Room cleaning is not enough. Floor in the bath room was not cleaned while bed and other staffs are organized.

Check-in was below par for a Mercure Hotel. Check-in was long and hotel employees at the registration desk were not friendly

As the title says, location and customer experience was just impeccable. The friendliest staff with the best located spot near Avenida Paulista in the downtown neighborhood. Hotel maintenance is left to be much desired: thin walls, noisy refrigerator turning on in the middle of sleeping, musky air in the hallways and in the room itself as well. A touch of cleaning could have been done along the washroom walls, shower sliding door flooring, and curtains had stains. Very loud noises traveling down the hall into our room while we’re trying to sleep in, during the morning. Staff’s walkie talkie going off and a staff also knocked on our door in the morning bc we forgot to place the do not disturb sign outside our door. Another maintenance issue was their refrigerator, every time it turned on, it would startle us and kept us up with terrible sleep quality.Location: great shopping, restaurants, and walking distance to everything that you need: grocery, pharmacy, metro station.
