I have changed my reservation from Ibis to Mercure Pamplona because of the swimming pool, since I had to work but my son was with me and he would have nothing to do while my husband and I were both working. When I got there I realized it was not working so I explained to the receptionist and she only said that the information was on the site. I did my reservation on the Accor Programa site since I am always staying in Accor hotels. She justified herself a lot so I asked if she was able to solve the problem offering a day use in another Accor hotel or even a discount. She simple said no. I expected to be treated as the real client that I am.

I chose the hotel because it had a swimming pool - and it was closed! The lifts were awful - almost every journey meant a wait of several minutes. But they gave me a very early check-in free, which I really appreciated. I made reservation during a sale and thought it very good value for the location.

Old hotel, room smelt like mould, breakfast didn't have basic options such as plant based milk.
