People at the front desk are warm and very professional. Security measures made me feel at ease all the time. Breakfast was great,good quality of food, clean and staff aware and responsive to guests needs. Thank you all.

The size of the room is kind of claustrophobic and the sheets and towels were below average standards. However, the location is great, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was fair for the price.

The rooms are extremely small and it’s ridiculous to overcharge during Formula 1 race event. R$779/night is abusing and taking advantage of the customer.
