We had a room full of cigarette smoke for two days, they told us it was a problem in a duct cleaning and moved us to another room, with no air conditioning. In Brazil, ac out of order. Insane.

The situation with the cigarette smell was indeed related to a technical intervention in the ventilation system, but we fully understand the discomfort it caused — especially lasting more than expected. Being moved to another room should have been a proper solution, and the fact that the air conditioning was not working made the experience even more frustrating. We have since reviewed both situations with our maintenance and operations teams to ensure better control and response in similar cases. We truly regret the overall impact this had on your stay. This does not reflect the experience we want our guests to have with us. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a stay that reflects our usual standards.
