Location was perfect, Cold water. Rooms need a revamp. The flush not good and the panel kept falling off. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The stay was tragic to say the least. Cleaning in the rooms was not existing, asking for room amenities and requested from the reception to pick them up ourselves, 3 times with do not disturb sign they just entered the room with no knocking, lobby with 2 chairs no space for anyone-no plugs to charge aka no lobby.. tragic, unacceptable! do not recommended to anyone- a hostel would be much more appropriate !!!!

Lauracinda upon check in was very nice and patient, also the receptionist who worked morning shift next two days(I didnt remember the name). Breakfast is good and there is a lot to choose from(both girls at breakfast were also really nice). As for the hotel, it is a bit old and outdated already but it is at really good location so overall I would recommend.

Mercure is always good and this hotel treated us to free breakfasts as we are over 60 (and don't eat much to be fair). It made us happy from the beginning. Very comfortable room (505) although side table needs repositioning as it was narrow to skirt it. Excellent facilities and nice to see recycling bins.
