While we are pleased that you were satisfied with the check-in and check-out experience, we are very sorry to learn that several aspects of your room did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Finding lint and dust in the room is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards we aim to provide. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the low water pressure, fluctuating shower temperature, and the amount of light entering through the curtains, which affected your comfort and quality of sleep. However, we are sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the room amenities and comfort. Please note that kettles and refrigerators are not part of our standard room equipment and are not advertised as room amenities. Additionally, for safety reasons, not all windows in the hotel can be opened fully. We also regret that you felt the room did not provide the level of comfort you expected, particularly in comparison to other hotels and considering the rate paid during a period of exceptionally high demand. Room rates may vary depending on occupancy and market demand, and we understand that this can sometimes lead to differing perceptions of value.
