We upgraded to an excellent room with plenty of space,cumfy bed and all conveniences. On arrival the two ladies on reception were smiling ,friendly and efficient.

but unfortunately our room was on the side with no view. It was nice to have a kettle in the room but cups would have been nice! As would a fridge and a bath! Bed was comfy though.

Very friendly staff throughout hotel. Great location on waterfront with ample parking. Breakfast was excellent and room extremely comfy and clean.
