Very conveniently located in the centre of the old town, multi storey car park located 500 yards from the hotel. Obviously as the hotel is in an older building one can not expect it to be as spacious as a more modern one but the rooms feel quite small.

after checking in we were told to open the windows because AirCon had broken down. We had no pre warning despite this hotel according to Tripadavisor review last June 2023 having same problem. I feel we should have been warned and offered a refund to find another hotel. Ibis styles at the port (which is where we prefer to stay)had rooms which we could have booked but couldn't because we pre paid. The air con worked in the breakfast room so it seems to me like a cost cutting exercise!!! Yet your website still says you have air con. Terrible uncomfortable experience.
