The hotel is excellent but there is a step in the entrance that is not market correctly and I had a terrible fall and got hurt. Hotel didn't worry a bit and when I suggested that they should maybe put one of those yellow warning tapes on the floor they didn't even cared to answer they'd consider it. I'll probably never stay there again and it has nothing to do with structure or location, it's simply the service in a situation that I needed help that was so poor. I even have a black mark on my knee to this day and my pants ripped at the knee from how hard I fell.

The minibar is too noisy. One night the cleaning of the bathroom was not good, too many dirty on the floor, probably used a dirty cloth to clean the floor. But, all the rest was excellent, very comfortable room, delicious breakfast. I´ll come back, for sure.
