My stay was good! The best thing about MERCURE is definitely its location. It's just a short walk from São Paulo's coolest neighborhood. Everything else was good as well. The room was comfortable, and so was the bathroom. Nothing luxurious, but it offers good value for the price. One thing I would recommend improving is the heating. I was quite cold on the first night, and when I asked the next day, I found out that the rooms don't have heating. They did provide me with an electric heater the following day. Another thing I would improve is the bed sheets. They felt a bit too synthetic for my taste. It would be much nicer if they used 100% cotton sheets.

I have not yet submitted a review on Google, but I contacted the establishment 24 hours after checking out to report that I had left a blue jacket in my suite. Unfortunately, I have not received a response. I subsequently sent an email to the lost and found department and made another phone call. I am quite frustrated with how my request has been handled, as it appears to have been completely disregarded. There has been a lack of attention to this matter.

I arrived at the hotel at 8:20 AM. I know that this is well before the normal check in time but flights from The US vegetal arrive early in the morning. Dinner it was raining outside I had no where to go so I advised the front desk team that I would wait in the lobby until a guest checked out, opening a room. I observed at least 5 couples check out but no one on your team approached me to offer one of those rooms. At 11:05 AM I approached a new member of the front desk team who said that he did have rooms available and quickly offered me a room. I can’t believe I had to wait 3 hours with no one from your team offering me any information. Unfortunately the room assigned to me was directly opposite construction site. This is my third or fourth time studying at your property but it will most likely be my last.
