The hotel itself was comfortable and well-located about 10 minutes from the old port, which probably explains the quite high prices. The food available was very limited and seemed a bit of an after thought. There appeared to be no attempt to cater for food allergies apart from a couple of cereals labelled as "gluten free" at breakfast. We paid for a family room for 4 which was very tight on space with the sofa beds extended, it was effectively impossible to use the chair provided. The room was also stocked with only 2 cups and 2 large towels.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the old port of La Rochelle and has a gated carpark. The hotel itself was lovely with really helpful and friendly staff. Room were comfortable and breakfast was amazing!

All in all a good experience. Location is excellent and AC was relatively good. BBQ evening was good but obviously short staffed. Our welcome was lukewarm but all other staff were friendly and professional. For an executive room, it was remarkably small with bathroom doors not able to open fully as they collided with the bed. Our room was not serviced until after 4pm which is likely a reflection of staffing and a busy hotel.

The hotel was well located. The reception and breakfast area are lovely but the rooms could do with update in very small for a family and the pool area really needs sorting

Some of the staff were rather abrupt, there were lots laundry cages on the corridor, and a blow up pineapple 🥴 . However the buffet breakfast was excellent.😊
