Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are pleased to hear that you found the room equipment satisfactory, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. Finding hair near the bed and a wristband left behind in the shower is clearly not acceptable and does not reflect the housekeeping standards we strive to maintain. We also regret that the shower gel dispenser was nearly empty and that you felt your concerns were not given the attention they deserved when you raised them during check-out. Guest feedback is extremely important to us, and we are sorry that this was not the impression you received.
