Very pleasant stay for our first visit to La Rochelle. Great location and situated so close to the Old port with a lovely park around. Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly - their English was excellent! We enjoyed the bar - with new (rugby) beers available and dinner one night. The room was well-appointed and smart. We asked for english breakfast teabags and the staff kindly gave us fresh milk which was nice - I recommend this for your UK guests. We would stay again.
