There were lint balls on the floor, the desk, and the table under the TV. The shower had no water pressure, and the temperature fluctuated wildly. The curtains let in a lot of light, so it was hard to sleep comfortably.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Finding lint and dust in the room is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards we aim to provide. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the low water pressure, fluctuating shower temperature, and the amount of light entering through the curtains, which affected your comfort and quality of sleep. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel - rooms were basic (no kettle, no fridge, uncomfortable mattress, window which couldn’t be opened) akin to a travelodge in the UK. Location was great but I chose this hotel over the Ibis Budget next door as expected a higher standard of room as I was staying for a week for Eurovision. Given I paid a premium for this room (thanks dynamic pricing which then dropped over £200 and customer service refused to do anything) for Eurovision week, the price I paid didn’t match what I got for the room. I subsequently stayed in an Ibis in Prague after this hotel and the hotel was of a far higher standard.

Please note that kettles and refrigerators are not part of our standard room equipment and are not advertised as room amenities. Additionally, for safety reasons, not all windows in the hotel can be opened fully. We also regret that you felt the room did not provide the level of comfort you expected, particularly in comparison to other hotels and considering the rate paid during a period of exceptionally high demand. Room rates may vary depending on occupancy and market demand, and we understand that this can sometimes lead to differing perceptions of value. overall ok , but cleaning service need to be improved. Dust u7nder the bed was not cleaned well all over the the stay.
