The bed was great, airco also works rather quickly (after finding the button, it's a bit small). The bathroom is really narrow, and the hand-shower is very powerful while the rainshower is less. At first my room had some issues (broken toilet seat cover, crack in the mirror), which was directly fixed after my report. The breakfast was perfect for me (fresh orange juice is always an enormous plus!), great french yoghurt and muesli. The fresh fruit bowl wasn't that special but the (unpeeled) fresh fruit was perfectly ripe and eatable. Of course I also tried the crepes (like ;)). I did miss a bar for a drink in the evening, but in the Hotels surroundings there are other options. After checking-out I think we might had some miscommunications at the reception when checking-in but in the end all was solved. Good stay, but for next business trip I'd look around for something else to try. I might miss the bed perhaps, that one was really good.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked a triple room, but on several occasions my son’s bed was not made properly and his blanket was not left in the room. We also consistently received only two towels instead of three. Every time I called reception to request the missing towel, I was told to go downstairs and pick it up myself rather than having someone bring it to the room, which I found unacceptable from a guest service perspective. The elevator was another major inconvenience. It was extremely small, with barely enough space for one person with luggage, and it did not work efficiently. We often had to wait a very long time for it to reach our floor. Breakfast was also disappointing. Although breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m., by around 8:15 a.m. several items were already missing from the buffet. When I asked the staff, I was simply told that those items were no longer available, even though there was still plenty of time before breakfast service ended. The cleanliness of the bathroom also left a lot to be desired. Most concerning, we noticed what appeared to be some type of pest or insect issue in the shower area. Overall, the lack of attention to basic guest needs, poor housekeeping standards, limited breakfast availability, and inadequate service made the stay far below expectations.

We were initially put in a room, where the electrics were working for opposite side of the lamp, we found a dirt stain on the sheets, body lotion and hand wash empty. We requested for body lotion/ hand wash to be replenished, and got the whole plastic pack rather than it being filled into the bottle. When we discovered the dirt at 11pm, we told reception in the morning that we wanted the sheets to be changed. We then returned in the evening to have found that our sheets were not changed. We then requested for another room for second night. The second room was better but the AC was poor. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, and I’m very disappointed with my stay.

Nice to be able to check in early. Room was spacious for Paris, but shower was cramped and tricky for adults. There was a mysterious "gift" that was promised but never appeared. The hotel did solve one problem we had quickly.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Very centrally located within easy walking distance to The Louvre. Love the "old building" feel of the place. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety. Water dispenser was great in such hot weather. Hand shower hose should have a higher hanging hook so one can stand under that if you choose to instead of using the large, rain shower head. I had to sit down to use the hand shower head as it was too low. Room very small so very little seating. But still quite comfortable. Thank you for a great experience!

Great location to walk to the Louvre and many other locations around Paris. Nice clean and ok sized room with bathroom. Liked the water coolers on each floor for filling water bottles. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. The housekeeping staff need to be trained on how to clean and move things quietly as I was woken each morning by banging and thumping when they were cleaning rooms above or beside my room and throughout the day. I chose to not have my room cleaned throughout the three days as I was enjoying some quiet time and rest. I would definitely return.

We were shown four different rooms, but unfortunately all of them were dirty and poorly maintained. Some had heavily stained curtains, one had a broken bedside cabinet, and the headboards were covered with greasy hand marks and other visible stains. It was extremely difficult to choose a room because none of the four options met acceptable cleanliness standards. As we arrived late at night and had nowhere else to go, we were forced to stay. We are very disappointed with the condition of the rooms and believe this is unacceptable for a hotel.
