Service and stay at hotel very good only problem was the hot food at breakfast which was only warm unfortunately Swimming pool area very nice and clean

Great staff and really friendly. The room was clean, as was the hotel overall. I really enjoyed staying there.

The staff were welcoming and professional. We also enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of two Metro stations and there are several cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. We found the arrangement of the bathroom strange. We had recently stayed in some Ibis Hotels and found their bathrooms more convenient.

We were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night and chose the hotel primarily because of its convenient location near the airport after driving down from San Sebastián. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of our expectations. When we checked in, we were told the pool was open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, there were signs throughout the lobby and elevators stating that the pool was closed due to an incident near the pool. This was a big disappointment for our kids, and we were surprised that the person checking us in did not mention the closure. We were a family of four and booked two rooms. While the rooms were not next to each other, they were in the same hallway. After unpacking, my son and I discovered that the toilet in our room would not flush. It was not clogged—it simply wasn't working. I called the front desk, and someone came up to take a look. We were then told that our room would need to be changed because there was no maintenance staff available to fix the problem. This was a major inconvenience, as we had to repack everything and move to another room farther down the hall, leaving us even farther away from my husband and daughter. What was most disappointing was that the hotel did not apologize or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and may work well for travelers who need easy access to the airport, but the surrounding area felt like a business district with very little character. The guestrooms also felt dated. I chose this hotel because the photos made it look "fun", but in reality, our room reminded me of an outdated college dorm from the 1980s. The guestrooms are definitely in need of renovation. The rooms also lacked basic amenities. Other than two complimentary bottles of water and two paper cups, there were no extras such as lotion, bar soap, or proper drinking glasses. The breakfast had a large selection, but unfortunately, much of the fruit and vegetables appeared canned or low quality. There was a selection of meats and cheeses, but these also seemed to be on the lower-quality side. For anyone with dietary restrictions, there were no gluten-free bread options and no alternative milk options that I could find. If you enjoy carbs there are several types of bread, crepes, and even churros. My kids tried the churros and didn't eat more than a couple of bites because they said they were hard and terrible. I also noticed that many tables left their churros behind, which made me wonder whether the hotel pays attention to guest feedback and food waste. Overall, while the location may be convenient, the dated rooms, lack of basic amenities, poor handling of the maintenance issue, closed pool without notice, and disappointing breakfast made this a stay we would not repeat or recommend.

The hotel itself was quite nice. But unfortunately we were let down with the cleaning services. Our room wasn’t cleaned for a few days, despite having the door sign clearly put on. We had to call reception for it to be cleaned. We made sure we left the room by 10-11am the next day, as they had asked us what time the cleaner could come. But upon return, the room still had not been cleaned. When we went out and returned later, one bed had been remade but the floor had not been hoovered. It was only cleaned properly on our second to last day. Apart from this, children enjoyed the pool.

The hotel is located around a 20-minute drive from the main city centre, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when booking. One of the main positives is the decent sized outdoor pool, which is a great addition, especially in the heat. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s reception and common areas were clean and well maintained. However, the cleanliness of my room was disappointing. Despite leaving the “Please clean my room” sign on the door and asking for it to be cleaned, my room was not serviced for three consecutive days. I stayed for a total of six days, and my room was only cleaned twice, despite daily housekeeping being advertised. Overall, while the pool, friendly staff and common areas were positives, the housekeeping service fell short of expectations.

Our first encounter with Jose Luis was very welcoming and helpful. When I asked about buying a local bus pass, he offered us one for free that conveniently still had several rides left. The neighborhood isn’t very walkable, being on a hill and not many restaurants or shops nearby. To sign up for breakfast, it was a bit of a hassle, as you had to sign up at front desk the day prior to your visit. I don’t know if you could just say “we’ll eat here every day”, but our experience seemed it had to be done daily. The breakfast Buffett was well stocked with all types of cold cuts, breads, pastries, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, soup, fruit, cereals, juices and milk. The coffee machines allow you to select espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and thankfully for me, decaf versions of these. There were plenty of staff cleaning tables and re-stocking items in a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was for 2 adults and one 12 year old. She chose the sofa bed under the metal art “talk” bubble. My daughter and I shared the queen bed. The room was very modern, a graphic cartoon poster decorated the wall, colorful paint scheme in the bathroom and hallway, a desk and chair and plenty of outlets in the room at the desk ant at the bedsides. The shower was very nice and easy for people with mobility issues to use. The pool was a bit small for the size of the hotel and got very crowded in the hot part of the day. They do have a lifeguard on duty which was very nice. They had a poolside bar on the upper deck that offered more seating and shade, and slushy drinks for the kids were a big plus. All in all we enjoyed our stay. If we come back to Madrid, I would prefer staying closer to city center where we could easily walk to restaurants and Tapas bars. But those hotels are more expensive. This was a great value for the money paid.

Lovely place

Staff were mostly unavailable. No point calling anyone from the room as no one will answer. Food was microwaved or air fried but you will pay downtown prices. Our lights didn't work when we arrived, bed had hairs on it, and the hot water will periodically and suddenly switch to 80 degrees without warning so set it on slightly warm to avoid burns. The keycard would reset several times a day so we were locked out of our room a couple of times each day. Don't stay here if you're looking for a relaxing hotel break. As a place to sleep, it's fine. That's about it though. Oh, the cleaner was very nice. Polite and understanding. She deserves praise. Most other staff look like they'd rather be anywhere else.

We enjoyed the warm hospitality of staff.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel whenever I’m in town for work. Its location is a real plus — it’s super close to the airport, and getting around the city from here is a breeze. The staff are always incredibly polite and helpful, and I really appreciate the hotel’s stylish yet comfortable design. The reception area feels welcoming, and the restaurant is a definite highlight — the food’s great and the atmosphere is nice. The only small drawback I’ve noticed is that some of the fabrics look a bit worn, but it doesn’t spoil the overall experience at all. Highly recommend! 😊

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great food. We had breakfast included and the food was amazing. Room cleaning was perfect, everything was very clean. Beds are comfortable, we had a TV, a coffee maker and a mini-fridge in the room, all you need.

We love the hotel lobby lounge where it serves good food, wide spread of cocktails and big tv to watch World Cup games.

We stayed for two nights, and made use of the hotel pool, which was very nice! The location is fine but it's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station, so keep this in mind if you want to be more accessible.

Expected better service.

Hotel is very good, Amin Aturquoi is very helpful staff. Breakfast is excellent. Restaurant area is very nice. Pool area is very nice.
