We are Accor members and yes we have stayed in this part of the city before with their brands. But! First time at this hotel was so enjoyable. Lovely staff team to welcome us, beautiful decor, boutique style & very comfortable. The room was really nice, loved the design and space. Overall such great vibes from a great hotel team and we will definitely choose this hotel next time again!

There should be a reception at the hotel

Very strange city stay

This hotel is ideally situated close to the Opera. We stayed at this property prior to and after a river cruise. Although the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, the temperature inside our room and the main lobby was uncomfortably hot. When we asked reception how to turn on the AC, we were told that the hotel maintenance team has switched off the AC for the season. The only way to cool the room down was to open the window to the french balcony. The evening street noise from the nearby local bars made it an extremely noisy stay. We found the temperature in the breakfast area located in the hotel lobby to be extremely hot - we chose to eat somewhere more comfortable. We also found the check-in process peculiar and the need to ring the doorbell to enter the building a little off-putting. There is no 'real' reception. We returned to the hotel after a day of exploring only to be greeted by what seemed to be office paperwork scattered around the lobby. It was the strangest hotel stay we've ever had.

However, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the temperature in your room and in the lobby, we are sorry for the discomfort felt. The heating and air conditioning system is managed seasonally according to conditions defined by Accor, with sustainability in mind. We are also sorry for the noise you experienced. Our central and premium location in the heart of the capital can sometimes cause noise pollution, but we are considering solutions to improve soundproofing in order to offer a more peaceful stay. The family room was clean and large enough for two adults and one child and was located on the top floor with a nice view. The breakfast was sufficient, the staff were always friendly and helpful. Good location, close to different metro stations and there are many restaurants close by.
