there was a mistake in my booking - it seems i was only booked for one night but I needed 2 - this was not the hotel's fault and they kept my room and rebooked me very efficiently so I was very greatful

Stayed here with my girlfriend on a trip to see Madrid. Location was a bit farther than expected from city center. Hotel staff is lovely, accommodating and helpful. The room was warm with no ability to change the temp other than to open the window. This is to be expected during the shoulder season in Europe, but it was still a disappointment. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. There was no coffee maker in the room or tissues - both are needed in my opinion. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was very nice with a lot of offerings. Overall, a very nice stay with excellent staff.

-the room was not clean and bathroom is dirty -no facilities, no welcoming only a bottle of water was provided - the room boiler is not working -AC is not working, the room was very hot and has a smell - in the middle of my stay, they canceled my key of my room, so I have to pay in advance - room service is not changing the bed sheets, only tiding it.
