This hotel is in the middle or close to all the major attractions.. perfect place to stay in Paris location wise..

SImple booking in on arrival. Like the free beverages but would prefer milk rather than milk powder which was not marked. Room clean and adequate. TV controller on/off button badly worn so a challange to turn on TV but at least it had an english speaking channel

Rooms are really too narrow

The room was very clean and nice. The service was excellent the food was good and the location is great!

As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us with a smile and answered some questions we had about transportation with ease. Throughout the 5 days there the breakfast was always stocked well, our room was cleaned daily, and since they changed staff at the front desk through the day I expected to vary in service but I was wrong. Every front desk personnel working was always helpful and if they didnt know the answer they called someone who did. 100% would recommend this hotel, and 100% would stay there again next time we are in Pairs.

If you already know Paris, you will see that the location of this hotel is just amazing. Few stela from metro station. But you can easly reach some places by walk. The start is very kind and helpfull. Rooms are clean and perfect for a sightseeing. The breakfast - for me - perfect. For sure I will come back to your hotel!

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast - overall a very nice place to stay in Paris. Isabelle at the front desk was particularly helpful to us. On December 5th our pre-scheduled taxi cancelled due to the strikes. She called and found someone to help us and we were able to get the airport that day. Her helpfulness is greatly appreciated.

Girl at front desk was nice and very efficient

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Alam, for his kindness, always helpful, welcoming, and ready to do everything in his power to make your stay great. Another thank you to Isabelle, very nice, enthusiastic and helpful. Pelagie, lot of energy at breakfast time, helpful, nice, taking comments on board. The only thing about breakfast I would like you to offer more sweets choices, as there were just pain au chocolat. But the produce and quality of breakfast was very good. The room has everything you need, it could be a bit bigger, for my taste, but great pillows and mattress.

I would like to give a great thank you to Alam, he was great, always ready to help, very welcoming and very kind I will like to say thank you to Isabelle, very nice and very helpful. Pelagie at breakfast very nice and full of energy. The room is a bit small, but you have everything you need, breakfast is great. It could be nice if you could add more sweet option, as there were just pain au chocolat, maybe a cake or petits fours, or kind pastry with confiture,etc.

Hotel was nice, rooms were small but clean and functional. Breakfast was above the expectations. Staff was polite with one exception.

I had my train to Paris cancelled by Eurostar as a result I was unable to change my date of stay at the hotel because I could not get to Paris!!! Unfortunately for me there was no option to take this into consideration and have my reservation moved to another day. I was not seeking a refund just the date of stay to be moved.

A tiny room in a nice neighborhood of Paris. The room was clean and the staff, with the exception of Isabelle, the general manager, was very nice. If you expect to be treated as a status member of Accor, don't expect much. I felt as if I was an annoyance because I simply asked for things that are normally given to me as a Silver member. For this hotel, that really does not matter because their objective is to fill rooms and not adhere to the policy of feel welcome because I assume the general manager finds this to be inconvenient. It's a real pity.

I was very pleased with this hotel. With breakfast included, the price was great. It was close to the subway (line 7) as well as being a good area to explore on foot. Many food places nearby. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. It was spotlessly clean, too. Added bonus was a laundromat nearby.
