The room and bathroom are extremely dated. The hotel was categorized as 4 star hotel but it certainly doesn't qualify for 4 star in my opinion. I would say 3 star at best. There is no heat or dry option so the room was quite humid and cold during the stay.

Good price, 5 minutes walking distance to supermarket, Mercure utilities are the best, bathroom are quite basic.

Resonable stay. The rooms are a bit dated and the in room drinks (tea and coffee) were never refreshed during my stay

The experience was very good as usual. However, one of the nights the fire alarm went off at 4:00am as a guest smoke in the room. This was very disturbing as we went down to the reception area, until we knew what was going on! The guest received a penalty fee of R$ 300 reais. My suggestion is that this fee goes to at least R$2000 reais, so nobody will even consider do this again.

Hotel is pretty good. Just need to improve the emergency systems control. It's not funny being awake early in the morning for the failures.
