Everyrhing good but hate the thin undersheet with a plastic liner. Makes me sweat making it unable to sleep. A better solution needs to be found.

Tc Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Room too hot, told to open windows, ignoring sign. Used vanity amenity on day 1, was not replaced by day 5. Object to paper cups to drink from. Restaurant was average, couldn't com0lain but better downtown. Had to ring on day 4 at 15.45 to see when room was going to be cleaned. Just did not meet my expectations from a Novotel.
