Very Bad service, bad experience, the rooms very small. The air conditioner doesn’t work and the front desk employees do not have any service experience, they don’t speak in English and they don’t have any consideration with rhe guest. The cleaning service very bad as well

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room (a privilege room) had been recently redone and was stylish and comfortable. Although my room looked into the street, it was quiet. Walking distance (15 minutes) f. Gare du Nord if you don’t have much luggage. Some very nice bars and restaurants in the area, including Caval literally next door.

From A to Z a great experience. Lovely boutique hotel, plenty of charm and the location is just ideal. Staff is super accommodating and helpful. I will definitely stay there next time in Paris.

The hotel was amazing. Aircon and little fridge. Very quiet. The decor was quirky and fun. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. We loved them. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our overseas trip. Highly recommend.

The young women at the reception were really nice, helpful and kind. However, there was a man that was quite rude. Also, it’s not a great idea to always have the doors locked. You should have a system where one can enter with our key card.
