Aparthotel Adagio La Défense Courbevoie 4 stars

Always helpfull.

I stayed here for a Week on my arrival in Paris. Rooms are spacious and seems a new facility. Bit expensive though.

1. The road to hotel is easy to find， 15 minute walk to La defense railwaystation 2. The hotel is big and hotel room is large 3. The hotel staff is very good 4. The kitchen is good, big, ketchen supply are enough 5. The bathtub is great

Place is nice, clean and quiet.

I like my stay in Apart hotel very much, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent.. except that one of elevators was not working with access card. We had to insert multiple times to finally getting a green light and selecting the floor. This problem was faced by everyone using the elevator.. infact many families and women faced similar problem.. I think it is time to replace with contactless system rather than swiping system of card..

OK Just very surprised to have received 3 booking confirmations at 3 different prices in just under 20 minutes! Check-in was not the smothest nor the fastest Bedroom OK

Hard to find the parking garage (if they publish it is in the Intermarche garage, we did not have to drive 10 mins to find it)! Keycard are very poor, especially in the elevators (we tried to use it one for more, than 5 mins, at the end we used the stairs). The room is perfect, breakfast is ok, but scrambled eggs is Englis styled (w/o salt and groceries). Fitness machines are great, but there is no airco in the room, just a ventillator.

Aparthotel Adagio La Défense Courbevoie is everything you could want in a hybrid apartment/hotel. Complete kitchen utensils and pretty much everything you would need for a short or long-term stay. It's literally right on top of a big Intermarche supermarket and the Dada Bistro servers excellent food.

My Laptop was stolen from the reception of the hotel, The security needs to be reinforced. Neverthless, the staff and manager was very cooperative.

The problem: Whole bathroom was flooded with water after we took a shower. We were afraid to slip and maybe to get hurt. We had to use the wiper and towels each time to wipe the water off the floor. It's a hassle that took time in every shower we did and it is totally unnecessary. The receptionist promised to send a maintenance man to check what could be done but no one came. We was told that this is a known problem. I think the problem can be solved by attaching a marble bar around the shower to block the water. Unfortunately, because of this problem I will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to my friends. Sincerely, Yossef A.

It was a very peaceful stay with all facilities provided. The kitchen was equipped with right vessels and nothing was missing. The shower was little slow which I did not complain of but the cleaning guy identified himself and replaced it. The care given to the guests is very good and appreciated. The gym is also adequately equipped. Overall a very nice experience.

Good location easy to drive to and plenty of secured parking. Great grocery store at the bottom of the hotel. The gym is good but there should be products provided to clean the machines after use. Also there is a very lovely gentlemen who worked the front desk who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and when we had an issue with the a/c it was dealt with in a very timely manner. We usually stay at this hotel when in Paris.
