Perfect hotel if you’re not planning to spend time in your room apart from sleeping. Perfect location as only 4 stops from St Stephen’s. Room is very basic - don’t expect to be able to unpack your case as there is no wardrobe although there were a few hangers available on a hook. We stayed for 3 nights and really only slept in the room so it was perfect for us. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English when my basic German failed.

The location is great, however the commodities are not the best. Not fully clean and the staff isnt very nice and helpful

Didn’t quite realise that Budget Ibis is sooooo basic. The room was very clean, the bed adequate. 5 coats hangers in the room as clothes storage. Shower cubicle and basin in the room. WC lightly screened with cubicle type door so if you’re sharing with someone not your partner it would be embarrassing. Breakfast was fine. To cap it off, I found out friends at the non budget Ibis next door were actually paying less than me. No more Ibis for me. All staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was too warm even with the AC at the lowest setting. Even exhausted, it was very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was also a sad affair, and we ended up purchasing elsewhere daily.

I enjoyed the stay. Facilities were good for the price. Lack of a cupboard in the room was inconvenient. But overall, the place was clean and close to the train line.
