Pre-paid Reservation via Hotels.com for 3 nights. Hotel would not do 6:00 pm check out. So we did a full day prepaid via hotels.com. Presented hotel with second reservation info. At check out, they wanted to charge us again. We told them it was prepaid. They acknowledged. We left. 2-days later we got a bill for 4 nights. Additionally, we paid for our breakfast at hotel and we got billed for it again. All was done with Supervisor's approval "Lrissa" and front receptionist "Allan" whom she had zero of customer service. This place used to be good. We have been going there for over 15 years. New management is a rip off. We are in contact with Hotels.com to get the matter resolved.

Prior to our check out, there was a $76Rls balance for out breakfast. I paid cash to the supervisor name “Lrissa” and her front desk employee name “Allen”. This front receptionist absolutely had no customer service experience and there was not a question that would not end in a “Yes”. Our check out was to be at noon of September 6-2021. We wanted to stay until 4:30 pm. I did Not want to deal with them, So, I went to hotels.com and booked an additional full night. When we went downstairs Larissa and Allen asking me I could have just asked them for extension. To which I replied, I did not want to be bothered with lack of their customer service and argue over 4 hours. I even offered them if we need to move from that room to another would be fine as I was not going to ask Hotels.com for refund. I then proceeded to pay $80Rls for the breakfast owed and they had no change and I told them keep the change. Day after we arrived home, we get a bill for a full day of stay (We had already checked out at 4:39 Pm and had prepaid to Hotels.com). These people are charlatan and after 10 years of being a customer of this hotel will never go back. Make sure to get receipt that you paid. They assured me I will receive a check out showing balance zero. I got an invoice for over $400Rls that I have proof of payments.

Very strong smoke smell and only partial window in bedroom. I wasn't aware that the floor was mixed smoking and non-smoking. The smell of smoke was unbearable on our last 2 days to the point where I'm having chest pain from coughing so much. In future, guests should be informed at check in that there are smoking rooms on the same floor so that guests can decide to move to a strictly non-smoking floor as this poses a health risk for allergy and asthma sufferers. The bedroom windows in this hotel don't have a complete set of glass panels, only one. The side of the window frame not covered by glass is covered by a metal blind type of closing which lets the elements (cold, heat, humidity) and outside noise in making it feel like the outside is right inside the bedroom with you. Our room was right above the service entrance for employees who would have a chat in the early morning before starting work (before 7am) and because there isn't a full window, we could hear them clearly. It's not their wrongdoing, it's a design flaw in the hotel.

Me and my family (wife and daughter) spent a week here and had a great stay. The staff is very helpful and the amenities are really good. The location for business is nice, but for a vacation is not so good considering that you will get the traffic jam from Paulista Avenue and surrounding on daily basis. In the overall it was a pleasant stay.

Everything about this hotel was just great, nice location, very good front desk staff, clean nice room and very responsive housekeeping. But it could have been excellent if, if they could have provided a wine or beer bottle opener in the room along with the other things provided in the hotel. Each time I needed to open a wine bottle or beer bottle one of the staff bring one up to my room waits until I used it as they had only one opener for the hotel. This happed 3 times in my 4 day stay. Those openers cost less than $5 and not sure why this big deal. Hope this hotel will take care of this minor issue and gain an Excellent rating from customers like me! That said, kudos to the front desk staff, always very helpful.

WiFi speed was far below what was needed, the room was a little outdated and lacked good isolation plus some small inconveniences. Breakfast was ok, but can be improved. The staff is really helpful and deserve a compliment!

One of the best hotels in the region. Clean, good restaurant, good service, great location, hight sleep quality.This time my unic problem was with one of the taxi drivers that works in front of the hotel and his hate speech during the travel for the airport. I think in change the hotel next time because I´m afraid of him.. His name is gino I think, but I don´t want my name in this review, please, because I´m afraid.
