Not luxurious or special, but everything in this hotel was dependable. Breakfast was a very good value, the staff very helpful and friendly, close to a metro station, well designed room.

The location is great, at the heart of the city. The breakfast was quite nice too. However, the room was very basic, and the cleaning during the stay was poor (the dirt from our shoes was still in the room after the cleaning).

We booked 2 triple rooms, we arrived very early in the hotel at around 1pm to leave the bags and wait for check-in. The staff were really nice. But we kept going to reception to check if the room was ready, as it was already 17:30 and the room was still not ready. After all the wait we were told the room type we booked was not available (Double and Single bed for 2 adults and 1 child). They waited until almost 6pm in the afternoon to tell us that. if they had told us sooner we were able to go to a. different Ibis hotel (as there was another Ibis around the conner) or another option. They offered us a. double room which we had to accept was there was no other option and was already 6pm and we were tired as we were travelling all morning. I usually book Ibis when staying near Airports, but this is the first time this has happenend. We got a. discount of R$100 per room for this issue, but was still very uncomfortable not having the extra bed in the room for the child.
