Dear Anjola A., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the greet Wien City Nord. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We have reviewed your comments. Compared to the daily rate without breakfast for a standard room (your original booking), you actually paid 88.87 EUR less than the current daily rate for your 4 nights. Of course a room upgrade is with a extra charge, also for the breakfast is an extra charge to pay. For sustainability reasons, we only clean the rooms after 3 nights. We tell each guest upon arrival that if they need anything, like new towels, trash disposal, or a room cleaning, they can come to the reception in the morning. This was also communicated again in our handout. However, due to your room change, there was a system error and your room wasn’t on the cleaning list even after 3 nights. We’re very sorry about that. We have already implemented a new procedure regarding this. At Greet, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. I chose this hotel because I had surgery and the clinic was located directly across the street, making it very convenient for my recovery. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room we initially received was extremely small, so we had to upgrade. The upgrade price was higher than the rate shown in the reservation system, which I did not find fair or transparent. We stayed for a total of four days, and during that time we never saw a cleaning attendant. One of the main reasons I chose a hotel instead of a much larger apartment was the expectation of hotel services, including daily housekeeping. Instead, my husband had to take out the trash himself and request clean towels and bed sheets. This is simply not acceptable and not what one would expect from a hotel stay. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. Overall, while the location was excellent for my medical needs, the lack of housekeeping and service was very disappointing.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were very happy with the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall atmosphere. The only issue was a misunderstanding about the breakfast. On the Accor website, it seemed to suggest that breakfast was included in our rate, but we later found out it was an extra fee. It's a bit confusing, so I’d recommend double-checking the details before you book. Despite that, we had a lovely stay and would still recommend the hotel.

We were very pleased with hotel persons who were very professional and helpful. The rooms were nice and with a nice view. They were well equipped but we were missing some extra space near beds for small items. Breakfast was well diverse enough and tasty. Hotel is also well connected with public transport as the street car station was in front of of the hotel. Thus, we were able to be in the city center quite fast. Overall a very nice experience.

Nice little hotel with a great view in the northern part of Vienna. It is far from the center or from the main railway station, but it is easily accessible with a 30 minute train ride. The room was perfect for a night, with great blinds on the windows to not let the sunshine in. Breakfast was good, not a big selection, but enough to choose from and also a few options available. A greater selection would make it even better

Overall, our stay at the Greet hotel was pleasant, it is a well situated place close to a supermarket, the tram stop is directly outside, there are a few local takeaways within 5 mins walk, a couple McDonalds restaurants are within a 25 min walk. The front of house staff are great, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The room itself is very basic in the sense that there are no wardrobes, storage areas and are given a few hangers to hang things however, not many places to hang things. There is also no safe in the room which was a first for us having travelled to various places. The bed was comfortable, the AC was sufficient, not the best but maintained a comfortable temp in the room. Our room was on the top floor and when we went it was circa 30C outside. The room itself was quiet. The shower was good, it had the basic amenities required. There is a swivel TV in the room which we hardly watched. Other than that, there are no kettles with free tea/coffee in the room as one would expect as a standard offering. Suggestive improvements: Adequate storage facility within the room, at least one wardrobe and drawers A safe to protect all personal belongings inc passport, keys, money etc A kettle with free tea/coffee/long-life milk Signs to utilise on the door (Do not disturb/Please clean my room)
