Good location and amenities.The room was nice and new.The breakfast was fine considering the current circumstances of the Covid 19 pandemic. But, and there is a big BUT, I have lived the worst experience ever in a hotel, thanks to a receptionist that was very rude.My booking was a B&B one for 3 days.The last day I could no had breakfast because my flight was very early and I have asked Andrei, the Russian receptionist to have something like a box meal.He told me that it is impossible because the breakfast starts at 7 am and he can do anything.I have replied to him that his colleague who done the check in for me told me that it is possible.My request was based on the fact that anyway I pay the breakfast and I can not have it if full, but at least a fruit, yoghurt or a croissant to have as meal box.I have travelled with my kid and I think it is normal to have something to offer him as food at 5 am.I have replied to the staff that it is very unusual and my request could be easily solved, but instead he have started to speak to me in a very rude way and finally asked me to go with him outside the hotel to fight him, I suppose!!!!!!! I have traveled all over the world in dozens of countries, but what I have heard from him was beyond any imagination. That was the way he understood to treat a client, not to mention that I am a Good member of Accor chain hotels!! I am very angry and I will escalate this situation to the very top of Accor management.It was not the problem I have paid something I did no benefit of , but the way I was treated and talked is totally unacceptable

I am sincerely sorry about what happened with one of our receptionnist, who was very rude to you ; I am so confused about it. You can be assured I will take the appropriate measures against this receptionnsit ; I cannot accept in our hotel a guest to not to be properly welcomed. Kindly accept the full compensation of your stay in the form of 4000 Le Club point, which will be issued to your Le Club account within the next few days. I would like to reiterate my commitment to high quality service. In the 4-star hotel rooms should be cleaned every day. In the Covid case especially - when guests are leaving the room, it can be perfect try cleaned and disinfected. I am traveling these days in France in Provance, Bretagne and everywhere rooms are cleaned daily. Why in Paris in your hotel it was not the case. Bed sheets were changed on the 4th day, when I asked for it. Garbage was carried out by myself. This is not acceptable for the price I was charged.

I booked 3 rooms for 3 days. I expected much more attention and respect for the person who paid the entire 3 room bill for the 3 days Shame because the perconal was courteous. I don't know if I'll ever go back

I love the staff and the location of this hotel. I just stayed in the area of Faubourg Montmarte in January. For this trip for March, the hotel was booked so I decided to try the Hotel Mecure Paris Opera Faubourg Montmartre. Your staff at this hotel is welcoming and excellent. I did get the room I requested with a bathtub on the highest floor possible. The room was clean and pleasant. The only reason why I would not give the hotel a solid 10 is because of the construction going on. Hammering and drills all afternoon and early the next morning. Buckets of glue in the hallway blocked the path to the elevator. It also gave the harsh smell of nail lacquer that crosses into my room. I left the windows open while in the room because it was so strong. I also had the chambermaid staff knocking on my door to clean my room early - twice. The third knock was my breakfast ordered in and it was a mound of bread. I did not want any bread and just wanted eggs and coffee. The manager was kind enough to take the breakfast off my bill. I paid over $240 for a deluxe room and booked it on bookings.com as a single room with breakfast included, pay at the hotel. I was charged for a room for two people, the breakfast was not included and my room was charged and paid for the day I booked it. The area, the staff and the secure feeling of feeling safe were exceptional. I would consider staying at your hotel again just on how the staff treated me - very well. However , I would want to know if the renovation was completed.

A nice quiet room with a glimpse on roofs. the wardrobe is very small, just enough for a single person, few days stay the lift doors could be improved, for easier access, especially with luggage. breakfast good, but could be improved.

Very poor sound isolation. Can hear any movement of next door resident. No choice to specific pelow. Very little space for meeting in lobby or room next to the breakfast room. Bathrooms are very basic

room (602) was noisy and could hear other guests in room, doors closing footsteps upstairs. There were all builders on the floor during day so no chance to sleep. There is a fruit fly pest all through the hotel: Restaurant, reception and in the rooms. No reaction by staff to this at all. Breakfast Buffet is OK but some food dry and stale. I was overcharged by one night stay and two emails to hotel still no response from H0…

We were totally satisfied with the stay, location is perfect - in the heart of Paris, at the same time on a calm street so not noisy in rooms, rooms are very clean and well equipped, breakfast was amazing!
