The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite noisy sometimes at night, but I don't think that's the hotel's fault. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The Ibis is ideally located in the old port area just a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. The public areas of the hotel are lovely with a bright, comfortable lounge and an enclosed terrace where you can relax in the afternoons. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. The only area that could be improved was the room itself, the air conditioning hadn't been switched on as the hotel was still in 'winter mode' although it was hot during the day and still warm at night. The bedding was poor quality with thin, lumpy pillows and rough sheets with a crunchy mattress protector so we didn't sleep brilliantly.

Staff were really helpful and lovely - helping us with parking our cars. Beds were comfortable. Location great - easily able to walk to the port for food and drinks. Breakfast good too.
