The stay was everything we hoped for, with only two exceptions…. We couldn’t get into the bar (full) and there was a lot of noise from room above ours.

I always love to come back to your hotel especially when I see tiny improvements such as renovating the floor infront of the Longbar or tiny notes on the bed. Please keep on pushing that way. Guests who regularly stay there appreciate if the hotel makes the effort to always improve things. You can easily get „bored“ of a hotel if everything stays a certain way. A big area of improvement would be to update the breakfast a-la-carte menu which has stayed the same at least for 4 years now.
