Location was great - near line 1 of the subway. Size of the room was good as well. It was clean. The pillows could be better though and the duvet could be bigger. Reception was great. Check in and check out went smoothly. Our only complain would be the housekeeping staff. Every morning, we were woken up by loud banging sound from the hallways (presumably of trolleys being pushed), even the walls were shaking. The staff also talked so loudly right outside the door. On our last day, the staff entered the room without knocking. They also did not provide toilet paper when we had just very few left - we had to ask for extra.

Room was like a hostel, poorly set up, no place to keep luggage, no locker in the room, no water bottles, no kettle nothing at all. Staff at counter was untrained took eon’s to do check in. No toiletries in bathroom except a body wash. Seriously never staying here again and do not recommend to others as well.
