This is a very good budget hotel. Rooms are funky and functional, staff are incredible, location is super great to get the metro into Vienna (37 or 38) but there is an issue. Noise….great if you are used to living by a track for Kev the boy racer to practise their racing starts and play dreadful 80’s euro dance until 3am. When this eventually stops you are reminded of the omni present sound of the train track. The caveat is…it was only €800 for 2 rooms for 2 nights!

It was okay but one thing is very important which is hygiene ! The room wasnt clean i guess cause somebody forget their socks at the small closet space and there was a lighter forgotten in the bathroom. It seems they havent checked it and cleaned it enough to see these …

Regarding hygiene and cleanliness: We take cleanliness very seriously, and we regret that you found personal items in the room. However, as you decided to change rooms for other reasons and did not inform our team about these findings during your stay, we unfortunately had no opportunity to react immediately, inspect the room, or offer a solution at that time. Had we been informed, we would have addressed the matter right away. Regarding the room change and front desk interaction: I would like to clarify this situation from our side. The room category you originally booked is only available on the quiet side of the hotel and fully booked for the period of your stay. Additionally, you initially requested a room with twin beds, for which no alternative was available. Once you decided that a double bed would also be acceptable, I showed you another available room and arranged the room change right away and personally. This was not a matter of unwillingness, but rather of availability and matching your preferences. I am sorry if my communication came across as argumentative; this was certainly not my intention. At the same time, I would like to mention that the conversation became challenging as your travel partner raised her voice and questioned whether I was “kidding her,” which made the situation difficult for all involved. This behavior was shown again at the check-out. We regret that this experience left you dissatisfied, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both communication and service processes. We booked for a family weekend in Vienna. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Location is good. The hotel is serviced by the 37/38 tram - right outside the hotel - into Schottentor and you can make your way further from there. Other stops are close by for the U4 or U6 depending on where you need to get to. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to family or friends.

Great hotel, the location is fantastic, being close to U6 and various tram lines. The complimentary hot drinks (punch, tea, coffee) is also really good. Beds are also comfortable as well. Would be happy to stay here again.
