I stayed - Feb 20th through the 25th. Low quality customer service. Had to call multiple times the reception to get my room clean, take out the trash or get an iron. Also the frontdesk do not provide detailed information about the hotel amenities, room service or laundry service. I had to take my laundry to a different laundry mat service provider. That was very uncomfortable. They also lend me an adaptor to use my electronics without providing any information about how to use it properly. Your personne; should be properly trained when providing information to non-brasilian guests. The restaurant was the best in the hotel. No complains about the food and service in that department. the swimming pool was dirty most of the days I was staying there. It was disgusting swimming in there.

I have stayed in that hotel several times already and always had a pleasant stay. This time it was a bit different from the 3 days I stay 2 days my room was not done at 6pm. After coming from a long working day the last thing I want is to call the reception to ask for the cleaaning lady to take care of my room and room and then having to wait outside while the process is being done instead of relaxing in my room. unacceptable
