The hotel’s facilities are simple, the shower switch is not easy to operate, the glass door does not close tightly, and water easily leaks out and wets the floor.

I have noted issues with extremely slow internet upon arrival but I thought it was temporary. The following morning situation didn't get better so I called reception for help. After 45 mins no one called me back and only after complaining to the manager I was moved to a different room. I expect a full refund as per your 15 min guarantee

Reception team has been great and friendly as always. Very helpful. The hotel doesn't have a heating system when I arrived the air conditioning system was on the minimum temperature, I suffered the entire night even after changing the temperature into the room, there were no water glasses, The electric plugs on the wall were not working, I didnt like my experience, plus there was no breakfast, nothing te hotel could provide to improve and change my experience. Very sad, location is great.

The hotel rooms barely had a functioning WiFi. I had to request moving out of room, but the issue persisted. The connectivity was top notch in the lobby, but for obvious reasons that is an EXTREMELY uncomfortable situation to work with.

I like Ibis because I can always sleep quietly and have a good shower after a tough day. And all Ibis I stayed have drugstores and facilities nearby. I usually have a nice stay, with extra pillows for my spine and extra blanket if needed. But I always have some trouble to eat after 23h and before 6h, something like that is not snacks or junk food. I suggest they sell some fruits like apples and pears, healthy snacks like protean bars and some can options like soup. I also want to suggest that the entire Ibis network have the laundry that works with coins, like Ibis Sorocaba. It is really helpful. Congratulations to all workers that attended me during my stay, they are all kind, prestative. Thank you for your efforts to help my stay as good as possible.
