My seventeenth year staying at this hotel. Always excellent. Very substantial 2023 renovations have recreated the rooms, restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms in a very pleasant way. Highly recommended.

Room safe was difficult to use. Room with king bed was too small for 2 adults

After the renovation of the Hotel, I did not discover many little things that previously made my stay more comfortable. There are no cups in the bathroom where you can put toothbrushes and toothpaste, there is no sewing kit and similar little things that were there before. The hotel offers to collect drinking water from a fountain into a glass bottle, the hygienic safety of which is in doubt. The Hotel promotes the concept of environmental friendliness, but there is a lot of dust in the room (I took a photo of the floor and shelves). I was uncomfortable. It seems that the new service concept is not client oriented, but only helps to increase profits by involving customers in following the ideas of "responsible consumption" and environmental friendliness.

Concernant les équipements en chambre, nous avons fait le choix de supprimer les gobelets en carton dans les salles de bain dans une démarche environnementale. Les kits de couture et autres kits d’hygiène restent toutefois disponibles à la réception sur simple demande. Notre équipe aurait bien entendu eu plaisir à vous proposer une solution si ce point nous avait été porté à notre connaissance durant votre séjour. Vos remarques concernant la propreté ont été prises très au sérieux et ont été immédiatement partagées avec nos équipes. Le confort et la satisfaction de nos clients étant notre priorité, nous restons particulièrement vigilants sur ces points.
