Had to wait for check in even after 1500hrs.

Stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Room was perfect for the 3 of us. Check in was smooth thank you Selina. At all times staff were friendly across reception, bar and cleaners. Great location for visiting Vienna and would definitely stay again.
