Your desk person made a mistake when assigning me the wrong room (602 instead of 604 that was in the system) and not only did he give me a room with two tiny beds but at midnight, a man walked into my room because the room had been assigned to him

I have already submitted a review to Google Reviews. The two negatives were slightly slow wi-fi and the poor state of the corridors to guest rooms. The plus points were the helpfulness of the staff - particularly Joao Vitor who looked after my early arrival and was very good at ansering several questions. I only booked a dayroom for a few hours so cannot really comment on much else.
