The room was exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Emina, Joebelle, and Emma. The breakfast and view was superb.

the room /suite was a disaster, never seen a darker suite like this, and the price for that disaster

Experience at the breakfast was extremely uncomfortable. Workers were rude. We felt like one of the workers(male) wanted us to leave the restaurant quickly even though it was 7am. My partner is unable to eat mushrooms due to "critical" allergic issue and I asked the worker if I can get an egg omelette only without the mushrooms, but the answer was no, and the way he spoke was extremely rude and uncomfortable. So we had an omelette with nothing in it even though we saw other guests ordering omelette choosing the ingredients. We almost felt like that worker is racist. He didn't even say goodbye to us when we left Das Loft. This was my first uncomfortable experience I had while visiting Accor hotels as a gold member, especially at 5-star hotels. I can't recommend this hotel to my friend, colleague or my family as long as this worker stays at that hotel.

We enjoyed a Corner Room on the 17th floor. The accommodations were clean and spacious, the view was stunning, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, providing directions, recommendations, and information about the area.
