Disappointing - Be aware that this is a VERY DOG FRIENDLY hotel. I had been in my room 20 minutes and was disturbed by barking! I was even more dismayed to find out that all the rooms on the floor I was staying in accommodate dogs - which was evident by the smell and the marked and chewed furniture ( I have photos which I will upload). I was offered another room on a lower floor that the receptionist thought no dogs could go. This needs to be advertised and transparent @Sofitel Warsaw! Not impressed!

Our experience was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near Plac Saski, close to the old town, right next to Zachęta Gallery, and a walking distance to the Palace of Culture and Science. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was overall very nice and very well located. The breakfast was exceptional and clearly one of the highlights of the stay. The rooms were comfortably warm, clean, and generally very pleasant. There were a few minor issues, such as a damaged mirror in the bathroom, but these did not significantly affect the overall experience. Considering the price, the stay offered very good value for money. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk near the main entrance was disappointing. The attitude felt condescending and not service-oriented. As an experienced hotel guest who regularly stays in international hotel chains, I found this behavior inappropriate for a five-star hotel. This was not an isolated incident, as the same unfriendly and irritated tone could also be observed in the way other guests were addressed, and requests were not handled in a welcoming or solution-focused manner. Overall, the hotel remains highly recommendable due to its location, rooms, and excellent breakfast; however, the front desk service should be improved to match the otherwise high standards of the property.
