Terrible expérience very single morning at the breakfast entrance . My stay was booked WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED but for some reason staff kept always refusing me access . That’s not serious . I had to show them my confirmation email from ALL to prove it was included

There were no linens provided in the room for extra bedding, heating was not working, not extra towels provided. Very dissatisfied with the service offered.

Check in: I asked if I could get a better room, because Accor Gold customer. Recption said it had already been taken into account. I thought this was a lie and I didn't got any extra. In check out , I asked to send the invoice to my email. The clerk just said to leave key on the desk, not even asked my email or checked if he have it. Later I didn't received the invoice to my email either. I was very dissapointed.
