Amazing stay at this property. Well located, walking distance to everywhere. Incredible views of Vienna… for breakfast. Great spa! Staff was friendly and super helpful. But, the rooms really impressed me, borderline spectacular - large, plenty of closets, spacious beds, incredible bathrooms, coffee machine in the room - just a really perfect layout and use of space. I recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

So Vienna So Disappointing

Curiosity425271 Business - TripAdvisor review

We booked this hotel thinking it would deliver the same quality and service as So Paris, unfortunately this was not the case. The room had several broken fittings and damaged furniture. The breakfast area was grubby, the service half hearted ( on our first morning we waited for 30 minutes to be served coffee) The ‘buffet’ areas were messy and the floor dirty and sticky in some parts. On our last day the room was not serviced when we returned mid afternoon, the surly girl on reception seemed to think this was in some way of our making The only redeeming experience came from the maintenance man who with impeccable manners reset the safe in our room. We would never book this hotel again.

The location is great, but overall not good experience. Was disappointed because I called to the hotel and asked to do birthday arrangements for my husband. I was promised to have it, unfortunately after arriving to the room nothing was there. SPA is very small, not possible to relax. This is not was I expected for spent money.
