I chose this hotel because I had surgery and the clinic was located directly across the street, making it very convenient for my recovery. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room we initially received was extremely small, so we had to upgrade. The upgrade price was higher than the rate shown in the reservation system, which I did not find fair or transparent. We stayed for a total of four days, and during that time we never saw a cleaning attendant. One of the main reasons I chose a hotel instead of a much larger apartment was the expectation of hotel services, including daily housekeeping. Instead, my husband had to take out the trash himself and request clean towels and bed sheets. This is simply not acceptable and not what one would expect from a hotel stay. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. Overall, while the location was excellent for my medical needs, the lack of housekeeping and service was very disappointing.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We have reviewed your comments. Compared to the daily rate without breakfast for a standard room (your original booking), you actually paid 88.87 EUR less than the current daily rate for your 4 nights. Of course a room upgrade is with a extra charge, also for the breakfast is an extra charge to pay. For sustainability reasons, we only clean the rooms after 3 nights. We tell each guest upon arrival that if they need anything, like new towels, trash disposal, or a room cleaning, they can come to the reception in the morning. This was also communicated again in our handout. However, due to your room change, there was a system error and your room wasn’t on the cleaning list even after 3 nights. We’re very sorry about that. We have already implemented a new procedure regarding this. At Greet, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
