Luck of cleaning service in the rooms

The cleaning room service did not work. 2 days nobody came to clean the rooms. No new towels 2 days/ no empty bins. Employees from the reception tried to make our stay more comfortable. The restaurant was very good, good points for breakfast.

Good day , I am not a person who is writing after each visit, but in this case i have to mention some problems i faced: We got nice room but heating was not working well. A technician came played with the control panel and said he will come in 30 min to check. after 45 min a came down to the lobby and called him. he did one more trial said he will come after 30 min, after about one hour very late in evening i went to the lobby and called him ( please teach him that in the mobile you have alarm clock ) . The staff brought us a small heather which we used for the rest of our stay cause the heating problem was not solved until we checked out. Nice that i had Espresso machine in my room but the grip of the machine was broken so i couldn't make coffee. I asked to replace the machine but they didn't done it until we checked out. Now a bit of positive : Breakfast is not the biggest but very nice nice cheese nice decoration of food, and very very good bread fantastic taste.

OK hotel, poor location.

As you can see from my profile, I am a regular guest of Accor hotels which generally I love. This review is based on comparison vs other locations I am familiar with. The hotel is OK, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with it but it has a very impersonal vibe (no soul). To me it feels like a hostel. The location is just weird, I think the area needs a few more years before it will become a desirable location (of course not a hotel fault! :) There is one thing that I wanted to note. I stayed in the hotel during 2023 Christmas with my son. On the check out my son forgot to pack one item of his clothing which was left in the wardrobe. We called from the airport to ask to store it for us. The receptionist checked it and said that item is not there and that my son must be mistaken or must have taken it. This left bad taste and low trust. I know he left it, and whatever happened to the T-shirt (which is the least of a problem here) I think it would be more appropriate if the hotel apologized for the inconvenience? Net, during our recent stay we were locking our suitcase when leaving the room. I guess as a brand, you do not want this.
