We had a lovely 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Paris and we didn’t know our way around and the reception staff gave us directions to the metro station and where to get off. They booked restaurants for us which we would never have found and were delicious. The hotel are so lucky to have such professional, friendly reception staff. The hotel is decorated in a jazz musical theme and is spotless clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in beautiful basement surroundings.

I stayed for six nights following a last-minute booking after the hotel originally booked by my secretary, located near Galeries Lafayette and outside the Accor group, was unable to provide a room upon check-in around 5:00 PM. As a result, alternative accommodation had to be arranged nearby, about one metro stop away. At check-in, Mr. Chonden handled the process professionally and explained that he was unable to provide a room upgrade in line with my Gold membership benefits due to full occupancy, as the hotel had only one room remaining. Consequently, the assigned room was compact, which is typical for Paris hotels. However, the hotel compensated by providing complimentary slippers, bathrobes, and still or sparkling water refills daily. On the final night, a power socket malfunction resulted in a temporary loss of electricity. Mr. Habib promptly coordinated with maintenance, and although the technician had already completed their shift, they returned within approximately 30 minutes to resolve the issue, demonstrating an effective and responsive approach to service recovery. The hotel is not directly adjacent to a metro station but remains within walking distance 10 mins from Metro line 7. The surrounding area is safe and offers a wide range of dining options, cafés, bakeries, and convenience stores. Despite the compact room size, the attentive service and professionalism of the staff made the stay pleasant and comfortable. Throughout the stay, the staff were consistently polite and welcoming, greeting guests warmly both when leaving and returning to the hotel, reflecting a high standard of hospitality.

Close to everything and we walked to many locations. But you are surrounded by public transport options also. Lots of local bars and restaurants all around and love how many seem to be filled with locals. Would love a little more space in the room but this is Paris.
