The room was extremely small, I could barely step in and close the door. It was also cold as the radiator in the bathroom did not work, and could not get it to work either. Bathroom ceiling was extremely low, when showering I had to bend my head to avoid hitting the ceiling. Also, the room was noisy with water dripping in the heating system. Overall, extremely unpleasant experience!

Very well located, with 2 Metro stations close by and walkable distance to restaurants and cafes in the 9 th Arrondissement. Nice and helpful employees, we could even check-in one hour before the official check-in time and leave our luggage safely for a few hours on departure day

Had a rather small basic room. No minibar and a bit boring set up/window view. Breakfast is OK, good coffee! Fast internet. Absolute very nice reception staff who helped me directly with additional support when I lost my mobile phone upon my arrival at the hotel. Left the phone in the taxi. She immediately start making phone calls and she managed.
