Extremely poor service we are staying at room 904 / 906 / 908 , AC is not working since yesterday called several times, towels not available in room , we are here for another 3 days was worst decision to choose this hotel doesn’t recommend at all , no one listens for any complains

The hotel is well situated for transport links into Paris centre and around the Defense area for the arena and shopping. The rooms are good, the reception staff are efficient friendly and helpful. The breakfast is poor for a 4* hotel with coffee and food running out with nobody around to replenish the items. Getting a drink at the bar lobby in the evening is just unpleasant due to the sullen attitude of the bar staff who do not seem to want to work and were rude. Most of the local restaurants are closed over the weekend, which was unexpected, but with our poor experience at breakfast and the attitude of the catering staff we did not consider eating at the hotel.

Noisy room, especially early in the morning (±5 a.m.)

My room was located at the 1st floor, apparently just above a part of the hotel were goods are (un)loaded. There was lots of contact noise (foot steps, rolling carts, shifting boxes, ...) that woke me up both nights I stayed here.

We had a very nice stay at the Novotel! The room was great on the 12th floor with a fantastic view over Paris. Check-in went fluent and the receptionist was very friendly. As we arrived quite late we decided to have dinner in the Greem Restaurant. Even if it was busy on Friday evening, the waiters were very attentive! Here goes my special Thanks to Christophe who went the extra mile to make us some very tastefull Mocktails! Yummi! Breakfast was also good, but you should know that this is a business hotel, so it's always very busy during the week. Staff there is also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Amina for taking special care! What a lovely Person. We will definitely come back to the Novotel.

spend two nights in room 106. Dark rooms. Cleaning poor and no maintenance performed at all. Furniture old fashioned and not well maintained. Breakfast room is noisy and tables to close to each other. Breakfast room is to small to accommodate massive tourist visit.
