Great place to stay for city visit. Clean cosy room and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Disappointed that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Easy checkin. Clean and modern room but as normal with IBIS budget was on the small side. There was decent storage and the bathroom was perfect. Two problems with the bedding in the room : the pillows were flat and lumpy and the the sheets creased up badly during the night. 15 minute walk in one direction to the city centre and 15 minutes to the train station in the other. Baggage storage ideal on checkout day. Great stay

When we arrived very early at the hotel, we asked of we could leave our bags for the day and return at 3pm to check in, Flora was most welcoming and very friendly and advised the room was ready, such a great surprise as we were up so early that morning!! I cannot speak highly enough of Flora, she made our stay so welcoming and helpful. Hotel situated 10 mins walk away from the old port, not far at all. Located close to a bakery and choclatier, very handy!! Hotel is very clean and has all amenities including a pool, which was not open yet as it was not warm enough! Overall I would totally recommend the hotel and I will be back at my next visit to La Rochelle.
