The breakfast experience is disappointing. Busy, poorly laid out, tables not cleared quickly, poor selection of cooked foods and cereals, empty trays of croissants and pain au chocolat. For an ACCOR hotel, this is probably the worst I have experienced.

Room was OK, Taxi reservation made by the hotel costed 80 euros to travel to Paris Gare de l'Est which is far too expensive (around 40 euros normally). I called the hotel, they told me that all customers pay this price, it would have been OK if they had told me before reserving the Taxi. Not sure that I will stay at this hotel again. Corridor next to the reception was smelly.
