Misinformation about availability for ALL status upgrade and forgot the welcome gift/treat for ALL Gold member. Breakfast was good, well located but the gym is tiny and old. Lifts take forever sometimes.

The maintenance of the room and for the whole hotel is a shame. Please invest a few dollars in the hotel!

This hotel used to belong to a local chain, Slaviero. I was a guest for more than 10 years. It was an amazing hotel, the staff treated us very nice and we felt really home. After Novotel bought it, I stayed there 3 times on work trips, the last one ended yesterday and I am never coming back. Employees have zero empathy, they don't listen to you. First, they gave me a room smelling like sewer for the first night, then they changed it, so my first night out of 4 was terrible. Then in my last night, I had a medical emergency and asked for help in the front desk to call a cab to take me to the hospital. She said, we don't offer those services, period. I insisted, she said no. I'm never staying there again. You guys destroyed a local hotel

Our stay was brief and pleasant. Excellent location and great service from the hotel staff. The hotel rooms are a bit old and need refurbishment.
