My stay served its purpose - a convenient, reasonably priced stay for a conference - but it wasn't very comfortable. The layout of the room was strange, with the shower in the main room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows thin. The room was hot, even though I turned the thermostat right down. The sound insulation was not good - I could hear snoring from the next room. I tried to use the "skip the clean" system via both the website and the door sign - neither of which worked. I was left a note that told me to come to Reception, which did not say why. It turned out to be about a loyalty scheme - but it made me worry I'd done something wrong! The breakfast was fine, but the space was crowded.
