After some little problem with reservation staff reacted and everything was sorted out. Hotel has great location 10 min from city center and Prater. Metro 2min. Breakfast was great with lots of options. There are tons of restaurants near by. Supermarket across the street. Friendly staff.

No lobby for coffee is the big minus

Breakfast really needs improving (see my specific comments below). The room was clean and small but we expected this in a city centre. The window didn't seal properly so we were woken several times in the night by ambulances/police sirens. The air con didn't work well so the room was too hot. Housekeeping came at 16.15 on day two when we were already back in our room.
