The minibar is too noisy. One night the cleaning of the bathroom was not good, too many dirty on the floor, probably used a dirty cloth to clean the floor. But, all the rest was excellent, very comfortable room, delicious breakfast. I´ll come back, for sure.

I was surprised to see the levels of rooms which are outdated. Usually ACCOR hotels showing much higher standard. My free drink was disappointing as I asked for espresso the lady in the bar and she insist to serve powder coffee and not from the real espresso machine.

The Good: Clean, big standard room, well furnished, table with 2 chairs. The Bad: Room has rather dim lighting, lack of real double beds, shower floor tiles can be slippery when wet, Reception staff at check-in not fluent in English; rather odd angles of elevator walls to the doors at L12 and adjacent floor tile to elevator door was not flush with rest of lobby floor carpets.

I am a gold member and expected better service. There was no water, slippers, toothbrush in the room. I received a can of water as my free amenity. I stayed at the ibis manaus and received a beautiful hand written note with a box of chocolates. Please improve your amenities and customer service.
