Bathroom nor properly cleaned, used mugs not replaced, but towels replaced even when hanging. No water pressure in the shower and finally, staff a bit inflexible when I tried to leave my laundry at the front desk the night before (asked me to leave in the room, otherwise they could loose it. Very careful and thoughtful).
