Staff were exceptional considering the large number of Tigers Rugby fans. Hotel met every need + some helping with taxis etc.

The room was nice but there was No Hot water at all. We had a shower in the evening and the water was cold. The next morning the water was freezing cold. My husband had just had an operation and it was not good for him. Aldo the curtain at the side of the bed did not close properly by the headboard so there directions light shining at the side of the bed which made it difficult to sleep.
