- The key used to be introduced in the elevator in order to inform our floor rarely works. - The air conditioner is in a wring position, since it is front of the bed. Then, the air goes direct on our face. We could not use it in order not get a flow. We also noticed thar it needs an urgent cleaning. It is really very dirty. - The breakfast is very disappointing: the quality of breads and cakes is poor; scrambled eggs is generally dry; nothing special is served; the cleaning and fixing of tables takes long time to be done and, in general, always missing some tableware; they do not inform you may ask for omelet or “tapiocas” (I discovered about it because inthe last day I heard another guest talking about it with the server; I asked for a “tapioca” but it was not good: to thick). - bathroom needs renovation. - Good location

Elevators card doesn’t work

Only two small elevators for a 18th floor 9 room per floor building. Elevator room card reader doesn’t work properly. Breakfast experience lacks of a fine touch and table’s cleaning takes time to happens.

Lifts too small for luggage and people. Housekeeping didn’t replenish water, coffee/tea. Dripping shower, tap and noisey aircon. Great location and friendly staff
