We enjoyed staying at IBIS Ostrobramska - straightforward hotel with friendly staff. For our purposes (driving between northern and central Europe) the hotel is in a good location, avoiding Warsaw city center when we don't need to be there. Also convenient to have a mall and large supermarket nearby.

The hotel receptionist was careless; he gave a triple room to two people and a double room to three people. The coffee machine ran out of milk, but nobody paid any attention to it. The coffee machine is old; it doesn’t dispense the coffee properly – it either overfills the cup or is poorly adjusted.

The location was convenient. However, the mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. My check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was not welcoming at all, he didn't smile, make eye contact, or greet me in a friendly manner. It felt as though my arrival was an inconvenience. The hotel itself is quite old and appears to be in need of renovation. The bathroom shower cabin had numerous dirty stains, and the furniture and overall furnishings looked worn and outdated

I had a very pleasant stay at this Ibis hotel for a short weekend break. The room was quite small, but comfortable enough for a couple of nights and perfectly adequate for a city stay. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained throughout my visit. I appreciated the water dispenser available in the main corridor, which was a useful feature. The only issue in the room was that no hand towel was provided in the bathroom; only a large bath towel was supplied. Although parking within the hotel grounds was full, there was plenty of parking available nearby, so this was only a minor inconvenience. The hotel's location is also very convenient. There are several public transport options nearby, including buses and trains providing easy access to the city centre. In addition, a taxi from the hotel to Chopin Airport cost me only around 60 PLN, which I found very reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily choose this hotel again for a short visit.

The checkin and checkout process is very easy and the hotel is near a small mall and in a quiet and safe location, the only compaint i have is that we were given the disabled room and so when we took a shower, water went everywhere in the bathroom. another compaint is that there were people which were causing distrubtion, a man was hitting a woman and police had gotten involved and eventiually the situation was sorted out.however the woman was banging on all the doors of the level.
