Essential rooms with good enough amenities for a weekend. There isn’t enough staff at the reception, I spent long times waiting for check in, at the bar, at luggage deposit. Good staff and very quick at handling my requests.

The location was great and what was even better was the view from the room. It was incredible and so lucky to have such a good view. Bed was very comfy and shower was excellent too. Big tv with lots of channels

That hotel has a good location but for the service i could not say same thing it is not enough clean because they did not vacuum the room untill the check out when we check in the hotel we receive body towels but they did not change never until we check out from the hotel but they change foot towel also light is not enough for the room therefore for the slipers it is not their rotiune we should ask to reception it should be ready in the room we were excepting like this

Regarding slippers, we would like to clarify that according to the official national hotel category for a three star property in Austria, slippers are not part of the required standard amenities. If guests prefer additional comforts such as slippers, these are typically included in higher category hotels. The room basically only has a bed and a bathroom. That’s it. No fridge, no kettle, no tea.

Our rooms follow the classic ibis standards and are designed in a functional and minimalist way, which means that items such as a fridge or a kettle are not included. These amenities are also not part of the standard equipment for a three star hotel in Austria. We would also like to kindly point out that it is not stated anywhere in our descriptions that the rooms are equipped with a fridge or a kettle.
