As a wheelchair user, sometimes hotels are a struggle. This hotel is amazing for me. They offer more than just a ‘basic wheelchair accessible room’, the junior accessible sweet is both big enough for my family and luxurious enough to make the stay much more ‘boutique’, and worth every euro! It is both comfortable and the location is great, as the aquarium is next door and the port area is an easy walk/push from the hotel door. The area is buzzing with life, and has something for the whole family. The staff are really empathetic, and will do anything to help. I always enjoy my stay.

The welcome from all the staff was very warm, helpful and friendly. The position of the hotel was perfect for us, as was the on-site parking. The views from our bedroom and the communal areas were spectacular. Fabulous breakfast too!
