We had a really good 8 night stay at the hotel. Looking forward to coming back in March this year. The only three comments I would have are. 1) We really missed the Gymnasium (but understand that this is going to be ready soon), so that is ok. 2) Breakfast menu after 8 days lacked some variety. 3) Dinner menu: we struggled to find a dishes on the menu. These comments are not to be taken negatively. We really enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to come back. See you in March!!

Liked the ambience but found no public transport options near-by. Also there were no details on which places to see, shop when in Madrid. Breakfast was good but lacked variety for everyday. Guest staying long gets bored. No drinking water facility available in sight is another concern.

i booked the hotel because a gym was listed....and it was not available as still being rebuilt. this is what says on the website: "Fitness center, Piscina de verano y Terraza Chill out" and there is a photo on the site as well. dissapointing.

Reception unusual but very modern and funky. People very friendly and well informed. Rooms are very modern and well laid out. The modern connected tv is a great feature in the room. Bathroom and shower fantastic. Room service is very limited and I did not find something to eat for dinner having arrived after 11:30. Breakfast has a good selection but hot food was cold. Hotel has no vending machine so you can’t get a soft drink and snack without going into bar. Great that the hotel has a shuttle to my office which was fast and efficiently operated and driver was great in pointing me to my office as it was my first visit

Great staff, helpful in everything. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was yummy, tiny bit expensive but kids ate free. Dinner menu needs to be expanded a bit but what we did have was delicious. Convenient location with bus access. Close to airport too.

We were extremely pleased with our service. Our original reservation was for the Madrid Ibis Centro. Due to a technical problem at that hotel, our reservation was automatically changed to the Novotel. We were informed in advance of the change, and we appreciated that!

One year ago our visit was planned, but Then a strike at the airport spoiled the fun. So about Exactly one year later Tried again. The new hotel, it has been rebuild, was Very good. We Also like the new concept of this hotel. It was more personal then ever. Breakfast Very good. Beds good, as was the sofa For the kids. Also the atmosphere in bar was too our liking. We will come again!

The hotel is a good but simple 4 star hotel. Service is kind and efficient but could be expanded. Little to no personal interaction on check in and out. I wasn't even asked if I would like to leave my credit card details so I could charge things to the room. So this wasn't possible. Furthermore, the bar and restaurant are uninspired, the food is good, but the atmosphere is lacking. Service was good. I would only recommend going to this hotel, when on business and no real service is necessary.

Staff is great, breakfast is very good and room comfortable and clean but... right in front of the elevator, it was TOO NOISY !!! Almost didn't sleep, this is a really bad idea to have rooms so close to the elevator.

Warm welcome from reception team, they make you feel like home. Always greetings/smiling... We've got the new model room which was well designed and equipped with many facilities/furniture you may think about. The staff in the resto was also very kind (Alberto, Anabella,...) The kids were happy to find a play corner, the house keeping did very well. The location is great near 53 bus stop which go to the city center (Puerta del Sol) and also 3min walk from wonderful mosque/Islamic cultural center having a Halal restaurant (Al-Zahraa) inside it serving delicious Mediterranean meals. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and wish them best of luck
