Good location, 10 min walk from Gare du Nord luckily going down. To wal to different locations was no problem too. Other metro and bus stations are also really nearby. We loved the bed mattress! Good airco in the room, could be better downstairs in the lobby room. Good basic breakfast options and tasty. Would’ve preferred some shelves in the bathroom to put our products on. Very nice and attentive staff!

Extremely friendly staff. Small rooms exactly as described on the website, efficiently equipped. Very well working air conditioning, ensuring pleasant sleep in very comfortable beds. We very much appreciated the day-round water dispenser, free tea during the day and pop corn in the evening.

Nice quiet hotel with only 9 rooms on our floor. Very clean room but air conditioning kept turning off at night which is a real shame.

Great base for seeing Paris - just a short walk for Gare du Nord in a quiet residential street but you can walk up to Sacre-Coeur/Montmartre in just 15 mins. Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.

Well located, comfortable stay but the room was small for 2 for 7 nights. It would have been improved with a few more wall hooks and hot drinks being available after 6pm.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Room had a bad small of closed air, even after vent, also there was a pungent smell coming from the air conditioning. Also the towels had a bad smell, even if were changed every day, clogged sink drain. Room 21
