Great location for access to most of Paris, although a 20mins walk from Gare du Nord, it's all downhill so if the weather is dry and not too hot it's quite a pleasant stroll. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a short walk to Opera for the metro or the Big Bus Tours. We took the 'suite' on the top floor, which was lovely, plenty of room for the 4 of us, including living area, kitchen and lots of closet space. Only thing i'd improve was the apartment could have a bit of an air out between guests. The manager, front desk staff and breakfast ladies were all very friendly, and made our stay enjoyable.

Your front office team was amazing, all of them, very responsive and friendly. Not easy to get such a team... congrats to them. Your only issue is the wifi, sooooo slow, like if we are in the 90s!

Apartment was nothing like the picture online and smelt fusty. No bedding for 5th adult. Door entrance looked old and tatty. The reception staff were very friendly and did bring bedding and made up the bed when we requested it.

Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. The room was very small and it did not have a refrigerator or a safe. Considering the price we paid, the service and facilities were not as good as expected. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you, but I believe the hotel could improve the room facilities and provide better value for the price.

Great stay. Reception spoke clear English which helped my minimal French conversation. Room was ready about 2 hours earlier than expected so didn’t need to drop bags off. We used this option when checking out though - secure locked room and itemised bags. Delicious breakfast. Room was large, open and airy. Air con was amazing. Large TV. Shower worked well.
