I recommend this hotel. Great location near transportation, 20 minutes walk to train station connecting city center with the airport, walking distance to city center. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in front desk, specially Flavia and Aleyna, always ready to help and provide details of places to visit in the city. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was pretty much what I expected from a big chain. Room was nice and quiet and generally fine to stay in for a few days. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Location is good for exploring Vienna. Pillows weren't great and they didn't have others to choose from which was a bit disappointing. Room cleanliness was good. I think like most hotels in this price bracket, it just needs a bit of fine detail attention like fixing chipped paint here and there etc..

That you advertise having smart TVs, and then find out that they don't work anyway, so casting your own TV on the otherwise fine screen is ridiculous that in 2026 you can't do it.🥲🥲 Their wifi isn't secured enough either, they're lagging behind too..👎👎👎

We had an item in our room that was missing after the cleaning. The manager made everything to find it without success. Afterwards he decided to give us a compensation so we can buy the item.
