the worse hotel bed I have slept on in years. This is at best a 3* hotel - no amenities in room; no leisure facilities and the most basic of breakfasts.

In all our room you may find amenities, the full room service menu. we would like to have more details on your comment regarding leisure. It was our first time in this hotel and everything went perfect. We stayed at room 214, which has a good size and the bed is comfortable. Because its position, it is possible to go walking for almost all famous attractions in Paris, there is a metro station at the corner and plenty of options of bars, restaurants and theatre as well. The Indian restaurant just next door is fantastic, good food for a good price. I recommend this hotel!

I stayed in one of your privilege rooms with a balcony. It was very quiet (the double doors are great), very clean (and the cleaning ladies were not loud) and very cosy. I felt so good i could have stayed a couple of days more-) I would book this room without hesitation and will recommend it too. Thank you very much and keep the good work!

The hotel is located not far from Palais Garnier. Comfortable bed. Staff is helpful. The room was large for Paris, quiet and clean. Breakfast was fine but a little more fresh vegetables and fruit would have been great.

The night shift receptionist was super helpful about getting to the airport when most public transportation was closed. When he got a call from me at the airport and I was in a panic because I thought I left my passport in the room, he quickly went to check the room for it. It was in my pocket but he was really positive about it. I’m not an early morning person so I appreciated the patience and excellent service. Well done!

Welcoming was ok but it took too long. Open and unsecured wi-fi is not a good service. Room was clean but there was no desk even for working. It’s not good that providing e-mail address is obligatory. Breakfast was ok but very limited. There was even no light in the breakfast room. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Nous constatons après vérification que vous avez bénéficié d'un tarif Corporate (meilleurs et plus avantageux) largement en dessous de celui que vous évoquez. Nous proposons à la vente des chambres avec des tarifs flexibles et promotionnels, bien bas et ceci en fonction des saisons permettant à nos clients d'avoir un large choix. This hotel was as expected. It was adequate accommodation but it was not a negative experience. It met expectations and is good value for the location. I would probably stay there again.

A well located hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a nice selection. The hotel was within walking distance of the Louvre and plenty of restaurants.

The hotel is newly refurbished to a high standard of design, despite the fact that the rooms are rather small. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location of the hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room service must be improved. The cleaning staff did not speak English and could not understand us when she came in. Besides, there was no mug in the room but dispensible paper cup, which is neither convenient for tea or coffee (whose quality was also ordinary) nor environment-friendly. And the coffee mechine in the restaurant was out of service all the time!

I was not sure if I had booked a room with breakfast or not but I was told the breakfast hour and location when I checked in. The staff should've clarified about my booking instead saying the breakfast info to me. At that time, I naturally thought I had a reservation with breakfast. A few days later, as soon as I realized that I didn't book for breakfast, so I stopped using the restaurant in the morning.

The hotel, room, breakfast and staff are very nice, in a great location for me to walk to the office but the lorries reversing at all times of the early hours ruined my stay
