The same reception staff when we checked-in and checked-out was not very customer-oriented. The last day we asked him to call a taxi, he just did the minimal work and did not follow up at all. We had to wait almost 20 min and to request another staff to call again for a taxi. The first staff just left the reception and did not care about the taxi being late or not arrived at the hotel. Also we waited very long at check-in and check-out while we did pre check in. Overall the hotel staff at the reception was aloof.

rooms standards are getting worse and worse even though i made reservation in advance, in room there were no light switchers next to bed and also ventilation was working all nigh which i could not turn off and could not sleep properly also during breakfast I asked for double espresso machiato which i was always getting from the bar, but this time i was told no and lady, instead of just make this coffee, spend more time explaining how to use coffee machine and in the end it was still not the coffee i asked for
