Had the most wonderful stay in the hotel celebrating a special birthday with my friends!!! We had the pleasure of spending three nights in the top floor apartment of the ibis Paris Grands Boulevards Opéra 9ème and cannot speak highly enough of the accommodation. The apartment room was amazing!!! Lots of space and the facilities were excellent, clean and comfortable! Great value for money! And a perfect location in the heart of Paris. Staff were all so lovely and friendly! Especially Adele who was so welcoming and made my stay extra special with a birthday surprise! Thank you so very much!!! Highly recommend!x

Although the room was big, the toilet was old and tiny, although it was a family room. The room had a weird smell. The receptionist were not very friendly, and it was very difficult to order a drink in the bar. The common Area downstairs is full from little fruits flies, which made me suspicious about getting breakfast there, so we did not. Really expensive for what you get. The only good thing for me is the location.
