In general, a stay at an Ibis is always predictable. What disappointed me was: the room had a non-functioning air conditioner, and the breakfast was well below expectations.

i was given a key to a room which was already OCCUPIED! and i could enter and there was personal stuff of another visitor, he was not there but i could have intruded! this is such a security and safety breach! breakfast really really poor

Staff was super kind. The room is super basic, but it's clean and mattress and pillows are comfortable. However, it was quite cold. Additionally, the flashing light of the fire alarm right on top of the bed made it very uncomfortable to sleep. It should be place near the door or somewhere is not flashing right into your eyes. Price due to Fitur was outrageous (180 euros).

The usual consistency of service. The hotel is very well located. Though not in the city center, is very well served of public transport, with the subway line 5 crossing Madrid and favoring changes to any other line. Also several bus routes are available. One can get to the airport in no time. Comfortable beds, good hot water pressure, breakfast served until 11:30 AM on weekends, the sympathy of the staff, etc.

It was not awful, the hotel was near public transportation. The room turned out to be really small and the bathroom was divided in three different "zones" which made it really uncomfortable but it was clean at least.

Necesitaba una habitación simplemente para dormir tranquilamente y ducharme, y eso fue lo que obtuve. Aunque el precio fue excesivo ya que era un fin de semana de muchísima demanda. Aún así, estoy en desacuerdo con que las tarifas de los hoteles aumente tanto según la demanda.
