Well located just off Paulist and easily accessible for Uber or walking to metro and shops. Ok local dining options. Comfortable room, liked the work desk and bathroom. Also has a good breakfast. Value for money at this standard.

Overall the stay was good. There was some issues with mold in the bathroom and the fridge in the room being too loud.

There is a disturbing noise at 13th floor maybe cause of air conditioners cooler or somethin like that. The bar closes at 22:00 which can be considered very soon for a city that never sleeps.

Check in staff were not particularly friendly. No recognition of my SIlver status with Accor although I made the reservation on the accor web site. OK, SIlver is not Gold, but it is one sep towards Gold if you are happy with accor hotels, which was not the case here. The room was a bit disappointing. The check in staff said that they had not received my "special requests" mentioned in my booking. I know that special requests can not always be honored, but saying they had not receveid them when my booking was made on the accor web site....
