A construction zone! If you're going to do renovations, close your hotel! Not only are the rooms absolutely tiny, I felt sick with the smell of paint. The walls are paper thin and not only can you hear the banging of construction, you can hear the rooms next to you! Shame on you Ibis!

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was good although slightly on the small side. The breakfasts were good. The hotel is well situated for seeing the sights of Paris.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to nearest Metro, 10 minutes walk to Gare du Nord, 20 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, plenty of restaurants close by. The hotel is located on a quiet side street so minimal traffic noise. Staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is continental and is really good - lots of choice of breads, pastries, cereals, juices etc. Rooms are comfortable but small - bathrooms are very small. The hairdryers badly need to be replaced with actual hairdryers rather than wall mounted units that barely produce any air. There is only 1 English channel on the TV (BBC News) and it's not possible to cast from your phone/tablet to the TV. The hotel is currently being refurbished so there was noise every morning from 9am including weekends, however this wasn't particularly disruptive. We really enjoyed our stay here.
