Disappointing - Be aware that this is a VERY DOG FRIENDLY hotel. I had been in my room 20 minutes and was disturbed by barking! I was even more dismayed to find out that all the rooms on the floor I was staying in accommodate dogs - which was evident by the smell and the marked and chewed furniture ( I have photos which I will upload). I was offered another room on a lower floor that the receptionist thought no dogs could go. This needs to be advertised and transparent @Sofitel Warsaw! Not impressed!

Spot clean room. Extremely helpful stuff. Very flexible service. I visit this hotel since years. Almost always staying there when I'm in Warsaw, but this time was excellent, although this time it was one night stay. I got impression that all hotel was recently cleaned very well.

I came as part of a large group. My room was well appointed and quite large in comparison to most European hotels. The staff was very accommodating. I left a personal item behind that I assumed would be lost or thrown away. When I called a week later to inquire about it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had been saved. Additionally, the rep who answered the phone, had already personally read my email. They offered to send the item back to me. I'm very happy.
