Took 15 minutes for reception to find hydroalcoolique gel even though they serve cookies, ca does etc. Wine glasses are too expensive. My towels were taken and not replaced the first night. Strange to share same building with Ibis Styles. Also we should have the option to exclude breakfast in our corporate (Amadeus) rate.

In Our Priority Welcome Area we have cookies and also Sweets and there is tweezers, little cardboard containers and napkins but we take your nice suggestion and we will add some wet towels too. We will pass the information about the towels to housekeeping to improve the service Finally the Business rate negotiated with this hotel by your company includes breakfast because your company wants it this way. I am sure that they will accept your suggestions for the following year in order to change that and maybe have 2 options We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Good stay but way too hot in the rooms

Wasn't the best stay last week, I had trouble sleeping every night due to the temperature in the rooms, I was told that the aircon was not enabled at this time of year and only the heating, I was sleeping with the window open and heating off however it was still too warm and super noisy. Also, still no water available in the gym, I mentioned this 12months ago when I last stayed at the hotel.

Novotel is very clean and neat. Friendly staff everywhere. only thing i would suggest is a bit more variety with breakfast (including fruits). Besides that, perfect place to rest!
