Our apartment bedroom was fully renovated, bright, clean, and very good service overall. Staff is friendly, responsive and speak a good English. The restaurant at the ground floor has a very good food buffet for lunch which was very handy during our stay. The hotel is 5 min walking distance to Paulista Avenue, Consolacao subway station, supermarket, drugstore, shopping mall and several restaurants.

Breakfast was great, room was nice, location was good. Room was quite loud (hallway, water lines) and a full 3 times my keycard didn't work and I had to get back to reception to get it fixed (and then they put the wrong room number and had to go back a 2nd time).

I've been to several hotels in São Paulo and consider this my favourite: good location and good value. My room and bathroom were large - bizarrely the wash basin was tiny. I liked that the room was always cleaned when I got back from lunch.

We had booked two privilege rooms and were assigned rooms 222 and 225, which did not meet the booking criteria. They moved us to a privilege room, but our children remained in the standard room. I requested that they be moved to another room or that I be reimbursed for the difference in price. I went back to reception three times in a row without receiving a response. On the last day, I was informed that I would receive a 10% discount on the room—what a gift! I was also told that my 12-year-old daughter's breakfast would be reduced by the discount because it's free for children up to 11 years old... I had clearly indicated her age when making the reservation on the website. Four days have passed, and I still haven't received a refund. I also thought I would be offered loyalty points as compensation, but no, nothing at all. Service quality needs improvement.

Elevator was too small, we asked for a storage area for our cases as we had 15 cases of kit, was not offered a room but was offered one for our departure. Very unhelpful desk staff.

I personally, alongside several colleagues from different departments, assisted in handling and organizing all the items to ensure they were accommodated as best as possible. It is important to note that, for safety reasons and due to physical space limitations, our luggage storage service is intended for short periods (hours) rather than extended storage over several days. Stayed here for 3 weeks while working on a job. Was able to setup my workstation in the room and got a lot done. Having the separate bedroom is excellent. The little kitchen is handy for snacks and there are many options for food in the neighborhood. Staff is friendly and quite helpful.

Normally I never rate places, before check. Second time. And unfortunately this week I went 2 times to be hosted there, and on both case was terrible since checkin, until maintenance support for room. In order to be honest, just restaurant was an amazing service
