Great hotel, but sadly the heating system was not working as well, so it was really cold. Not helped by the weather outside. Service could be a bit more faster.

Everything was excellent - I just knocked the rating down to 9 because of the gym. For a hotel of this size, prestige, location and price, I think the gym could be bigger/better equipped.

The room was set up in advance for 2 adults and 3 kids in connecting rooms, breakfast and evening dinner were great, pool area beautiful, the location was good for links to old and new towns. Thank you.

This was our first trip to Warsaw and we wanted to see all the attractions Warsaw had to offer. Sofitel Victoria was in a great location allowing us easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. From the moment you walk through the doors you are made to feel welcome. The hotels facilities were first class and the view from our room was stunning. The breakfast buffet was excellent with such a wide range of foods available. The restaurant offered a great range of dishes and beverages. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Victoria and intend to stay there next time we visit Warsaw.
