Staff member who was responsible for the garage was really unpleasant during my first day. He should answer for the guests questions more politely not like a angry person.

The hotel location isn't great and the building itself isn't inviting, It looks more like a dorm. The reception area is confusing, as dining area, pub counter, billiard table are together next to reception desk. From the entrance you have a feeling this isn't a business hotel, it's more a workers hostel vibe. I'm glad I didn't include breakfast and decided to eat elsewhere. The room was run-down and not very clean. The remote control was so gross, I had to clean it before use it. No kettle or cups/glass included, very bad quality toilet paper. The staff was ok. Wifi worked. And surprisingly is was quiet even though the window was next to the highway. I wouldn’t go back.
Dear Maciejmagic, Many thanks for your comments. I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. The open spaces of lobbies and restaurants are common at the moment and many hotels are built and designed in this way. We are a two-star hotel and equipment such as a kettle, coffee or tea making facilities is available in higher standard hotels such as Mercure, Novotel and Sofitel. Toilet paper is an ecological paper because our company is committed to environmental protection and we use ecological products. It is a pity that you did not eat breakfast because you did not even have the opportunity to try it and you have already judged it. Of course, we will pay attention to the cleanliness of the equipment and I have already checked who was preparing the room for you so that there would be no similar situation in the future. Modest decoration and furniture. Bed ok however not very comfortable so price (500 pln for two nights) for the standard like that is too high in my opinion.

1) awsome safeguard, was able to solve my problem when the reception didn't think of such solution 2) there was a low buzzing noise just outside of our window. I had issues with sleeping due to that sound. The windows were letting a lot of noise inside when closed. I guess they weren't so tightly closing as they should. Maybe that low buzzing sound wouldn't be so inconvenient without it. 3) Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, room was well cleaned.
