The bed was hard to sleep on, no chairs to sit in the room. only the bed, the carpet was filthy. Over all the hotel is very tired. Wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again .

The room is not just small, but the amenities are below bare minimum. I come from the hospitality industry and a 4 star hotel, to qualify to be 4 stars needs to fulfill certain requirements that this property simply doesn't. As a guest, I didn't have a very comfortable stay at the hotel, never coming there again. The only good thing about the stay was the location. The hotel's rating on the Accor website is one thing and on google maps, it's a completely different story. The service at the reception was below standard. Calling reception and getting help was another bad experience. Receiving a package and communicating that something was received was another terrible experience. We had to follow up more than twice so they finally realize the package received was ours.

My son and I stayed three nights. Staff were so helpful in rearranging our room so that we could have twin beds and more room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast very pleasant and had hot breakfast and a good range of cold cuts, pastries, fruit etc. Bar was very simple but comfortable and again very helpful and friendly staff.
