We had an absolutely unforgettable honeymoon thanks to an exceptional team. A very special thank you to Olga, who made our stay so memorable and touching. Her care, kindness, and professionalism truly made all the difference. She created unique moments for us and made us feel special from the beginning until the very end. A big thank you as well to Anna, the Breakfast Manager, for her warm welcome every morning and her incredible attention to detail. Thank you to Kamil, Front Office Supervisor, for his professionalism, elegance, and valuable assistance throughout our entire stay. A huge thank you to Krzysztof (Chris), the concierge, always smiling, available, and full of excellent recommendations that made our experience even more enjoyable. I stayed at your hotel from 15 to 18 March 2026 at a conference organised by the Council of Europe Bank. The accommodation costs for the period are covered by the Council of Europe Bank. Upon arrival at the hotel, in accordance with the hotel policy, you made a reservation on my credit card in the amount of PLN 500, i.e. EUR 131.59. Upon departure from the hotel, I did not return the fiscal receipt to you. I have sent you several emails, asking you to remove the pre-authorisation from my credit card. Attached to the emails is a copy of the fiscal slip. My booking number is 50….

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, especially regarding the lack of response to your previous messages concerning the pre-authorization on your credit card. We would kindly like to explain that the deposit collected during check-in is a standard procedure applied to all guests, regardless of whether the reservation is prepaid or covered by a third party. The pre-authorization serves only as a security deposit for any potential additional expenses during the stay. Please kindly note that from our side, the release of the pre-authorization was processed on the day of your departure. However, depending on the procedures of the card issuer or bank, the amount may still temporarily appear blocked on the account. For this reason, we would kindly recommend contacting your card provider directly for further verification. Once again, we truly regret the inconvenience and the frustration caused by this situation.
