Room was small and bathroom not very modern. Shower was extremely small. Curtains did not block the sun light. Tv worked but Netflix did not. Mattress was small for Queen and well used (big indentations) but not the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on. The room and hotel were very clean as far as I could tell. The staff was nice enough. The breakfast buffet was very overpriced so we chose not to eat there. However, it appears process have risen dramatically for food all over Vienna in the last two years.

Ok located, good price, ok to good breakfast, nice to have late at night check-in, room was ok, bathroom disappointing

Stayed there before, all was good, but this time the bed was really bad, we couldn’t sleep well. Also, the hotel needs a renovation compared to the other Ibis hotels.

I got an unpleasant experience with an old lady wanted me to leave the table I was working on the coffee shop of the hotel. The staff of ibis did not short this out, so I would considered twice if I ever go back to this hotel
