The room was small. The cleaning staff were lousy; only did the bare minimum. The breakfast was average. The air conditioning and refrigeration were outdated and made loud noises and there’s an annoying TV setup box emitting a strong blue light affecting sleep.

There is a disturbing noise at 13th floor maybe cause of air conditioners cooler or somethin like that. The bar closes at 22:00 which can be considered very soon for a city that never sleeps.

Check in staff were not particularly friendly. No recognition of my SIlver status with Accor although I made the reservation on the accor web site. OK, SIlver is not Gold, but it is one sep towards Gold if you are happy with accor hotels, which was not the case here. The room was a bit disappointing. The check in staff said that they had not received my "special requests" mentioned in my booking. I know that special requests can not always be honored, but saying they had not receveid them when my booking was made on the accor web site....
