Stayed for 2 nights as a family with a dog. Amazing staff who can not do enough for you. Lovely outside pool, which gets the sun most of the day. It does get busy and at times limited availability of loungers. Hotel provide free pool towels. Ate at restaurant, basic menu, but great burgers, and have themed nights such as paella, bbq, moules et frites. Didn't have breakfast as only 15 minutes walk to port, where you can get coffee and croissants for around 8 euros. Hotel located right next to a beautiful park, great for dog walking. Park not lit at night though, so didn't venture through it when dark. Ample outdoor parking, very secure. Stayed in family room with pull out sofa bed. Not much space when beds down, but easy to put up during day. Air conditioning worked well, and water fountains on every floor. Comfy beds. Separate toilet and shower room which was great. Games room for kids and plenty space to chill inside and out by restaurant. Can't fault this hotel, a great location to visit la rochelle, especially if travelling with a dog. Would definitely stay here again
