The Good: Clean, big standard room, well furnished, table with 2 chairs. The Bad: Room has rather dim lighting, lack of real double beds, shower floor tiles can be slippery when wet, Reception staff at check-in not fluent in English; rather odd angles of elevator walls to the doors at L12 and adjacent floor tile to elevator door was not flush with rest of lobby floor carpets.

I am a gold member and expected better service. There was no water, slippers, toothbrush in the room. I received a can of water as my free amenity. I stayed at the ibis manaus and received a beautiful hand written note with a box of chocolates. Please improve your amenities and customer service.

Good. Pleasant stay, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Coffee is bad. Curtain require a refresh. Aircon is too loud

Room urgently needs a refurbishment and a solution. To the bad sewage smell

Lobby seems to be nicely refurbished and gives a nice welcoming feeling. This disappears once you step into the old style elevators and then get into the stuffy corridors. The rooms are in a bad state. There was a terrible “sewage” smell in ours in the 14th floor. The bathroom had traces of mold, dirty tiles and the window in the bathroom was so nasty that you won’t even want to touch it to get in fresh air. Also overall the room, especially bathroom was not clean. I used the gym 2x, which is ok. Although could be much better with the nice view of the city. Suggestion that you purchase some barbells with more than 10kg for those who want to do a proper workout. Overall a disappointing Accor experience. Rooms are certainly not what up to Novotel standards. I’m not expecting a 5 star property but a clean and somehow up to date factualities. I don’t care how large the TV I’m the room is but at least a bathroom where the shower door is not full of mold.. also who still uses carpet in hotel rooms..?
