Overall good experience! Great staff welcoming and helpful. Great location not far from Eurostar station and within walking distance to some of Paris sites. Issues were in the details towel hooks in the bathroom not properly fixed no body lotion usually available… Finally, inevitable and understandable but ongoing work at the moment

Overall, stay was satisfactory. My only issue had to do with the rate I finally paid. I made a mistake canceling my original reservation so I immediately requested that the reservation be restored to its original. I received a confirmation that my reservation was restored but did not mention that the rate changed to a higher rate. I was only told upon checking in. This rate change should have been made clear.
