I have spend a few days in Paris, for the second time in this hotel. Even though I understand the concept of apart hotel, for +200 EUR/night, they did not even offer clean towels every 2 days for example. I wanted to clean up my room and the vacuum cleaner was dirty. The cleanness in the hotel in general in not ok. Breakfast is the same every day.

Hotel was okay but the sink did not flush, I did not know that the room wasn't cleaned daily.

The experience was not good, and therefore I won’t stay in this hotel again. Had a 2 and half weeks stay. Let’ s start numbering the points: Shower temperature was unsteady - during the whole shower the water kept changing from burning hot to warm. Water pressure was really bad, very very very weak. Bed and pillows are OK, but far from being good. Rooms have an old fashioned decor, not pleasant. Cleaning did not happen after 8 days of my stay as informed. I had to ask otherwise they would not do it. Result from cleaning: the cleaner broke 2 tiles of the bath tube and left it like nothing happened. A whole was wide open in the bathtub wall. I immediately went to the reception and showed a photo of the broken tiles to the receptionist that told me that someone would come to fix it the other day. Of course no one came up to the end of my stay. In my first day - I had an early check-in, came directly from the airport to the hotel and had a whole afternoon of meetings that I took from the hotel. I was poorly dressed doing a meeting with camera off when someone tried to enter in my room (very likely the housekeeper that was not aware of the early check-in). As a result I did scream to prevent the person to get in, but in front of my work colleagues… it was really very embarrassing. This told me what was coming in terms of the experience this hotel would be offering me. You might be asking why I did not change rooms (specially after the broken tiles). I am a woman, staying for +2 weeks with many things, clothes, shoes, etc, and really busy working whole day. I had literally no energy to grab all my stuff and change rooms. Breakfast was OK - sometimes many stuff missing, and staff took times to bring missing foods. Little variety. Breakfast staff has pleasant (except by the fact that one lady liked to show that my French accent is poor in daily basis misunderstanding and making me repeat multiple times my room number) In summary - do not stay there if you are looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay! I did stay before in other hotels in the region (and my next hotel is already booked by the way) with much more pleasant stay.

I found a bedbug in my bed during my second night. Worst experience ever, I will never come back.

Upon my second night of staying, I found a bedbug in my bed, adult size and freshly fed (It was vividly red). I smashed it and blood came from it. I then found a trace of "poop" that confirmed my fear (see pictures). After some research online, it had the size of an adult. I explained to the hotel staff what happened, and they promised that day that an expert would come in the afternoon and take care of my luggages and clothes, but after 2 days, nothing. I asked every morning and evening, no news from "their expert". Upon the 3rd day, the director of the hotel came, and instead of listening to my situation, tried to intimidate me, cutting me in a middle of my explanation, forcing me to say that i "didn't see what I thought I saw". That the expert would have to testofy before doing anything, but when i asked for when they would come, "we have no date yet". I had to clean all of my clothes at very high temperature, gave up two luggages and bought a new one to avoid bringing those things back home. Even if the hotel moved me to another room, I barely slept for the nights. I ended up leaving the hotel before the end of my trip once I figured that they would do nothing to help me. As of today, I didn't get any reimbursement for the hotel, the director didn't give a damn about my situation, nor apologized. I thought Accor hotels were safe and they would be having a process for handling this, but the staff was lost, the director was extremely rude, and they left me completely alone. This is also unbelievable that after 3 days in this hotel, they sent someone to intimidate me instead of helping me!
