Reserved with Best Day and paid in advance, the moment I arrived to the hotel the payment was not reflected so I had to pay again. I don't know if this issue is with Ibis, Best Day, or both but I've already submitted my complain with Best Day and still no answer since January 15th.

The whole check in process went very smoothly. Staff in general were super helpful always! Nikolas, Estephany, Victoria and the other 2 girls at the reception were outstanding! Always smiling and asking if we need anything else as we stayed at this hotel for a week, due to my dad’s hip replacement and once dad was out of the hospital, they were very accommodating by releasing one of their brand new room with accessibility. All rooms were compact but functional . Very clean! The room for people with disabilities was amazing, specially the bathroom that had all that is needed for people with disability or limited mobility. This will be always our place to stay when we are in São Paulo. Not to mention the great location with everything a walking distance away.
