false fire alarm at 5am, cleaner vacuum cleaning during breakfast, no shampoo

1) There was a fire alarm at 5am. I had to dress up and walk down 6 floors. A member of staff was waiting on the ground floor to tell everyone it was a false alarm (someone was smoking in a room). Why didn't the staff try to stop the alarm instead of waking up the whole building at 5am? Why didn't the staff walk up the stairs to tell customers it was a false alarm instead of just waiting comfortably on the gound floor? 2). I was having breakfast at 6:30. Then at 6:35, the cleaner came and started vacumm cleaning just behind me. It was SO LOUD. Why did the cleaner not do it at 6:15 before customers come for breakfast? Why do they have to wait for customers to eat breakfast to make such huge noise, at 6:35 and break customers' ears? 3) The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty. I hate that. Why don't your employees refill the shampoo bottles? And don't tell me it's my job as a customer to tell you to do your job Worst hotel experience in a while. It's put me off from staying at an Accor hotel ever again in my life. And I don;t care about my membership and my points.

Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I would like to apologize on behalf of the whole team and management regarding the fire alarm at 5am. Please note that our night auditor is by herself during the night and she indeed tried to stop the alarm system before it rang. There was a lot of smoke in the room and this is the reason why the alarm rang anyway when she was in the room asking the guests to stop smoking immediately and to open the window. Then she followed the procedure and went down to the reception to communicate with guests and reassure them. We also apologize for the noise with the vacuum at breakfast and the empty bottle of shampoo. Be assured that we have shared your complaint with the concerned teams in order to improve our fire alarm procedure and prevent the staff from using the vacuum during breakfast time. I have stayed at the Tribe hotel on quite a few occasions since it’s opening last year, very nice hotel but sometimes doesn’t get it quite right with rooms - too hot in autumn, too cold in winter (better now with air con warm on), noisy on front facing road rooms and on my lady stay in ground floor room noisy at late evening and early morning… staff excellent, rooms spotless, restaurant very good so for sure will return
