First, the location of this hotel is perfect and the staff was outstanding. But that’s where it stops. The hotel clearly used photos from a different hotel to advertise and the rooms were significantly worse than we expected. On our first night, we went to turn the light over the bed on and ended up pulling the whole lamp out of the wall and killing the power to all the lights ON THE FLOOR. All the guests came out of their rooms and we had to reset the breaker. The shower was mouldy, the rooms were damp and the bed was uncomfortable. It was super disappointing as the photos on the website showed a much more modern and clean space.

I was charged twice for my accommodation and Accor did not help me whatsoever and still refuses to answer my questions or provide me with an explanation to the unexpected financial impact this had while I was traveling. No accountability, no initiative to maybe provide me with a goodwill gesture for their mistake. NOTHING. Still no answers to this.

My room was at attic floor therefore there were less space than in a standard room. Overall the room looked well maintained and the cleaning service was done properly. The sink drain didn’t function well, the water was every time accumulated in the sink. That was annoying. And I found the window locked mechanism was broken and it was impossible to close it. But after asking a hotel stuff, the issue was solved. That I appreciate.

My favorite neighborhood when in Paris. Few steps from my yoga studio, lots of restaurants, central location (I walk everywhere) and good metro connections. Hotel is modern, clean, comfortable. Good breakfast! Nice service!

Great location for access to most of Paris, although a 20mins walk from Gare du Nord, it's all downhill so if the weather is dry and not too hot it's quite a pleasant stroll. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a short walk to Opera for the metro or the Big Bus Tours. We took the 'suite' on the top floor, which was lovely, plenty of room for the 4 of us, including living area, kitchen and lots of closet space. Only thing i'd improve was the apartment could have a bit of an air out between guests. The manager, front desk staff and breakfast ladies were all very friendly, and made our stay enjoyable.

Your front office team was amazing, all of them, very responsive and friendly. Not easy to get such a team... congrats to them. Your only issue is the wifi, sooooo slow, like if we are in the 90s!

Apartment was nothing like the picture online and smelt fusty. No bedding for 5th adult. Door entrance looked old and tatty. The reception staff were very friendly and did bring bedding and made up the bed when we requested it.

Room was obviously a bad room they give to people who book via points, as we had 3 other friends who had rooms which were much better. Ours could barely fit the bed in properly, the bathroom and whole room smelt of wet mold
