I stayed in this hotel for one night while in Warsaw. For a $180 hotel, I was hoping there would be a microwave, but nope, it did not have one. Beyond the no microwave, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Check-in was quick and painless. A few restaurants and stores are within walking distance. They also have a restaurant located on site. I chose this hotel because they're only a few minute from the central train station. There is noise from the street below and the hallway. Someone also shot off fireworks from nearby in the middle of the night.

Please be informed that as the hotel in very centre of the town we are also in the centre of city life, and it can happened that will be a little louder than in the outskirts. I was very well looked after at check in and got a great room upgrade with a bath which I had requested whilst booking on the Accor site. The bar was great and the food was good in the restaurant, and well priced. Gym was well equipped and very clean.

Unpleasent stay - I do not recommend this hotel

Hotel did not respect my booking details. If you book for a king size bed room, you might get a single or twin so don't bother. Hotel staff also did not care about this mistake, and did not fix my issue during my stay. I will not stay there again, and do not recommend anyone to do so if they look for good service and peace of mind.

Had a room at 6th floor. The breakfast is good, the bar is good. However the room is not good - quite an old toilet looking more grey than white; the bin in the bathroom is not opened by a pedal, so I had to make it open manually on permanent basis; few colleagues had issues with checkin - either payment is not found, booking not found at all; my company office manager called the hotel many times and could not reach anyone! The gym is so small, so not clear why it is needed at all if there can be max 2 persons and that would be too hard for them anyway.
