LOVED the interior of the hotel. Accommodating and friendly staff. Super location. Safe area. Breakfast excellent, great variety and quality of food. Would highly recommend and return if ever in SP again. Loved our stay.

The staff is nice, but the hotel itself has seen better days. Things are old, damaged, and dirty. Mold in the shower, very dirty windows.

Hello - overall a comfortable extended stay, with room for improvement. I stayed at this hotel twice in the past month and both times my platinum benefits were not fully received. While I received a small dessert both times on check-in, I didn’t get any complimentary water or any other benefits during my 15+ nights. Standard of English spoken here is poor. One female staff member spoke good English, the rest of the team struggled to converse at all and translation apps were required. Would suggest having a WhatsApp support chat for guest requests to make translation easier rather than forcing all support via phone. Gym is outdated and needs a renovation. The techno gym única machine is broken with exposed cables and limited range of motion. Would suggest removing this hunk of garbage and replacing with a cable station instead that can be placed at the far end where the ladders are now. Housekeeping - would suggest reminding the team to be quiet in the hallway. I was woken each morning around 10am by housekeeping slamming the doors of the other rooms they were servicing.

Your comments about the absence of complimentary water and other benefits have been noted, and we will review our processes to ensure these advantages are provided consistently. Regarding communication in English, we understand how essential this is for a positive guest experience. Your feedback will be shared with our management team so we can assess the need for additional training. We do already offer support via WhatsApp, and your comment shows us that we can improve how this service is communicated, making it easier for guests to reach us. Concerning the gym, we regret that the equipment was not in satisfactory condition. Thank you for pointing this out, as the maintenance and updating of our facilities are among our priorities. Your suggestion will be considered during our next review of the fitness area. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by housekeeping noise. We will reinforce with our team the importance of keeping the hallways quiet, especially in the mornings, to ensure our guests’ comfort. Thank you once again for your feedback.
