I had a great check-in experience. I arrived early in the morning from an overnight flight and the room was ready. Breakfasts were always decent. Room was very quiet.

Th location is good and reception staff were friendly but the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast also needs improvement not in variety but quality of food. Facilities like the gym are also not great. The cleaning staff came while I was in the room but rather than come back later, they said they couldn’t as they would go to other floors so just took the rubbish and did not clean the room. So overall, it’s okay but not up to the standard of a Mercure Hotel in France or Europe.

The room and bathroom are extremely dated. The hotel was categorized as 4 star hotel but it certainly doesn't qualify for 4 star in my opinion. I would say 3 star at best. There is no heat or dry option so the room was quite humid and cold during the stay.

Good price, 5 minutes walking distance to supermarket, Mercure utilities are the best, bathroom are quite basic.
