The room AC was set to 21 degrees Celsius at the lowest. I wasn't even sure that was even accurate because the air flowing out the vent didn't really feel cool. It mostly just felt like moving air. I complained about the room temp at the front desk, and they told me many guests were complaining about the rooms being too warm and uncomfortable (so it wasn't just my room) but there was nothing they could do because "management" set the temperature. It was so uncomfortable that I noticed I was sweating while just sitting at the desk in my room to do work on my laptop. Front desk staff were pleasant, professional and friendly. The location was good for me because it was central to a lot of my interests and was easy walking distance from many great neighborhoods. It was also very close to transportation hubs/public transportation lines in order to get to things further away.

Overall a great at Mercure Warszawa Centrum, with a room upgrade, a great wellness area with sauna and a great (truly Polish) dinner experience at the restaurant. Check-in and check-out just as quick and smooth as you'd wish them to be in a hotel. Thanks to all the team!
