I was unable to turn on the air conditioner in the room. When I asked the front desk for help. First I was told that a technician will look at in the next day, and the next day I was told that air conditioning is only available in the summer. Then I was told to open the window; which I would have no problem with if it wasn’t so loud outside. I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having air conditioning. Talk about false advertisement!!!

Feeling being at the tourists area but also can explore local culture. Stay was comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful on our different situations. Including proactively getting us wine opener when we chatted about if the wine we bought was good. Each day breakfast was very nice.

Before I even arrived, I was humbled by the extreme professionalism and customer focused. To be asked quests relating to preference of floor and type of pillow was beyond amazing. After checking in the warm hospitality continued. To top it I had an amazing nights rest, it was a dark room, very quiet and perfect temperature. Considering the reasonable rate, I will most definitely be back. Thank you
