I had a good stay, but I was surprised by how little English the hotel staff spoke. It made communication at times difficult. Also, my phone was stolen right outside the hotel lobby doors, out of my hands, which should not happen with hotel staff present outside.

- When calling from overseas, reservation desk barely speaks English or Spanish - Upon arriving, there was some confusion in the reservations - Bed was infested with bugs. Had to change room at night - New room did not have a coffee machine - Free water bottles not replenished - WiFi not working one day and of very bad quality (unstable)
