We had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. Paul at reception was particularly helpful and friendly, which made check-in and our overall experience very smooth. Breakfast was nice with a good selection, and everything was well organised. Overall, a good stay and we would consider staying again.

The staff was full of energy and hospitable to help you and guide. We needed a plug converter and they right away came to provide us one. That is just one simple example but there are many more instances when the staff was available to help us.

Great location, quiet area. I first visited this hotel 25 years ago but since then, the furniture did not change. it still does the job and price is lower than surrounding hotels. Two slates of the spare bed support were broken. Sink drain was clogged.

Location was great but rooms were not sound proofed. Nearby rooms if somebody is knocking, opening or locking it feels like our rooms. Breakfast options are not great, i ended up ordering in uber eats most of the time.

First night here. Q bed with blanket and second bed without blanket. I want to the reception and they told me there are no blankets available. I could get a sheet. It is very Cold. First and last time that I will come to this hotel.
