A short break with my wife and son to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The hotel was chosen as one of the few that could provide a separate bed for our son and the hotel team went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Stayed with Mercure opéra grands boulevards on two occasions. Generally the stay was good with the exception of an extremely rude staff member. On two specific occasions he demonstrated his lack of professionalism.

Apartment three was perfectly adequate, and the location was ideal, but it was your front desk staff (Andrei, in particular) and your breakfast staff who really made the six night stay memorable.
