The hotel is good in terms of location, but the accommodation is terrible. The staff is indifferent and operates the procedure without understanding the issue. For example, I wanted to extend it for 1 night, under the same conditions and paid, but we could not get breakfast service on the last day because the breakfast was not paid, the reason for this is due to the staff working during the day, the staff working in the evening is better. He understood that we were screwed and left the hotel immediately. The rooms and the hotel interior are not hygienic enough, we killed a cockroach in our room. They do not provide face towels, only 2 body towels. They provide 1 pillow in the room, if you want a pillow, it is ridiculous. It is debatable whether the breakfast is sufficient for such a hotel, only boiled For example, there are eggs and only kashar, tomatoes, cucumbers, jam and honey, of course, don't expect croissants or anything else. The only positive thing about the hotel is its location, close to the metro station, easy to reach the city center and very close to the amusement park if you have children.

No first aid provident and the breakfast can improve

The stay was okay. However, I assumed hotels provide first aid to clients but I didn't receive it when I needed it and asked. I woke up dizzy with a headache, I went to the reception to ask for a headache pill. One of the reception personnel was going to give it to me and then a lady came and asked what I was asking for, to the person who was going to get it for me and then she took over and told me that the hotel couldn't give me the headache relief. I understand why a hotel would be cautious about providing pills to clients. However, there is something called first-aid and it's like that's an unfamiliar concept to the employees. Saying that I should go to a pharmacy by myself when I am obviously in pain was poor customer care. If you can't provide the pill can't you offer to go and buy it for me or some alternative help? Also, consider providing other fruits that are not apples for breakfast and better juice. The quality of the provided juice is very poor.

Staffs are terrible, poor room and dirty. Air cond is just wind not cool at all. Bathroom is the worst in my whole life. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to have bad experiences. I was so disappointed. I have been traveling over 30 years. This is the worst hotel of all time. Thin shower towel like 30 years used
