Tc Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Room too hot, told to open windows, ignoring sign. Used vanity amenity on day 1, was not replaced by day 5. Object to paper cups to drink from. Restaurant was average, couldn't com0lain but better downtown. Had to ring on day 4 at 15.45 to see when room was going to be cleaned. Just did not meet my expectations from a Novotel.

How this hotel has over 4* is utterly unbelievable. I recently booked 1 night here and the state of the room was atrocious, everything in that room, aside from the sheets was completely filthy. I’m no stranger to Accor hotels having stayed in Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure and I can say with confidence this is the worst of their brand. The room had finger marks everywhere, dust everywhere, thick black mold on window sill , the bath / shower was disgusting, mold and limescale stains over everything, muck along the edges and around covers and taps, a huge stain on the sofa it was completely disgusting.
