I stayed in Raffles Warsaw about half a dozen times before and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is uniquely incredible. I have stayed in Raffles London, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap as well as in several Four Seasons hotels (different chain but similar standards) where service was always great but never at the level pf Warsaw. Warsaw staff is in class of their own . The hotel is very conveniently located - the Old Town and Royal Castle, National Museum, the Museum of Money, various municipal gardens, as well as main train station and shopping mall are within 30 min walk and other places worth visiting are within short taxi, bus or even tram ride. The rooms in the hotel are of generous size, beds are comfortable, wardrobes sufficient in size (not always the case even in 5* hotels) and the bathrooms great. Also everything seem to work. The only standard thing I would change is to provide more cotton pads, but this is very common issue. Most women use more cotton pads than cotton buds everyday but hotels seem to have different opinion on the subject and provide the same number of each. But then if you ask for more cotton pads, or anything else (I have asked for a teapot) it will be delivered very swiftly. I also have a member of family who following an accident has to use a wheel chair and I have to say the disabled rooms are really well equipped. The bathrooms have bars which fold when not used, showers have a folding seat and no rims, the hand washing basins have no cabinets underneath, there are hanging hooks at all levers, the wardrobes have pull down racks and there is plenty of space to maneuver. I have been to hotels who claim to have rooms suitable for disabled people but in reality are more like an obstacle course for them. So Europejski is great in this respect. Breakfast is tasty with eggs cooked in every imaginable style, selection of breads, patisseries, cheeses, cold meats, vegetables, fruits, yogurts, etc. My daughters also liked the pancakes and the French toast. Both breakfast and dinner is served in the Grill but I have not eaten there in the evening. In the past the menu used to be rather boring centered on US beef, oysters and caviar none of which is to my liking, sorry. It maybe just my personal whimsy but I prefer my beef to be from cows that graze freely and eat grass rater than corn with antibiotics in enclosed spaces as it gives the beef different flavor as well as texture. And I like my food to be dead when I eat it (oysters) and I think caviar is seriously overrated. So I was not tempted in the past. I was not checking over the years but the menu this year was more varied albeit rather traditional but varied. Still, I cannot comment as I stuck to the restaurants that I have discovered in the past. The wine list is difficult to judge as it is rather peculiar and difficult to comprehend. Both Gosset and Ruinart NV champagnes are excellent and the markups are very reasonable indeed but the wines are anybody's guess as in most (though not all) cases the producer or vintage is not listed. OK some wines are always reliable so it is almost impossible to find a bad quality Sancerre, but the same cannot be said about for example of Chablis of which there is a cornucopia, 1er cru, grand cru or no cru, varied both in price and quality. More information on the wine list would be welcomed I can however share my experience in the bar - they severe absolutely excellent Margarita an will alter it slightly to your taste (e.g. more sour or sweeter, or a bit spicy). My daughter also enjoyed the Singapore Sling and the the almonds which are served with the drinks are positively moreish. So I will definitely be back again and staying in Europejski hotel, I always had a fantastic time there.

overall all great experience but smell in the master bathroom in the morning was very strong . I believe this is has something to do with a sewer system -odor was very strong .Everything else was very good

I would highly recommend a hotel. It is located in the best possible area for easy access to old town, restaurants and shopping. The customer service goes beyond and above the hospitality. The rooms are well designed up to standard and beyond five stars. The employees are very kind and respectful. traveling around the world I’ve experienced many 5 star hotels and this one falls under top three. I would highly recommended and plan to come back.
