Nice hotel and great location. I found it a bit odd to be charged half a day for checking in early considering they had the room available anyways. Wifi didnt work in the room at all only in common areas, staff came to fix but after trying for a minute left and never returned. Overall a good stay, would recommend this hotel as the room itself is very comfortable and spacious

The staff was not trained at all. We were given a room that had not been cleaned before our arrival and smelled of human feces. After we complained, we were offered another room, but only after expressing our dissatisfaction and without any apology. The new room had a flooded bathroom and a broken safe. The staff was poorly trained, unprofessional, judgmental, and not helpful.

Nice and comfy, but the smell from de carpets were not nice; inside our room. Also there was bad smell (from carpets) once we got out off the elevator. Despite this everything was ok!

The hotel is well located and the staff is kind. But the check in took us almost 30 minutes. The bedroom could be better decorated, but it wan comfortable.
