We had no electricity in our room for 2 days.

We completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption caused. After carefully reviewing the situation with our on-site team who assisted you, it appears that the issue may have been linked to the use of an electrical device that was not fully compatible with our system. This caused the outlets in your room to switch into a safety or standby mode. As soon as we were notified, our team intervened within a few hours to resolve the problem and restore the power. The property only has one small elevator, which can be quite slow. It was difficult to manage with large bags

Staff were very nice but the room was merely satisfactory. Some disappointments were the lack of maintenance in the bathroom (broken mirror arm, peeling paint on door, electrical outlet not functioning,) and no room cleaning until after 2:30 pm. By the time housekeeping arrived, I was back from shopping, a museum and lunch and wanted to rest.
