Room was fine and clean. Location close to where we wanted to go. A little difficult to reach by car but I knew that. One little thing, the aircon was insufficient to cool the room. But outside nearly 30C

perfect location for a Paris stay in my opinion, can be reached by foot from the Gare du Nord, which connects one to the airport (at least I walk these 20min or so); Metro close by to get around in the city; many restaurants/bistros around the corner in the streets; the hotel is in a typical parisien house, friendly staff, my room was not big, for a city trip of several days it is fine; for extended laptop sessions one can sit in the lobby/breakfast area. slept well;

There was no proper front desk. They were using laptops sitting on the tables meant for dinning. Rooms and corridors too small for me. Staff was helpful though.
