Friendly staff, clean premises, good breakfast.

We liked the staff, the location and the room size. It was also a nice quiet hotel. On the other hand - the floor was always sticky, and the toilet had basically no sound isolation. We were able to find our way to the old city quite easily every day. The front desk staff was routinely friendly and easy to deal with

easy to find, parking directions on web page would be good, reception was friendly and helpful, atmosphere was a bit eery: Not sure what kind of people roam the place. room was clean and large enough, interior extremely frugal, bathroom solution innovative. toilet compartment a bit below my personal feel good threshold. More water pressure (10th floor) for showering would be good. Some more hooks to put clothing as well. Breakfast was ok. I found what I needed. I normally eat healthy and I had musli, fruit, egg and veggies, coffee and o-juice. Parking was comfy and pricing acceptable. Walking distance to trade show and good public connectivity to city center.

Excellent location close to the subway station and train station. Friendly staff providing assistance in unexpected situations, simple but quite acceptable breakfast.

The no-frills experience is still comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful and check in and out are very efficient.

Pro: convenient location, adequate room size, well-planned lighting, many power outlets in rooms, free and fast wifi Con: breakfast (no hot food), mattress too stiff, pillows too thin, poor sound insulation, no separate bathroom (shower and sink are in the room) Bottom line: Would be OK for around €40 per night, but a bit lacking for €50+

I did not have hairdryer in my room. It was not convinient.

Would be great to have a closet where one can unpack their clothes instead of living out of a suitcase. In addition to providing Shampoo and Conditioner (not a squeeze bottle in shower) and hairdryer in the room. Facilities were very clean, thank you.

Fine, efficient, reasonably clean. Hot water in shower not working very well, varied from too hot to too cold

The pillows were awful, thin and not supportive. The mattress was not so comfortable either. There was no place to get hot water to make tea. The water flow in the shower was poor. On the plus side the hotel was conveniently located to the subway, the breakfast was good and the room reasonably quiet.

My room was clean, comfortable, breakfast was very good , serving personals were very nice, friendly, competent. reception personals were welcoming/nice. All was good. I usually stay in this hotel for the last many years, whenever I am in Vienna.

There was far too much noise at night. People drinking and singing until 3am. I couldn't sleep for a very long time. At one stage someone was so drunk that they tried to enter my room at 2am and banged on my door for until i shouted through the door to stop. It was more like a hostel than a hotel.

Great service given the limited resources, but Water was not warm, no tissues, desk too small and no gym

I had to book this hotel due to limited available during the time period and travel restrictions from my employer. I can't recall my last stay in 2-star hotel. Pro Room: The room was clean. Con Room: I had nowhere to put my luggage. Had to put in the floor; No Iron on the room; Only 2 toilet paper rolls on the room of lowest quality; The room feels and is equipped more like a hospital / prison than a hotel room. Con Reception: Reception was not able to accept Amex with signature. They were not able to change the method from Pin to signature. Had to use my private credit card. Did not happen to me ever before.
