A new property on a very good location, its iconic restaurant Das Loft is a must visit, we stayed in a their suite room, room interiors were complete white, a different theme altogether, their SPA and wellness areas were fine. It is conveniently located within the city

Welcoming hotel with a fabulous18th floor restaurant. Just a couple of minor niggles in the room ... a broken drawer in front of the dad which never got fixed, air-con which we couldn't get off automatic and a very "squeaky" bed. Other than that ... fantastic. Highly recommended.

Many things went wrong on this stay. For starters, no one assisted me with my luggage upon arrival (this would be just the beginning of trials & tribulations). As a single female traveler staying at a 5 star hotel, I’d expect that my car is met with staff to bring my bags into the hotel. Beyond that, most unsatisfactory was having my bags brought to a room that REEKED of cigarette. It fully smelled of a low-tier Las Vegas casino in my room. To cast this as a mere “oversight” would be downplaying it. Not only is this hotel non-smoking (as almost all are), the fact that there could be SO many oversights that had to happen for my things to be brought to this room when the smell was beyond obvious is indicative that the level of service is beyond subpar for what a 5-star stay indicates. I find this, for what is supposedly a 5-star hotel, absolutely unacceptable and the fact that nothing was done for me besides a measly, half-ass apology to be completely unbelievable. The level of service (which is the main distinction between star rankings of hotels) is SEVERELY lacking at this property. First & last time staying at an SO/ and I will be adding this review to Amex (my booking modality) to ensure others don’t have to endure this hotel. Exorbitant cost for subpar service and quality.. if you want to stay at a “5-star” hotel, pay 5-star prices, AND receive motel-like service, SO/ is the place for you!! Rooms are also muggy, thermostat didn’t work in my room and frequently had to open windows to keep temperature under control. Gym was disorganized and cramped. Felt unsanitary, and lacking in relevant equipment. Yoga mats were in complete disarray, nothing matching, nothing cleanly, truly diabolical experience.

Good. It was very cold in Vienna. On Tuesday evening around 7 pm, when I came back from the work, two windows in my room were open! It was very cold in the room whole evening and night.
