Old and tired room with multiple defects

Room is tired and a bit dirty. Light didn't work and flicked on and off. Bed head had two lights, one that didn't work. Only three power sockets, two that didn't work and none in a convenient location to work. I had to unplug the television to plug in my computer. There was a good desk available which was good. A bit noisy with people stomping above level. Oh and a lift wasn't working so took some time to go up and down. There was a kettle in the room but only small paper cups which is not good for tea. There was no room service, the code to scan didn't work. The phone didn't connect for reception. So I had to go down to bar to get a cup. Location was ok.

Welcome drink: only on applications, but I am not ready to overcharge my smartphone with "application" Breakfast in room: ordered on the site, but it didn't work out, I had to call the room service

Pictures speak for themselves. This is the view. Not clean. Smells in elevators, which are very slow, smells in hallway. Had to buy air fresheners. Mold in shower. Carpets dirty. Everything is dated and run down. They employ more staff than is imaginable for the place to be so dirty.

- after check in: code-card did not work - elevator software outdated: they stop every floor even if already full, which takes minutes to go from/to 11th floor - breakfast: jam had absolutely no taste, fruit-salad was not fresh - despite leaving my business-card and was assured that invoice will get the company address, NOTHING like that was done, creating waiting times + discussions during check-out.
