I forgot my documents and money in the safe deposit in my room and i traveled to Paraty when i remember it i email the hotel how found it and give it to a friend of mine . Thanks to the honesty of hotel staff i could continue my trip 🙏

I requested a room change because the window in our assigned room faced directly into the dining area of a company in the building across the street. This meant we had no privacy unless we kept the curtains closed and the room dark. I explained this to the receptionist at the front desk several times, but she refused to help. Only after speaking with a different staff member did we get a room change, and he handled it politely and without any issue. The contrast made it clear that this was a matter of the first receptionist’s poor judgment and lack of customer service and tact

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ibis on Av Paulista in Sao Paulo. The location is fantastic, right on Av Paulista and at the intersection of the green and yellow Metro lines. The front desk staffers were friendly and helpful, and it was a bonus that many of them spoke English. The hotel room was quiet, which was important for being on such a busy street. The shower had plenty of hot water and I also appreciated the small refrigerator in my room as not all Ibis hotels provide them. The TV in my room was great and I enjoyed watching the Corinthians match and local Brazilian TV news. My room was clean. The only frustrating part of my stay was the internet. It was awful. My audio streams were constantly buffering and it was almost impossible to watch videos. Very rarely was the internet every stable enough to watch videos. This is definitely an area the hotel needs to improve.
