Good rooms but difficult to get service or contact reception

everything was perfect except "juices" during the breakfast. the cheapest sh*t you can get in the supermarket.

I would like to follow up on the receipts we requested. Your staff mentioned they would consult with the manager and get back to us, which seemed fine at the time. However, it has been a while, and we still haven't received any response from you. Could you please provide us with an update on this matter ASAP? We expected exceptional service from Novotel.... room numbers 421, 423, and 424, Booking number NSHDGBQ which we stayed from October 14 to October 26, 2024.
