Enjoyed Mercure São Paulo for 3 nights of business travel in November 2024. The front desk team was courteous, as was true for all the front of house team. Very spacious room which was great! And the breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices.

This hotel provided everything I needed for my business trip to São Paulo. The team at the front desk were professional and courteous, as was the team in the restaurant. The room was very spacious and enjoyed a nice view. The location was amazing with plenty of dining and shopping.

I really enjoyed staying at the Mercure Sao Paulo Jardins. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff at the reception was very kind and willing to help. I'd like to especially thank Isadora for the effort she put in helping us reserving a trip to Rio, while we were having several problems with it. We wouldn't be able to make it if it wasn't for her kind help. Regarding the restaurant, I had a chicken soup that was so good I will remember forever. If I may just give a little suggestion: I found the sink and shower taps very hard and uncomfortable, because, not having a lever handle system but being a thick single block, with wet or soapy hands they were difficult to close and a lot of strength was needed. I can strongly suggest the Mercure and I would definitely go back again!
