Even if we did the check in online, we had to queue in the reception and wait more than 20 mins for the employee to give us the keys. One day the room was not cleaned up. They made mistakes in providing bath towels (3 big and 1 for shower). The electronic key was not working and we daily had to call the receptionist

Friendly staff at reception; nice clean comfortable room; the breakfast facilities were very good indeed (friendly staff there too). Only negative was that there was no safe in the room-I had to carry my passport and money with me all the time for security reasons.

The room was very noisy (windows) The hot water was very complicated to get in that room I had to go to the desk everyday for reset my doorpass reset
