I was visiting Paris on a business trip and the room that I was originally given had a terrible smell that was unliveable. After the front desk staff confirmed it, I was given another room which was a wheelchair accessible room, and that sufficed for the remainder of the trip, but the smell in the previous room put me off from wanting to stay there in the future. The front desk staff were very good in relocating me, however the cleaning standards do need to be reviewed. I understand it's an Aparthotel and there are people who live in the building, but diligence towards cleanliness goes a long way.
