as a business traveler I found the staff very helpful. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and fit for my needs. The breakfast selection was very good, and the location of the hotel is spot on.

I make the reservation at one price and the reception they ask to pay more.It was the first time i made a reservation on the hotel 's website, a major mistake on my part,i wouldn't have had any problems if i had made it through Booking. When i made the reservation i booked the offer Family and co.50%off Standard room with 1 bed FAMILY & CO: 50% OFF the 2nd ROOM Member rate -10% (included) 194,40€ Option(s) Special Breakfast Rate ×3 81,00€ To be paid at the hotel 275,40€ Total (Fees and taxes included) 275,40€ This is was what i received when i made the reservation. When i checked in ,they asked me to pay 360 euros.I showed to the boy from reception the reservation but he said that he needed to speak to the manager who wasn't there on Saturday.Three days have passed and there has been no response from the hotel

The view, the location, the space was perfect. One small improvement: the bartender should be more polite and friendly. While the welcome is perfect, the bartender should take a step back and be a little less blunt in his words, but I think it's not an easy job for him either.

there was no way to order food. no info in the room, no phone, no menu. on the other hand, the person at the bar was extremely helpful and kind.
