The standard rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is also in a good location, and the staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate me. However, I was surprised that some basic amenities normally provided by other hotels were missing, such as a Nespresso machine, an iron for clothes, and even complimentary bottled water. The internet was also very poor. Although it was advertised as high-speed, my laptop kept disconnecting, and I had to use my phone hotspot instead. Breakfast was okay, and while the hotel felt a bit crowded, the overall experience was not bad. With a few simple improvements, especially regarding room amenities and internet quality, it could be a much better stay.

It was our honeymoon and even the robes were charged. The breakfast was extremely simple and not at the Novotel level we are used to.

Building seems old and dated. Wouldn't stay there again.

We picked this as it was close to the race start for the São Paulo marathon. It turned out to be a great location for sightseeing as well. Very convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores and Avenida Paulista. The staff was extremely helpful. They provided me with a universal adapter for free. Breakfast was amazing every day. Highly recommended!
