The location is easy to find and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the Jaguzzi, Sauna and fitness( If place a clock 🕒 on the wall will be even better for us to look at the time). Will definitely come again x

I was a guest for four days and I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel and the staff. Check in was a breeze and my room was clean, modern and spacious. The is a very large selection for breakfast both Polish and International style. Bar and Dinner foods were great and bartenders and staff friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of Old Town, but hotel's location is great within two blocks there is an Aldi, quick mart store, multiple banks, cafe's and Starbucks on the corner. A small Mall with anything you could need is a block away. I walked to Old Town for a walking tour in 12 Minutes and the Solidarity Museum in 15. Highly recommend this Hotel.

This is my first time in this hotel and i would say, the facility looks nice and very cozy. Breakfast was very tasty, didn't try the restaurant. The most shocking service imo was the free water outside our room, you could refill it any time you wish, amazing. The room was also good but not so good. First, the shower side, the window covering the entrance had a hole which let the water flood in the whole floor of the bathroom. That was unfortunately a bad situation because we had nothing to clean or dry the water, only towels which later we did. The air conditioner after turning it on, was doing a weird noise like if is stuck (probably because is old or needs some maintenance) but after some minutes the noise was gone. Those are just small details that im sure the hotel will handle it because i wouldn't like to have this situation again if i decide to go back there or for any other person.

I needed a proof of stay for my company and the personnel in the reception was unable to grant me this. I just needed a simple document with my name and company name and hotel name saying that I splet there that night. It is annoying that this simple admin procedure cannot be done by such a big hotel chain. This is giving me now headaches with my company and I might consider a different hotel next time, despite the fact that food was nice, the room was really comfy and clean
