First the fridge didn’t work, The cleaners was not cleaning just making the beds They didn’t even change the towels and we stay there 5 days No availability to eat something

Our proximity to the Vorgartenstraße Underground Station, just 100 meters away, makes it convenient for our guests to explore Vienna. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We regret that the fridge in your room was not functioning properly. Our maintenance team regularly checks all appliances, and we will ensure this is addressed promptly. Regarding the housekeeping service, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. Our standard practice includes daily housekeeping and regular towel changes. We will review our procedures with our team to ensure consistent high-quality service. We also acknowledge your concern about food availability. While we do not have an on-site restaurant, we do offer a 24-hour gourmet food counter and a cozy bar with a wide selection of drinks. 3 nights in a family room- 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was spacious and clean. Fridge was broken upon arrival and we advised the front desk but had to make a second request for it to be resolved. The room was not serviced the first day- it was only after 4:30pm that someone knocked to ask if we wanted it cleaned - after being out all day we did not feel like leaving the room for this purpose so declined.. Breakfast was expensive so we chose to eat out. The bar area lacks atmosphere and only offered beer/wine or soft drinks, no restaurant. The biggest disappointment was that I left some training shoes in the room and despite me emailing the next day to ask about them, I received no response until two further emails over the following days. At this point they advised that they checked lost property and my shoes were not there. Therefore either a staff member has taken my shoes or housekeeping did not do a thorough cleaning job and the next occupants of the room took them. Neither possibility is good :-(
