Well located in the 9th arrondissement, with the metro only a short walk away. Breakfast was good if you are early. Later the hot option, solid scrambled egg, greasy bacon is not appetising. Because we were staying only two days, we booked a small room but, on the top floor they are hampered by the lower ceiling height to accommodate the sloping roof. Being 1.8 metres tall, I banged into it several times getting out of bed. If staying any longer we would have changed to a lower floor. The experience will not discouraged me from booking Mercure Hotels again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was great, the room was nice, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. The only negative point was the bed: the mattress had a dip in it and the thermostat couldn’t be adjusted, so it was either too cold or too warm during the night.

The staff were great. Yannel was lovey. My issues was with the washroom and shower. I did express my concerns and show the problems. Unfortunately nothing was fixed until my last day and I could not shower properly. I have written an email to yannel who will share with the manager Kyilan

Small, modern and fairly new/renovated hotel. The smallest room i have ever experienced - ever - the bathroom was very small as well. No luggage space, a murphy bed would have made the stay more comfortable . Room was clean and staff great, very good breakfast. Great central location, quiet at night.
