Bilge Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel without breakfast option. It's located in an area with direct connections to the airport (S7 and REX7 from Wien Praterstern) as well as tourist attractions. It's also within walking distance (15-20min) to inner stadt for those who like to walk. The room was very clean. Our only negative feedback about it is that we wish it could be a little bit bigger because it's not suitable for longer stay and bigger luggages.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms. Would recommend improving the drapes as they still allow light to enter but that is a minor issue. The staff was very nice.

I have traveled to over 60 countries and stayed in some of the best hotel chains. While your hotel is chic and well-located, I regret to say that my experience with your staff was disappointing. During check-in, the receptionist was blunt and unfriendly, lacking even a simple smile. Additionally, I was not offered a welcome drink due to an app issue reflecting my previous stay in Stuttgart. Finally, I found the last staff member I interacted with to be unhelpful. As a platinum member, I expect better service. If I am treated this way, I can only imagine how others are treated. While I appreciate the quality of the rooms and the location, the staff’s attitude has left me with no desire to return. Best Regards Sushant L.
