Location, breakfast and room were great however there was a lot of construction noise and dust and one elevator was broken, which affected the speed of getting in/out.

I was giving a room in a floor where we had builders , so noisy and dusty , the other rooms next to me was under renovation , no respect at all , plus the front office look so not welcoming , talking rudely to the customer and making jokes in Portuguese while I was in front of them , I would never EVER COME back there , it's a scam hotel as a member of ALL ACCOR platinum never saw such a 4* hotel mercure this bad . it need immediate change and training , plus 80% of the employees doesn't speak English

I was very well received by the receptionist Frank. He was quick, friendly and concerned about my well-being at the hotel when I checked in. In addition to the good service, the room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast offered a variety of items and was well presented. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service and comfort to its guests.

A bit dated and feels a bit on the budget side. Breakfast ok though not cheap. No major issues but, wait time for elevators, construction across and Wofo not stable but, mostly working. Staff good and helpful
