A total utter f'ing disaster. Key card system down due to hotel system maintenance, and you would always need someone with the master key to let you in. I cancelled teh stay on the spot and was promised a prompt refund, and now I need to follow up with the Accor customer service, as this dumpster hotel hasn't processed it.

All fine apart from the design of the bathroom.

The services are all fine, the included breakfast is enough, and the location is centric and near to several offices and strategic Sao Paulo places (Paulista Av is just 3 blocks away). Also, the staff is nice and gentle. The internet is bad for mobile devices, but also bad for the TV, you cannot see a single series or movie without freezing or bad quality. Sometimes you need to work outside the office and stay into the hotel, you cannot even make an only-voice call without lost connection. The AC only blows air, it is impossible to regulate the temperature or the fan speed, no matter what the remote displays in its screen. If the weather is hot, the AC is not enough, and if the weather is cold (happens a couple of days) there is no way to get hot air.
