Stay was ok. Breakfast outstanding. Water takes too long to heat up for the shower.

Our room was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located. Reception staff were friendly. Our reservation was half-board, but the dining room has no ambience, so we ate out on our second night. Only one elevator was working.

We’re sorry, however, that the restaurant ambience did not meet your expectations and that this impacted your dining experience. Your feedback is very important and will be carefully reviewed. Regarding the elevator, there was an unexpected emergency stoppage, completely outside of our plans. We acted as quickly as possible to resolve it and minimize any impact on our guests’ experience, but unfortunately we were not able to avoid the inconvenience, and we truly apologize for that. Right in front of the hotel, the demolition of a huge building was taking place throughout my entire stay. The work started at 7 a.m. and continued until 5 p.m., making it practically impossible to stay in the hotel room. The hotel’s internet worked very poorly and was often unusable for work-related tasks. The toilet was malfunctioning, and flushing was an issue. Out of the hotel’s two elevators, one was almost constantly out of order.
