We would, however, like to clarify that the reservation in question was made for our entry-level room category. Amenities such as a coffee machine, bathrobe, slippers and additional cosmetics are provided in our higher room categories, including Superior rooms, and therefore were not included in the room type booked for this stay. Regarding the rate, our hotel operates with dynamic pricing, as is standard within the hospitality industry. Rates vary depending on occupancy, demand and events taking place in Warsaw at a given time. The price charged corresponded to the room category and conditions of your confirmed reservation. We would also like to note that during your subsequent stay, you received a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category, at no additional cost. We therefore regret that, despite this gesture and your previous positive stays with us, you have chosen to describe the earlier stay as your “worst stay”, although the room category and included amenities were provided in accordance with the reservation you had purchased. Nevertheless, we take your comments regarding the leaking kettle, slow hairdryer and bathroom drain seriously, and we sincerely apologize for these technical inconveniences.
