For 200+ euros a night: 1. had to sleep on an uneven sofa bed, 2. do water refill walks to ground floor as there was no bottled water in the room. 3. Use low quality slippers with paper soles that melt at a slight contact with water. This result in asking for extra pair, which is producing more plastic waste than any “sustainable” solution. 4. The AC in the room was not functional. Again sustainability nonsense for a 200+ euro a night room.

Concernant l’eau, une fontaine est disponible 24h/24 dans la salle petit-déjeuner, accessible à l’ensemble de nos clients. Ce dispositif s’inscrit dans notre volonté de limiter l’usage du plastique, tout en restant pratique d’accès. Pour les chaussons, nous restons vigilants à proposer des produits cohérents avec notre démarche et le niveau de prestation attendu. Enfin, la climatisation aurait bien entendu dû être pleinement fonctionnelle. Ce point a été transmis à notre équipe technique pour suivi. There was a smell coming from the ventilation fan and the trash can, and it was cold because the heating wasn't turned on.

Lift unsafe and malfunction most of the time. Several time informed but no action. Breakfast, Bread not available. Cheese shortcoming. Tables dirty. Room service once per 8 days????
