I want to highlight Laura from the welcome desk at the breakfast, she is a solair person who stands out with her warmth and elegant posture! A pleasure to start into the day and into a breakfast with a stunning view. Also Alfred from evening welcome always friendly, professional and with a warm charisma! Another shout out to the beautiful Persian lady at the welcome desk - impeccable grooming and extraordinary welcoming and remembering personal details! The experience it was nice. We have great experience. We have some problems with the heating, but they have changed the room. The breakfast was nice. We tried to reserve a table at the restaurant for dinner , but they had a lot of obligations with the food orders, which we could not fulfill because I had an surgery and cannot eat the food we supposed to order it, also my 9 years old cannot eat that amount of food.

I have wanted to stay at the So Hotel in Vienna for a while. I needed to be in the 2nd district for meetings so I took my chance. I am really happy I did as it was very nice and the restaurant on the 18th floor was really nice.
