We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our children. The room was spacious and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The location was truly perfect — within 100 meters we had two large supermarkets, a lovely pastry shop, and a metro station, which made getting around incredibly easy. If I had to mention a small drawback, the toilet area was a bit small, but it was separate from the main bathroom, which had both a shower cabin and a bathtub, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The staff were exceptional: friendly, patient, and always willing to explain everything and help with anything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was great overall. Our mini-fridge was broken but the guys in the reception called a tech the next day and got a new one to the room. The only thing was we had a long stay and the hand soap was finished but when the room was cleaned , never added more soap even when we asked at the reception the next day we see the soap was added but to one that was kinda full. Why not just check all the soaps and add where is needed. But its a small thing over than that all was excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel when visiting Vienna for a week. The rooms were spacious and very clean and loved the water tap in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful when we had a couple of issues (of our own making!). The only thing I would say that I didnt enjoy so much was the level of heating in the hotel, it was very, very warm throughout even when it wasn't so cold outside. However that is a trivial point and wouldnt prevent us staying here again if we were visit Vienna. Thanks!

Location is excellent, 2 minutes from metro station. The room was clean and has enough space for storing personal belongings. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was really nice, and the location of the hotel is really close to U1 with easy connection to the inner city. Breakfast was a little bit dissapointing.
