience overall was smooth and efficient. Moreover, the room was cleaned and new towels and bed sheets were provided everyday. All in all, cannot complain for the price as well as the fact that many things are within walking distance so it saves you a lot of money especially with taxis as during events they are very pricey (around 40-60 euro from hotel to Metropolitano during concert days).
