We had booked two privilege rooms and were assigned rooms 222 and 225, which did not meet the booking criteria. They moved us to a privilege room, but our children remained in the standard room. I requested that they be moved to another room or that I be reimbursed for the difference in price. I went back to reception three times in a row without receiving a response. On the last day, I was informed that I would receive a 10% discount on the room—what a gift! I was also told that my 12-year-old daughter's breakfast would be reduced by the discount because it's free for children up to 11 years old... I had clearly indicated her age when making the reservation on the website. Four days have passed, and I still haven't received a refund. I also thought I would be offered loyalty points as compensation, but no, nothing at all. Service quality needs improvement.

Elevator was too small, we asked for a storage area for our cases as we had 15 cases of kit, was not offered a room but was offered one for our departure. Very unhelpful desk staff.

It is important to note that, for safety reasons and due to physical space limitations, our luggage storage service is intended for short periods (hours) rather than extended storage over several days. Stayed here for 3 weeks while working on a job. Was able to setup my workstation in the room and got a lot done. Having the separate bedroom is excellent. The little kitchen is handy for snacks and there are many options for food in the neighborhood. Staff is friendly and quite helpful.
