Very well located, staff very nice and pleasant. However, I would expect more from a 5-star hotel mainly on the breakfast, missing samples in the bath room, and electric supply making a lot of noise during the night

Perfect location, amenities service for our weekend

We booked via BA holidays superior twin and king. Lovely well appointed rooms. Able to manage the room temperature too. Helpful staff and great location. Lovely pool and sauna. Perfect hotel for our weekend adventure to Warsaw. Great location being only 15 min walk to old town centre and royal castle and 15 cab from WAW airport. FYI use Bolt app to get around Warsaw - really cheap and convenient… unless you can navigate the metro.
