Noisy room

Room 1305 was very noisy. Noise from machines operating outside (maybe A/C) and a pipe noise in the bathroom. As I was staying only for one night I didn't ask to change the room, but it's important to do maintenance works on this room.

I would like to commend Oriel at the reception for being attentive, respectful, and detail-oriented. I also want to highlight Felipe from the breakfast and lunch team (the only one who stood out, as I prefer not to comment on the others). Since I stayed with 10 people and booked the hotel, including the event I held there, I want to COMPLAIN about the terrible service from CARINA from the events team. She lacks politeness, education, and respect for the customer. In events, Leandro was the saving grace (if it weren’t for him, the event experience would have been a disaster). CARINA does not have the skills to deal with people.
