Enjoyed my stay; staff was terrific; breakfast superb; room clean and comfortable if small; lobby small; would have preferred room service for dinner option. Room cleaning took a bit longer than expected so I opted out most days.

I found my room to be tired, and the bathroom in need of repair - floor tiles were lifting sink plug was broken, and too small.

Location is great - walking distance to Galleries Lafayette and train station, with many dining options nearby. However room is extremely tiny and there was no ventilation inside the room. Mini fridge was also unplugged when I've wanted to use it to store a small slide of cake for later consumption. Bathroom is extremely tight. Shower area was not comfortable, felt smaller than the shower area in the cruise ship.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel opera Paris it was close to many subway stations and restaurants as well as venues and important monuments. I came to Paris for work and the check-in process was very quick as well as the Checkout. My room was clean and had all of the necessities I needed. The breakfast was very complete and available at the right time The only thing i might need to express is that you should provide the guests with some slippers for the room
