Location is good. I found it a bit strange for you to have open bathrooms. Culturally it didn't suit me. Also your Iron ended up staining my shirt due to black grease on the Iron. You should take of those bits

I had a very pleasant stay as a solo traveller. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return on my next visit.

Staff and facilities were perfectly adequate but underground parking is nothing short of a travesty for anything more than a small sized car. Obviously this has been an issue as disclaimers have been put up on the walls inside - not at the entrance - the car park but having scraped a six month old car, this is wholly inadequate

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, I had a quiet room overlooking the courtyard and the air conditioning kept me nice and cool. The hotel is opposite the tram stop and less than a 10 minute walk to the metro station. The room was lovely and clean. The only thing I missed was a fridge. The room in my last Ibis, in Geneva, had one and it was handy given the very warm weather.

Don't leave your car in the hotel car park! There was no warning that the car park is extremely narrow and steep - if you have a bigger car (ex BMW 5) - to navigate there is a nightmare. The sign in front of the entrance to the car park said: enter at your own risk. But you have no info what the risk might be. When you start driving in, there's no turning back. So this car park experience was similar to some most extreme Prater's attractions, but not funny at all. Apart from that: the staff was polite and helpful. Our rooms were simple but all right for a 1 night stay. The breakfast was good and one could taste the prosecco for free - very good idea to start a day in a good mood:) unless you have to exit your car from the car park;) good localization, 10 mins walk to Prater. Good Wiener Schnitzel bistro 5 mins walk from the hotel. We could come back there one day but without a car:D

Excellent value for money. The hotel was modern, clean, and charming, and the staff were both friendly and professional. The breakfast was good by Central European standards, and everything worked as expected. It was nice to have a café and a bar downstairs, where we could enjoy a small break during the day and end the evening. We also appreciated that the reception provided paper maps of the city. The room design was somewhat different from that of a traditional hotel, but we liked it a lot. It felt fresh, modern, and fun. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had no issues with the Wi‑Fi either. The location was great. There was a tram stop right in front of the hotel with direct connections to the Innere Stadt, and both the Praterstern train station and the Nestroyplatz metro station were just a short walk away. And assuming you had not already walked your feet off during the day, it was a quite pleasant and enjoyable two-kilometer walk from the hotel to the Innere Stadt along the Danube Canal. Across the road, there was a small grocery store called PENNY where we were able to buy snacks in the evenings. However, it is worth noting that grocery stores in Austria tend to close fairly early. PENNY closed at 19:30 and was not open on Sundays. Fortunately, there was also a BILLA at Praterstern, which was open until 22:00 every day. The reason I gave a rating of 8 instead of 10 is that the room was very basic. There was no minibar, kettle, coffee-making facilities, or safe, or anything extra really. This was clearly stated in the room description, so it was not a surprise, and we thought we were prepared for it. Still, we found ourselves missing some of those standard hotel amenities, even though it was not a major issue. In our room, the toilet was separate from the bathroom, which we appreciated, but there was only one sink located in the bathroom. We would have preferred to have a sink in the toilet as well. Again, this was accurately shown in the photos, so there were no surprises. One thing future guests should note is that the bathroom, meaning the shower and sink area, did not have a door, apart from the glass shower door. Fortunately, we were travelling as a couple, so this was not an issue for us. However, if you are travelling with someone other than your partner, I would recommend booking a twin room instead of a double room, as I believe the twin rooms have a separate bathroom with a door. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend the hotel, especially considering the excellent quality-to-price ratio.

Nice stay, the hotel is well located. Check-in and out is very easy and the staff is kind. Breakfast is great, lot of choice. A small point is that it is sometimes difficult to get a mug as they all are dirty, or forks...

Rooms were modern and clean, but the room was so tiny we could barely open our suitcases. No kettle/tea/coffee/fridge was provided, which was unexpected, and I consider to be below minimum standard for a hotel. No communal tea/coffee station was available either. No iron. On the positive, buffet breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage very useful. Though it would have been appreciated if people took more than 1 step out the front door for their smoking, as it stinks out the entire lobby. Maybe the bin needs to be moved down to a further alcove away from the door. Overall, I would not stay here again

I was not very happy with the Check-in process. We arrived ahead of the check-in time and asked if we could leave the bags but we were told the room was ready if we wanted to get it, we agreed and were given a Key card to a room on the 2nd floor. As soon as I open the door I saw there was still clothes there, so I didn't even walked in, just opened and closed the door. The Cleaner was at the entrance of the next room and immediately told us she had not cleaned that room yet. So we went back downstairs told this to the receptionist and he was very surprised about the room not being free but give us another room in the 3rd floor. So we went up again, this time all good, the room was empty and cleaned so we just dropped our bags and left to see the city. When we came back around 17:30h we went to the room and we didn't see our bags in there. We went back down to the reception and asked for them. We were told this "You have 2 rooms registered in your name and you are using both of them" (we are a couple, so only 2 people), this sound that we were to blame for their mistake and we took the 2 rooms because he told us we were using both rooms. I said that didn't make any sense and would like to know where our bags were. I explained what happened when we arrived at the hotel and told them we were given a room but was occupied so we were given another. They told us our bags were in the room on the 2nd floor. I told him it did not make any sense since we didn't even walked in that room and also why would I leave my bags in a room in the 2nd floor and then go up to the 3rd without them and without a key for the 2nd floor and would like to know who was in the room and touched our stuff. He said "I am not sure, probably the cleaner and maybe she brought them to the 2nd floor". This was very very weird and I did not like it at all. They realised their mistake and that were not happy at all and offered us 2 bottles of water and if we wanted we would have complimentary drinks later in the evening at the hotel bar. We did took the water bottles and thank them. They assured now everything was fine, but honestly it was not that fine for me since I was thinking this could happen again next day I even left the "do not disturb sign on the door" so nobody would go in. I know this was a misunderstanding and they were nice enough to let us in earlier when we arrived but this type of mistakes are not good and then trying to blame it on the guests was not really the appropriate way to take care of it.
