The hotel was well located. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar in the hotel was small and lacking in atmosphere and breakfast facilities could be a little below expectations (e.g. orange juice machine not always working, tables not being re-set after guests left). Overall a positive experience!

This is an older hotel, with small rooms and dysfunctional lift (completely taken over for the majority of the day by room service staff, who routinely block the door with carts to stop the tiny single lift being used. In- room facilities are poor. Plumbing noises from other rooms were very loud. Location quite good, and quiet enough that sleep quality was excellent. Platinum status largely ignored, save for a box containing to crumbling pieces of a caramel slice.

Noisy outside due to proximity with bars. But also because of the permanent stay until midnight of Uber food delivers located on the opposite side of the street.

Enjoyable stay, close to metro and varied choice of restaurants close buy. Very comfortable hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean despite being a little on the small side. Enjoyable breakfast and suited us both although I would think some customers would like a more extensive hot breakfast. All in all we loved our stay and would stay with you if we visit Paris again
