Perfectly functional hotel, with a bar. Just as you would expect with an Ibis. Right next door to an Ibis Budget... Close to public transport, which is useful because there's not a whole lot close by this location.

With a great surprise found 4 TV channels on Russian!!! Spent some time watching my favourite programs!!:)) The hotel itself was simple and cosy at the same time! I love to stay here! One dislikely point is absence of a refrigerator!:( I prefer to have cold drinks next to me in a room!

Even when the staff was really helpful, we din’t enjoyed our stay die to following reasons: 1. The bed was not comfortable. 2. Bathroom & lobby was very dull and scary. It kind off was giving negative vibes. 3. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and not very much variety was served.

I have experienced some issues with my staying @ Ibis WIEN Messe: - Kind of unfriendly front desk staff (one person of them) - unclear single/double policy:are they different from other Ibis? They say "all the Accord are the same“ as far I know pricing is for room if it is without breakfast - They wrote down the number of my credit card without my consent, that's UNCOMPLAINT of GDPR - Breakfast is regular - I booked a "signature room" but it was a standard room with some stickers. I also send an e-mail at Accort customer service during my staying but I dindn't get any answer yet. Fortunately, this never happened before at Accors hotels, but I wonder if it would happen from now. Thanks and regards, Giuseppe Caprara

As ever, Ibis is a reliable and friendly chain. But the system took both my advanced payment and a second payment when I checked out. I raised this and I was initially told the money would be reimbursed in two weeks. I said that would leave me short of cash. An Ibis colleague was able to fast track repayment. It should have been standard response when a customer is overcharged.

The hotel is just two metro stops from VIC. It is very convenient for a business trip, affordable and wifi connection is really good. Dinner options, drinks and breakfast are remarkable. I strongly recommend this hotel for business travellers. The access to the airpot is also easy by metro and then S-bahn.

We had problem with check in, everything was covered with the agency, but they lost credit card info somehow. Everything else was fine, room, breakfast etc

1. During the arrival our mistake we went to the ibis green the guys pointed out the door to headed to ibis red. The sad thing the receptionist using the headphone while check in. Is that the ibis standard? 2. Been inform during checked in about the extension night. Next day confirmed by day shift and extend. Evening we had to wait for one hour to get the key because of turn down that what receptionist had said and seems the receptionist doesn’t know what his doing that took almost hour standing in front of him.

Once again an enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the map it appears to be "out of town", but it is very close to the Prater Park (10 minutes walk) and the nearest Metro station is about 5 minutes walk away. The advantage of this hotel is that it is easy to reach by train from Vienna International Airport (S7 to Paterstien and then walk and it is relatively quiet. Also it provides a good breakfast and a good selection of reasonably priced evening meals are available. I would stay at this hotel again.

Bedbugs in IBIS!!! Du jamais vu!!!

I booked in advance, for two nights, so, I got a little discount (the final price was as if I stayed at IBIS budget). the room is standard, I asked one facing the yard (otherwise it would be noisy). The breakfast could be better (more choice for the fruits, cereals and pastry). the second day it was an invasion of Italians arrived in a full tourist bus, so, there was no place to sit around. But what stroke me - there were bedbugs!!! We were bitten during night... What stroke me more - when I told it to the reception, they weren't surprised at all... Also, I asked for the fast check-out, but 10 days later and after remind at the client service, I still don't receive an invoice. So, it wasn't a nice stay.
