It was a nice short halt for us in São Paulo. Clean, good, spacious room and very well located. However it would be nicer if little more colors could be added in the interiors & more brighter lights in the bed rooms 😊.

Not bottle openers in the room to open water bottles (couldn’t be bother to call reception) No pen in the room, which is pretty standard Shower was very weak Breakfast was good with a big variety of breads, fruits and pastries.

Lovely staff but hotel needs a renovation

All of the staff in reception, housekeeping and the restaurant were really kind, friendly and professional. The breakfast was nice. The elevator was faulty. My room had a leak. I was pleased there wasn’t carpet (as there was in my colleague’s). The Nespresso machine was a much appreciated item. The gym was small but adequate. The pool was in need of a clean.

Room had been renovated and was good. Very noisy and I imagine the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast OK, but not very flexible on hour.
