Very friendly and helpful staff when it came to booking. Nice pool area. Great breakfast which was good value. Room was overall very comfortable - just not really happy that the 'king bed' was actually 2 twins that had a hole in the centre where beds met. And would also have appreciated a fridge in the hot weather.

The plastic mattress protector on the bed made one sweat, which was especially uncomfortable in the heat, and of course rustles at every movement. Other than that, the rooms are well equipped, great pool and outside lounge area. The breakfast bar area is too narrow to cope with the morning breakfast traffic, causing all sorts of navigation issues and potential accidents, and was the least relaxing part of our stay.

Really good hotel. Over as ll food experience. One downside was dogs in the hotel and in the dining room. Not keen on this.

Stayed for 4 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay. Nice room and good public space. Breakfast really good. Pool area a little cramped and a shame it doesn’t open till 10am - but it does have a pool which is a great asset in the city.

I made a booking, earlier the same evening, through the Accor app for 2 rooms, received email confirmation and in the app. Yet when we arrived at approximately 11:30pm the receptionist couldn't find it on their laptop system, despite me showing the email and booking references. It then took them 30+ min to workout if they had any rooms spare to recreate the booking. They seemed unconcerned about this, only seeming to show any change in behaviour when they saw we were using a higher end credit card, before that they were dismissive,.after that somewhat apologetic. At 3am I received an email.cancelling the original.booking. On top of that the walls if the rooms were extremely thin, making it very easy to hear people.simply moving around in the other rooms.

Unfortunately, we experienced an IT issue during the day, which prevented some reservations, including yours, from reaching our hotel system. This is why our reception team could not locate your booking upon your arrival. Our receptionist took extra time to investigate the issue carefully and avoid making any additional mistakes while trying to resolve the situation. We understand this resulted in a long wait, and we are truly sorry for the frustration it caused. We would also like to reassure you that this issue had absolutely nothing to do with your bank card or the type of credit card you were using. Our team was solely focused on identifying the technical problem and finding a solution so that we could accommodate you as quickly as possible. Please accept our sincere apologies once again.
