Well located but dirty

On my prior visits, the hotel was satisfactory, except for the breakfast. Now this last time I stayed there, they gave us a room that had a leak in the shower. And someone put a towel on the shower floor to try to muffle the dripping sound. So we asked to change rooms. In this next room, the bathroom had a very foul smell of urine, like instead of cleaning, they spread the filth around (or might not have cleaned at all). I also found a staple stapled into my bed sheet, which is dangerous to sleep with. So I don't intend on staying there anymore

The hotel was fine, check in was pretty slow to find our name on the sustem and the walls in our room were absolutely filthy. But the bf was great.

I believe that the room was exactly what I would expected from a Budget Hotel. It was simple and practical, with everything I needed. The only point the frustrated me was not having a plug aside my bed and the hotel doesn't have available one plug extension. Most of the people arrive really tired on the hotel and expect to lay down on the bed and post the pictures while charging the phone. I believe this could be a improvement point for the hotel.

Despite the good service and reservation, as well as hygiene, I would like to complain about the toilet that does not have a hygienic shower and the cable that has few channels, even considering a 'budget' hotel. I also think that parking should be a little cheaper since there are parking facilities nearby with lower and equally secure rates. You could do a little more for customers.

i guess it was the smallest bedroom i've experience in budget hotels. the cleaning was not good, i've found not one or two, but a lot of hair on the floor.

A little too noisy and bathroom cleaning could be better

A little too noisy. I could hear everything that went on in the hallway. The bathroom shower area cleaning could be better as I saw hair from previous guests on the tiles.
