Fantastic staff. Helpful, always smiling. The Hotel location is excellent, short walk to the train station, underground and metro stations. Perfect room for couples, comfy beds. Nice bathroom, very clean hotel. Located in a small, typical Parisian street, two steps away from plenty of restaurants and bars. We used to stay in this hotel and we hope to return soon.

Terrible experience in relation to the cost of the daily fares of the hotel. Bathroom with no space, particularly the toilet for which there was not even the possibility to sit correctly due to the wall in front of it and the little space in between. Walls offer 0 noise insulation - I could hear every word being uttered in neighbouring rooms, when people returned to their rooms the noise was particularly loud in the corridor. Couldn't even sleep properly not just due to the noises of other rooms but the ventilation system in the room which was excessively noisy

Hotel located in a very quiet street and very close to the subway. We had a problem with the elevator that was not working in 4 out of 7 nights we stayed there. When it started working again, our floor was the only one where it was not working :-(
