Thank you for a nice stay at your hotel. Simple, but nice rooms, good cleaning, good service. Maybe you could consider having an English language channel in your TV package?

The room is comfortable, gym and laundry are OK. Buffet breakfast is good. A lot of appliances available to feel truly at home. One elevator is out of service and the other was out of service for 24 h. We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night with the person on site keeping repeating he is replacing to justify is inability to reset the fault. My defective iron was never replaced as promised. Some reception people don't speak English.

Good stay. However lift was not working properly all the time.

I’m going to have to contact customer services as I need to explain that my stay on Saturday evening was disrupted by an alarm that kept coming off and it was very stressful
