Very friendly staff, loved the fresh water tab, did not like the carpet floor cover due to hygiene concerns, but it was clean though. Bath was also clean that is the most important thing

The experience was okaish. I have stayed at many Accor hotels so I expected more from Novotel (it gave more of a 3* feel instead of 4* hotel) +ve: the staff was very helpful and friendly. -ve: breakfast was mostly cold (not appropriate temperature), less variety. The toiletries (hand wash) were not replenished enough), guest bathroom around reception area felt more like a public toilet (not clean).
