the AC unit in the room could not adjust temperature to suit the preferred settings

The bed, and bed sheets were comfortable. The room was clean. The down side was the shower. Poor pressure.

I've been to several hotels in São Paulo and consider this my favourite: good location and good value. My room and bathroom were large - bizarrely the wash basin was tiny. I liked that the room was always cleaned when I got back from lunch.

We had booked two privilege rooms and were assigned rooms 222 and 225, which did not meet the booking criteria. They moved us to a privilege room, but our children remained in the standard room. I requested that they be moved to another room or that I be reimbursed for the difference in price. I went back to reception three times in a row without receiving a response. On the last day, I was informed that I would receive a 10% discount on the room—what a gift! I was also told that my 12-year-old daughter's breakfast would be reduced by the discount because it's free for children up to 11 years old... I had clearly indicated her age when making the reservation on the website. Four days have passed, and I still haven't received a refund. I also thought I would be offered loyalty points as compensation, but no, nothing at all. Service quality needs improvement.
