Stayed at hotel many times previously and will return, staff very helpful and polite, rooms clean with very comfortable beds, still cannot work out air conditioning but at least you can open windows to get fresh air circulation, restaurant excellent and breakfast very good

This location has been my preferred winter accommodation when visiting Paris. Once again, the restroom facilities were excellent—clean and equipped with a good shower. However, I noticed a difference in the level of service from the staff compared to previous visits. In the past, I found the team to be energetic and exceptionally friendly, but this time the reception, especially at the front desk, did not meet the same standard. Additionally, I encountered an issue with the booking system, as my corporate booking using a company credit card was declined by Tribe. I have previously stayed at other Accor group properties without any issues. While communication could have been better, I appreciate that the staff resolved the matter promptly, although no upgrade was provided.

Room 29 at the ground floor, behind the kitchen and close to the reception, with as result a lot of noise. Also it was hard to heat the room and the bathroom, it remained cold in the bathroom.

I liked it, however the room was too cold during the day. During the night it was a good temperature. I drank a tea on the first day, and expected to get at least one more tea bag for the next day, but I did not get any, and my used tea-bag from the previous day wasn't cleaned.
