From our arrival everyone in the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The location is wonderful. The pool was a little cold but not hard to handle. The room needs a little work on, renewal of some parts, painting... little by little it will get there.

Very good service. We had a problem in our room ( a certain smell) and mentionned this at the reception desk. Guilheime (responsible for the helpdesk at that moment) was very gentle and gave us another room ( even an upgrade) at the same floor.

The bath water pressure is too low and the temperature too unstable to be enjoyable. Looks like a trick to make you take short baths. Not acceptable. Air conditioning was on top of bed, freezing the top of the bed while the rest of the room remained warm. Windows do not isolate sound or temperature. The city noise disturbs sleep.
