We had an amazing experience at Raffles Europejski Warsaw. The service was exceptional, and the team truly made our stay memorable. My son especially enjoyed himself, and we absolutely loved the water tradition on Easter Monday it was such a unique and memorable touch. A special thank you to the concierge team Michał, Julia, Bartłomiej and Maria as well as the lovely gentleman who checked us in. Truly, everyone was amazing. They even remembered my son’s name, which is never easy, and that personal touch was absolutely priceless. Overall, it was one of our best stays.
