A very good stay but i did not have water to shower on my last morning there.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall service was poor, the staff was unhelpful, and the room conditions did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s description. One of the worst parts of the stay was the breakfast, it was consistently terrible every single day, with limited options, low quality food, and a complete lack of variety. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. If I know I rather book Mercure Moema instead.
