I arrived at the hotel at 8:20 AM. I know that this is well before the normal check in time but flights from The US vegetal arrive early in the morning. Dinner it was raining outside I had no where to go so I advised the front desk team that I would wait in the lobby until a guest checked out, opening a room. I observed at least 5 couples check out but no one on your team approached me to offer one of those rooms. At 11:05 AM I approached a new member of the front desk team who said that he did have rooms available and quickly offered me a room. I can’t believe I had to wait 3 hours with no one from your team offering me any information. Unfortunately the room assigned to me was directly opposite construction site. This is my third or fourth time studying at your property but it will most likely be my last.

At our hotel, the official check-in time is 3 PM. We understand that international flights often arrive early in the morning and, whenever possible, we always try to accommodate early arrivals for our guests’ comfort. However, early check-in is strictly subject to room availability, cleanliness status, and availability within the reserved room category. In your case, your reservation was made for a specific room category, and our team worked to make this exact category available as quickly as possible. As soon as the room was ready, we were pleased to offer your check-in at approximately 11 AM, around four hours before the official check-in time and with no additional charge. We ended up staying in two different rooms. And it was like staying by two different fuels. Our first room was past its use by date. The sink was corroded (hotel didn’t respond to my comment sent via email), the floors and furniture surfaces were totallyy worn out and coming apart. I was really disappointed. Then fit our last night we moved to a different room which was the quality I would expect. Beds were comfortable in both rooms. Breakfast was lovely. The pool is aged but refreshing. I would stay again if it is refurbished but not before. The team is super friendly.

It was nice. But my room was very close to demolition site which gave a lot of noises.

It wasn’t as good as previously. Only one elevator working , the hotel gave us a room for disable access , it never informed me about that. In the shower, no body wash , just shampoo and conditioner. No room cleaning ! I asked about 3 times tithe front desk to send someone to clean the room. Around 5:30 PM the Hosekeeper showed up, I was in the shower and never heard. The room smelled moldy , not pleasant , had to keep the air conditioning on all the time .
