A little noisy in the morning during my stay. I was advised that there was renovations ongoing. But the room was great size. Staff was excellent. Location excellent.

Awesome stay. Had a great room - satisfied with everything. The view from the top floor is fantastic. The city is definitely super lively - the noise level is quite something. The hotel's location is the absolute best! Guilherme made the check-in and check-out procedure super easy and smooth and the whole experience an absolute blessing - always attentive and ready to greet a guest with the friendliest smile. :) Super helpful with requests and pretty much the only member of the staff that our group was able to turn to for assistance in English. Thank you - would most likely stay here again when visiting SP.

The room was nice unfortunately was the toilet not clean. Some of the employees didn’t speak English. I tried to call the restaurant and they just hung up the phone because I don’t speak Portuguese and he doesn’t speak English. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices. The area felt safe to walk around.
