Friendly staff and a good location, close to u-bahn stations. Slightly difficult to control the room temperature and was unable to check in early - this has been possible at other Ibis hotels so was expecting it here as well. A late check out was provided however.

It was a nice trips but when we arrived the toilet was dirty and there was toilette papwr in the basket. Next day was cleaned.

Hotel is located near Prater and a few minutes of walk from the metro station. Center is not far even if you go on foot, depending where you're going, it is 20-40 mins of walk and you get some sightseeing as well. Hotel itself is very clean, staff were hard working, friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was good.
