I stay in this hotel regularly and I have always had a pleasant stay, Staff are Kind, courteous, and professional. They are always there to help and answer any questions or even just book a taxi. Rooms are very pleasant. the room I stayed in this time has recently been decorated. There was some building work going on in the lobby but this did not affect any part of my stay as the area was always clean and noise was kept to a minimum. Breakfast has a large selection of quality foods so there is something for all tastes .

Stayed for 1 week on a business trip. Feeling good and comfortable in general. Thr location is excellent, right next to a big shopping mall, and 5 minutes walk to the train station. Staffs are extremely polite and helpful. The space for gym, jacuzzi and sauna on the -1 floor are quite limited but no big deal at least for off season. The room is spacious, however putting the cafe machine and electronic kettle under the place for hanging the clothes really confuses me, especially when you need to hang two sets of suit, it becomes a real problem. As many reviews have mentioned, the temperature inside the room is quite low, and the AC doesn't seem to work, another issue for winter. The restaurant offers good food at reasonable price, breakfast on the other hand is mediocre, but remains correct.

Great location only c5min walk from Warsaw central train station, stops for airport buses and bus stops for old town. Easy to find. Hotel on a side street off the main road minimises external noise and seemed to have good soundproofing anyway. Room was as per photos, bigger bed than I expected and huge TV. Nice to have a water bottle provided you can then refill in the corridor. Multiple lifts so never had to wait long for one. Lifts were fairly quiet so shouldn't disturb those with nearby rooms. Good choice of breakfast items. I hadn't pre-booked breakfast and was offered it at a discounted rate. At full price I'm not sure it would have felt great value for money. Reception helpful and efficient and option of storing your luggage if needed. Generally really positive experience and I would stay again. The only real negative I found was that the bathroom was rather old fashioned in styling compared to the rest of the room and hotel. It would benefit from an update.

Despite there being modernised rooms in the hotel and us having 4 rooms booked we were put in the old rooms with stained carpet and sink and broken chipped wood. Then loud drilling above our three sons’ bedrooms from 0830. Although we were gifted breakfast and received a small refund nobody actually apologised! Overall not a great experience.
