The hotel is beautiful, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spotless throughout our stay and we were very satisfied with the overall quality of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options (and amazing view!), and the breakfast team as well as the reception staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and professional. The only disappointing part of our stay was the rooftop restaurant. During our five-night stay, we tried several times to have dinner there, but it was fully booked every single evening. It would have been very helpful if the front desk had informed us during check-in that reservations were highly recommended. We also believe that a hotel of this standard should reserve at least a few tables for hotel guests, especially for those staying multiple nights. Unfortunately, this did not seem to be the case, which was disappointing. While the reception and breakfast teams provided excellent service, we feel that the restaurant's hosting experience could be improved. Better communication and a more guest-friendly reservation policy would make a significant difference. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return. With some improvements to the restaurant experience, this hotel would be close to perfect.

The views were excellent. I was fortunate to have two separate stays within the same week, and I was given two different views each time. I must say, both sides were equally impressive in their own unique way. The location is also very convenient—I was able to explore nearby tourist hotspots, enjoy some shopping, and run errands easily after my working hours, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
