It's also wonderful that you appreciated the convenience of our fitness room and the availability of breakfast. However, we sincerely apologise for the challenges you encountered during check-in and the subsequent issues with the invoice delivery. Additionally, we apologise for any oversight regarding the separate key for the fitness room, which strive to communicate clearly to our guests.
