Terrible experience in relation to the cost of the daily fares of the hotel. Bathroom with no space, particularly the toilet for which there was not even the possibility to sit correctly due to the wall in front of it and the little space in between. Walls offer 0 noise insulation - I could hear every word being uttered in neighbouring rooms, when people returned to their rooms the noise was particularly loud in the corridor. Couldn't even sleep properly not just due to the noises of other rooms but the ventilation system in the room which was excessively noisy

Hotel located in a very quiet street and very close to the subway. We had a problem with the elevator that was not working in 4 out of 7 nights we stayed there. When it started working again, our floor was the only one where it was not working :-(

I booked the hotel following the good reviews. When we arrived by metro to the hotel area, we got a little confused with the streets. We first walked with our luggage on st.Lafayette and then turned back and continued on st.Belfon, but again we couldn't find the hotel. It turns out that st.Belfon is like a bridge and you had to go down the stairs to get to the hotel. The hotel was nicely decorated and pleasant. The room was on the first floor. I think the carpet in the hallway was very old or it was some kind of pattern. The room itself was very small but cozy, but the white walls gave a slightly unpleasant feeling. Everything in the bathroom and shower was clean, which was very pleasing. We really missed a kettle, a small refrigerator and a safe. The breakfast was good and satisfying and definitely good, including: baguettes, hot pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, muesli, jams, cucumbers and tomatoes, natural orange juice, flavored teas and good coffee from the machine. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The reception staff were also very nice. One thing that surprised us a little and disappointed us was that when we had the seventh and last night left in the hotel, that day our face and body towels were not changed and we were not given toilet paper either. In my opinion, full service should be provided until the end. Sometimes people only come to a hotel for one night. Overall, the impression was good. Thank you.
