One of the stingiest hotels I visit in my life. They provide nothing more than shampoo & soap. Even the water you need to drink it from the shower. You need to ask for everythings even the slippers 😅. They have low manpower to operate the hotel. However, the housekeeping team is good so everything is clean. Breakfast buffet is limited & repeated. Not bad, it average breakfast. Note that, due to lake of staff you need to do the wafel & banckcake your self. It not a joke. You need to do it yourself 😅. Never stay again in Novetel brand. Bu at end it is not too bad.

While we normally provide slippers in our Executive rooms upon request, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused by having to ask for additional items. Our breakfast buffet offers rotating selections, though we regret any perception of limitation. Please know we value ALL members and will review our check-in procedures. Nonetheless, we’re encouraged you rated your overall satisfaction at 70% and hope our central location near Vienna’s attractions offered convenient exploration opportunities.
