The rooms do not have a water boiler or any coffee or tea. You have to go down to the bar, where 8 times out of 10 no one is there. It’s supposed to be open always, but no matter when we go down, no one is there. We just awkwardly walk around saying “Hello” with no answer. When somebody finally comes, they are really nice and helpful, but most of the time, because of the wait, there is already a line of people at the desk and bar, so getting a snack or tea takes at least several minutes just to order. There are no electric outlets next to the bed, so watching a movie on a laptop or charging the phone while using it in bed is not possible.

While we are pleased that you found our colleagues friendly and helpful when available, we understand that waiting several minutes simply to order a drink or snack is inconvenient. Our reception and bar are operated by the same team, and during busy periods colleagues may therefore be assisting other guests. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments regarding the waiting times and will review them with our team. Regarding the room equipment, kettles and tea or coffee making facilities are not part of the standard ibis room concept at our hotel and are therefore not listed among the included amenities when booking. We also understand your point regarding the lack of electrical outlets next to the bed. Convenient charging options have become increasingly important, and this is something we are taking into consideration of future modernization of our rooms. Thank you for your constructive feedback.
