I have stayed in Ibis hotels many times before and booked this hotel based on trusting the brand for a 4 night stay in Paris. I would say that this particular hotel fell below the standards I was expecting. Whislt the hotel rooms are clean and tidy there are no facilities provided. No safety deposit box, no tea/coffee makinf facilities and only 2 small towels provided. The bar area was extremely small and as a result I didnt use it. I was expecting a little more to be honest and would not stay at this particular hotel again.

Stay overall is good . Just the receptionist is unprofessional and show unpleasant attitude. When ask about invoice address need to change, her reply was “this is not important?” Worse customer service I ever encounter with Accor and I was surprise with the answer she gave. When I request for late check out just in case I can’t make it for 12pm she told me no late check out and I need to emphasised I’m Accor member and she said she need to check with manager which I didn’t saw anyone there and no phone called were made then she say yes u can check out at 2pm. I felt Very uncomfortable that time just because I’m Asian to deserve this type attitude ? I would like to emphasised again . Stay is good . But the service from the young rude lady staff NO.

Staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our 5 day stay. Our room overlooked the courtyard which was not only beautiful but quiet! The only complaints are the funky smell in the hallway and our room. The neighboring room didn’t smell but ours did! I’ve never stayed in an Ibis and probably will not again, not because it wasn’t nice, but because the rooms are TINY. We got the bigger room because there were 3 of us and we did just fine but I like my space when I’m trying to get ready in the morning. I would recommend this hotel with the caveat that the rooms are small.

First time without welcome drink (maybe it's new policy, I do not know). Person in the reception during the check-out time was not really very kind (to say it as soft as possible).

Room was good. It would have been helpful to have a kettle in the room as well as a small fridge. I didn’t appreciate that the entire fee was charged to my credit card even though I had chosen a higher rate for flexibility to cancel. Please review your policies on guaranteeing rooms

We do however have kettles available at the reception which you can borrow. We do make a pre-authorization on every reservation for guarantee but it is not a debit and you still have the possibility to cancel for free or to pay with another mean if you wish, the pre-authorization would then be released. Hotel, staff and breakfast were all pretty good. I hardly slept due to a faulty ac unit making different whistling, gurgling and wizzing noises throughout the night with no option to actually power off the device. This meant I was not in good shape for the meeting I had actually come to Paris for in the morning

My experience was mediocre for my stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is alright as it is close to a metro subway station. Also there are some restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. The hotel is kind of old and the air circulation in the room was bad. Steam was trapped in the room after the shower and make the room stuffy. The ac was controlled by the staff and you would have to let them know despite there is a remote in the room. Furthermore, the hair dryer is weak and you can feel the heat from the handle after using it for couple minutes; other than that, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
