We check in on June 5 afternoon, the staff is very nice, and she upgrade us to a better room on the next two days, because we had booked for three nights. She is a very good staff and do her job well.

The hotel is well located for financial meetings in the city center, and the rooms are reasonably comfortable. However, overall, the experience is quite average in terms of quality and service. The common areas and lobby are very small, and the elevator does not meet typical hotel standards. The daytime reception staff can be somewhat unfriendly, although the restaurant staff are pleasant. We booked this hotel due to limited availability elsewhere, but in all honesty, there is no clear justification for a rate of €400 per night — even for business travel covered by a company. Overall rating: Average.

Regarding the room rate, please note that June is a very busy period in Paris due to major trade fairs and events. Prices during this time are therefore aligned with high demand in the market and reflect the city’s overall pricing conditions. We stayed Hôtel Mercure Paris Opéra Faubourg Montmartre for a week in late May. It was 90* plus in Paris that week. Room was cool and clean, breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived there was an issue with our beds, and after talking to the front desk he helped us even though it was late and was very kind. Whenever we spoke with other staff they were also very nice. The stay was excellent and all the facilities were excellent.
