The photos of the hotel on the website and actual hotel are very different. It’s an old dilapidated property. The rooms, beds, bathrooms looked very old.

Friendly Staff, but Couple Things weren’t good

Good: Reception was friendly. Bad: Requested a 03:15 wake-up call for an early flight, but was never called. Thankfully my phone alarm worked Bad: Was a cold first night, but the room didn’t have heating Ugly: Sign in bathroom says to leave towels on the floor if you want them changed. The housekeeper picked up the towels from the floor and hung them back on the rack. We know this because we were in the room when he was cleaning and saw him do this. We suspect this was done on the first day as well because the towels on the rack weren’t quite dry. Also. the shampoo dispenser was about 25% full when we first arrived in the room. The housekeeper never refilled the bottle. When it became empty, I had to request for him to refill.

Well located, quiet and clean

I always stay at this hotel which is conveniently located not far from Prater and VIC on line 1 to the center. The hotel is nice, clean and very quiet at night. The room is very big with space for desk and coat hangers. The personnel is nice and provides all the information.

The hotel is in the perfect spot next to metro station, a small super market and in walking distance of Mexikoplatz where a very beautiful church is. The room was clean, and it was cleaned every day. Personnel very helpful. My only wish would be a mini bar in the room to keep my water bottles cold. Just a suggestion! Thanks for making my stay perfect!
