Breakfast was pretty good and all hotel staff were friendly! However, we did not know having a body lotion was privilege in this hotel… also, toilet flushing seemed messed up and so many more things were dysfunctional in our room

On the whole, a very positive stay. Hotel is very well located and is quiet in the evenings. We were disappointed with no drawers and very minimal hanging space as this was a 4 day trip so we had a fair amount of clothes. Staff were excellent in sorting an extension lead for kettle and coffee machine so we didn’t have to heave the unit forward to unplug TV to plug in appliances. Would suggest this is needed in any other rooms where this is also the case. Breakfast was a good selection although the price is quite steep (as in all hotels)! Overall, we would use this hotel again.

Great hotel and great location to explore Vienna. The room was very warm and comfortable - good amenities. The hotel did not have enough pillows to provide us with one extra until the following day. The room could have been cleaner and the maid did not take away dirty wine glasses or clean the bottle for water in the room whilst we were there.

First, I had specifically requested a double bed room via Booking.com, which was confirmed by your staff before my trip. However, upon arrival, we were assigned a twin room. When I asked to change it, I was told that all double rooms were fully occupied, despite my prior confirmation. Although we were eventually moved to a double room on the ground floor, it was still very inconvenient. The sofa bed we requested in advance was not set up, and there were towels for only two people on the first night. Most frustratingly, the room was freezing, and we weren't given any instructions on how to use the heater. When I first asked, a staff member told me to set it to 15 degrees. Even though I double-checked because it sounded too low, she insisted it was correct. After a freezing night, I asked another staff member, who informed me it should have been 25 degrees, not 15. I am truly disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconsistent service. Honestly, I do not plan to visit your hotel again, nor will I recommend it to others.
