Comfortable, but as our room was on the 5 th floor the eves of the roof reduced the room space significantly. A longer stay in the room may have been problematic.

The elevator was out of service for part of our stay, the air conditioning barely cooled the room, the mattresses were too soft and sagging, and the breakfast buffet offered very limited variety. I understand the space constraints that are common in Paris, but location alone could not compensate for these shortcomings. In my opinion, the quality of the facilities and the overall level of comfort fell short of what one would reasonably expect.

Checkin was shocking because the one who assist us was a casual employee whom not familiar with heartist process. Asking us it should be the employee who can use it and was really awkward. We were not recognized as a member. Building was old. Our room AC was really warm even we adjusted it to the coolest. Good thing we have our handheld fan. We were sweating the whole night and coming from outside it is really hot. Floor was amazed. Left, right, long narrowed hall. The elevator broke down too last day. We where staying on the 5th floor. Our shower drainaige takes time to go down. So, while taking a shower theres a puddle of water on your feet. They let us use the service elevator which only 2 people would fit back to back or face to face. Breakfast is not really enticing and substantial. We tried it only for 1 day and we never avail it again.
