Few people speak Spanish there. Your rooms waste a lot of water because the shower faucet never closes properly. They said there would be a complimentary bottle of water, but it was never provided. When I checked out, I was informed that my invoice would be sent by email. As of today, I have not received it. If I do not receive it by tomorrow, I will call you by phone.

No working internet or elevator

The hotel is nicely located, nice rooms, but the internet didn’t work, for all my calls I had to leave the hotel because there was no connection. One of the elevators wasn’t working also and there was always a line and a wait!
