Staff were unbothered and apathetic. We asked for joining rooms and were given two rooms with a block of lifts in between. One of the rooms had a dirty carpet when we entered with sweets and biscuit crumbs all over the floor even though the rest of the room had been cleaned but the floor was not vacuumed. On check out, we were told we could check out at 12pm but the doors and key cards stopped working just after 11am and despite 3 trips down to the reception to renew the keys, they didn't work for either room. It didn't help that our rooms were the most furthest away from the lobby so those trips were tiring.

One of the worst experience - Door does not open and close easily. B/F area tables are not clean and no one cares to clear them. In the room Body Lotion was Empty from day 1, reminded 3 different people 3 times on front desk but no one cares to fix issues. Have stayed here earlier 2 times as well but this time it was disappointing

When we arrived, the girl at the desk said she could not find our reservation (made with Weekendesk) She was very impolite and unfriendly, not really willing to help us at all When we required further, she did not really reply and it was only after we insisted, that she said she would enquire where our reservation might have gone. Then she said she would contact Weekendesk, but the response would take more then 3 hours!.So at 11 am we would have to wait 3 hours before we would get a response if we would have a room or not. We then contacted Weekendesk ourselves and they informed us that they would enquire with the hotel and would call us back. Within 2 minutes they called back to inform us that everything was okay. We wondered if the girl at the desk would then come to us and tells us that everything was in order, but this never happened, so we went back to the desk ourselves and without blinking an eye or something resembling an apology she said everything was alright. It is quite incomprehensible that reception staff are not more accommodating and that one has to wait 3 hours to get a confirmation that a booking is in order. Overall, barring a few exceptions, the staff are very unfriendly. The breakfast area is far too small andhygiene leaves a lot to be desired.
