We are delighted that you enjoyed the comfort of our apartment suites, designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers with their spacious 30m2 layout and convenient amenities. We regret to hear your experience was marred by the lack of kitchen utensils and difficulties with our Wi-Fi login process. Our suites are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator to provide our guests with a home-like environment. We understand the importance of these in-room features and will certainly review your comments to enhance our guest experience. Furthermore, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the need to frequently re-login to our Wi-Fi network. We are continuously working on improving our services and your feedback is invaluable in this process. We are delighted that you found our team to be helpful and pleasant throughout your stay, and that your pre-arrival correspondence was satisfactory. It is our aim to provide guests with a warm welcome and professional service at all times. Nonetheless, we apologize for the difficulties you encountered regarding the accessibility of currency exchange. We understand the inconvenience this caused and regret that this impacted your sightseeing plans. We hope you can understand that, like many other hotels, we not have a license for foreign currency exchange and therefore cannot offer such service on site. However there are many ATMs in the city and in proximity to our hotel which offer 24/7 availability and Credit- Debit and Maestro Cards are widely accepted by restaurants, taxis and ticketing machines for public transportation services. We also sincerely regret the issues with the apartment amenities and the challenges with housekeeping services. Our aim is to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and convenient stay, so it is disappointing to hear that we fell short in these areas. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you faced with the clothes iron and the complications with the airport transportation. Your comments have been noted, and will be addressed in order to prevent such or similar situations from happening again in the future..
