Overall good value with clean room and quiet, however we had a few issues. Mastercard payment could not be made for some reason. Left us having to pay using another method. Ventilation in the room was not the greatest until we turned on the fan for the air-con. No change available when paying for breakfast using cash. Would likely stay there again, but recognizing the limitations.

I arrived earlier on Friday before check in, Vinny checked me in, took my luggage and informed me to come back around 2PM in the afternoon. Sure it was, when I came back room was ready. The front desk people are so helpful. They give me info about the restaunt, things to take care of, even went the way to check if the drivers can help small change of money. My first Brazilian travel experience has been wonderful thanks to your hotel and staff.
