It was good but the milk was sour and there we're hairs everywhere in the bathroom

I had a nice stay, not close to city center but accessible. Good value for money, rooms are kept clean and even have a balcony.

Good Stay for one or two days

Stay was good, but the hotel does not have a phone in the rooms, No kettle in the room too. No water for drinking. The Breakfast had not much choice as compared to other Accor Hotels, No choice of eggs, Just a few Sandwich, If you are late for BF, there is no food on the counter. There is no room service to clean your room, no change of towels. I would rate it 6 or 7. Thanks

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We hope you enjoyed the free upgrade to the Super Room (#701) for one of your rooms. This was a little gift from our side because its not standard for silver member. We don't have telephones in the room because each guest has a mobile phone and can reach the reception. We deliberately decided not to install a room telephone because production, shipping, electricity consumption, cleaning and possible repairs put additional strain on the climate. And especially in greet you want to take one step further to protect the world. Regarding sustanability the rooms will not clean every day automaticly. If guests wish that we clean the room thats always not a problem. Thanks a lot for your comments regarding breakfast. greet standard is a continental breakfast buffet - and there is no serveral option e.g. of eggs. But we will discuss this later one to improve e.g. scrambled eggs. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
