Hotel is well located, near my office. The problem was during check in. I made order for one King/Queen's bed. Unfortunately, I need to take room with two single beds because the other had been occupied. I am really disappointed.

Very bad and disappointing experience

I do stay in this hotel very often as I need to travel home from work and I used to enjoy it, for the quick check-in , the gym and the location. However, I had an awful experience this time and I have absolutely no words about how they treat the guests. I came from a 26h trip, different time zone and I was exhausted, so I was counting in having some sleep and peace during the next day. For my surprise this was impossible, as from 10 am in the morning, until 6pm, all I could hear was an awful noise coming from upstairs, drilling non stop!! I called the reception, expecting to get some relocation or at least some respect, as I didn't pay to hear this, and they did absolutely nothing, not even an apology, saying they will stop soon as renovations are going on. It's totally unacceptable that they don't even inform the guests about it, and you pay money when you can't even be in the room. I'm very sad as I used to recommend this place , but not with this kind of treatment.
