The AC was not cold enough on the hottest days.

Overall, the staff was great but we felt as if the hotel lightning was dark in the hallways, and not much room to sit in the lobby, also they had a generator due to work being done nearby and their electricity that's gotten cut off. The hotel is extremely well located and in the center of town, near Ventas subway and the area is relatively quiet.

I don'tconsider ibis to be in the ultra-budget category so I was surprised that thi particular property behaves as though it was. Room totally bare: no coffee, no kettle, no glass, no spons, no bidet spray, bare walls. Receptionist either bsent orburies in phone or computer.
