The rating I have given for my stay is mainly due to several aspects that made my experience less comfortable than I'd like to. First of all, I found the smell of air freshener or cleaning products in the room very intense. As someone who is sensitive to strong smells, this made it difficult for me to feel fully comfortable and to rest properly. I also found the breakfast area somewhat overstimulating, as both the TV and background music were on at the same time. A quieter atmosphere would make breakfast much more pleasant, especially for guests who are sensitive to noise or sensory stimuli. That said, I would like to highlight the positive side: the hotel staff were very kind, attentive and helpful, and I truly appreciated their attitude and assistance during my stay.

I stayed for 3 nights. The room was very comfortable. I particularly liked the solid shelve along the side wall. It was clean and I liked the view although i might have preferred to be on a higher floor (I was on the 2nd floor). The Air conditioned worked very well and the breakfast was good with seasonal fruits, which is particularly appreciated. The only negative was that the room was dark. Noise insulation is good as I could rest in the afternoon in spite of the construction noise outside. I also liked the welcome drink. People at the reception as well as cleaning staff was extremely professional and helpful. They go the extra mile to help.
