Excellent location, 2 min walk to the train, a supermarket next to the hotel! And the hotel was just amazing!!!! They upgraded us to a bigger room and they were so nice and welcoming, and just recommend it to everyone who comes to Vienna !

The location was good, other than that everything was very bad. Room cleaning was poor, elevators were insufficient, there had to be separate elevators for hotel staff. The breakfast area was insufficient, the lack of telephone in the room was a big shortcoming. The bathroom and toilet area were very small. I am not satisfied

Check in was easy with helpful staff, room clean and comfortable, bed very comfortable and clean, comfort area and tv perfect. View of outside lovely but also private. breakfast catered for all and was cooked amazing
