We stayed at ibis Styles Wien City between January 6th and 11th as a family (two adults and an almost 4-year-old), and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is generally very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was generous and varied for a hotel of this size. There were a few downsides. The nightstand lamp in our room was broken and couldn’t be repaired unless we were present, which was understandable, but a replacement lamp could have been an easy temporary solution. The room was also quite cold, as there is no proper central heating, only an old-style AC unit that wasn’t very effective. Additionally, the room was quite noisy due to the nearby metro and tram, so light sleepers should be aware. That said, it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Overall, a good stay with excellent staff and solid value, with a few comfort-related improvements needed.
