A well-run company can be recognised by the reaction of the management when problems arise. At this hotel, the manager's reaction is very poor : the customer who reports proven complaints (about the cleaning of the room ) is termed unreliable by the manager. So no positive reaction from the management to reporting problems at all.

We arrived on the Eurostar and the hotel was less than 15 minutes’ walk from the Gare du Nord. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was well equipped, super clean and fabulously comfortable beds! Breakfast was excellent for a budget hotel. The drinks station in reception was really good - proper coffee, good tea selection, sparkling water available.

The hotel provides simple good value accommodation. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently placed for the Gare du Nord and links to Charles de Gaulle airport, and well placed for travel around Paris on metro and bus. The locality has numerous cafes, bars and restaurants and so is pleasant to explore on an evening.
