We stayed for one night, thanks for providing connecting rooms. 1. The rooms are excellent, all amenities were of high quality, clean (except for the floor scales, they were in strange spots) 2. The employee at the check-in was very polite, the HSKP staff were very courteous, the staff at the spa were friendly. 3. The window stopper was not working in room 546. 4. Very upset by the employee who came in without knocking to bring a baby bed (although I didn't request it), and the situation was a bit scary. 5. After 22:00, I tried to call Room Service, the front desk, and the operator, but unfortunately, no one answered. 6. When I checked in, both rooms had carbonated water instead of non-carbonated water for tea/coffee. Thank you for quick replacement

The hotel is very good with excellent amenities, but our stay was spoiled by excessive road noise during the nighttime hours.

1. I checked in on 4th April, which was my birthday. As an ALL Accor member, and with my date of birth clearly shown on my passport, not a single staff member wished me a happy birthday.3. 2. Easter breakfast was supposed to be until noon. We arrived at around 11:00 AM, yet by 11:30 AM the buffet was already being packed away, and we were made to feel most unwelcome. 3. When asked whether I intended to use the minibar, I said no. Housekeeping was then sent to my room to lock it — which also completely blocked my access to the refrigerator for personal use. Locking the refrigerator in a room I am paying for is excessive. One could have just removed bottles or only set up minibar for clients who need it.
