Save your money go to a better place. As What their Night manager Amina said to me rudely this is five star hotel whatever that meant? But Miss Amina five star hotel comes with an amazing service not a bad attitude bad attitude you can find in a hostel. I just asked her about something and she looked up and down at me and said this is five star hotel we are in Europe and that’s how we do it here. No ma’am, that’s not how you do it anywhere and that’s not how you respond to people. I can be as rude, but I was raised well. And when I told you that’s fine, you can be rude. I can review you said that’s fine. Give us one star we like it. Amazing attitude!! Now I gave you your wish and here is your one star. I hope your manager sees this and gives you one star in your end of the year evaluation.

The hotel and rooms are nice but the staff and service is the worst. Theres no credibility of the staff as each of them convey a different message regarding hotel rules and amenities. There was a discrepancy on the bill and it shouldve been covered with the credit i had received but they charged us seperately and one staff was telling a different story than the other and pretty much straighy lying to the customer. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
