Good location close to multiple public transport options, restaurants and pubs. The room was comfortable and breakfast was very basic but sufficient. Elena was wonderful at check in and check out. She always had this beautiful smile, which was wonderful as the other customer service staff whilst were very helpful and sufficient didn’t smile at all. And the only minor issue I had was I had misplaced my toothbrush and when I went to the reception to request a dental kit, they didn’t have it as they had run out and instead offered me a shaving kit. Luckily there was a Mercure next door and the lovely gentleman at the reception was more than happy to assist me with a couple of dental kits. But overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

The hotel is in a very nice area, lively with shops and restaurants nearby -yet peaceful. It’s easy to reach the main sights on foot or by public transport. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a lovely surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful

Good hotel for the price, good location about a 3 minute walk to Grands Boulevards metro on lines 8 and 9....good continental breakfast....and water and pastries available in reception free if charge during the day....lots of shops and restaurants on Grands Boulveards...I would definitely stay here again...Ben the manager is a really helpful and a good laugh also...
