Good location and spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Roof top pool is a plus, though age of the amenities starts to see (lobby looks modern, rest of the hotel not much). No special welcome (room upgrade and/or welcome gift) as Platinum member, but appreciated the late check-out provided. Breakfast was missing some important elements (no more eggs, no black tea).

We had douple booking, one room was cancelled, but seems impossible to get refund from the cancelled room. I can’t undersrand this.

Mr. Anti, What actually happened is that you made the reservation through a third-party agency, and what was reserved with us by the agency was a non-refundable rate in case of modification or cancellation. In this case, we would advise you to contact the agency where the reservation was made and check the possibility of a refund. We are available for any further questions.
