I have stayed 2 nights, well, before my arrival my card was charged for the first night, I could not pay the 2nd, when I came back on the first day, I was charged for the 2nd night and my original room card was blocked as I did not pay yet the 2nd night!!! and I could not get my bill, I had to go back at the 3rd time... I am a business traveller, I never met this kind of non-trust! I am regularly in Accor, it was a real shame... 2 nights above 300 EUR and my room was not cleaned after the first night, so I had to pay in advance for something, what i did not get.... who trusts whom?

Great over all experience! Good Customer service by all Novetel staff. Transportation Location good, La Defence area has good shopping Mall, out door art, well planned relaxed layout, good restaurants etc. Very decent stay with kids.

Overall my stay was mitigated with some very rude staff (specially one chinese looking girl at the reception) she was extremely rude. She should never work in this industry. My guest got kicked out the hotel whilst awaiting in the waiting room without any explanation, I have raised my frustration over my guest experience to the manager but did not received any writing apologies. We usually go to Melia Hotel next door, since they were not open in August we thought going to Novotel. I would not recommend this hotel

I stayed in this hotel for one night - i felt the hotel had deployed all the right Covid measures to make customers feel safe. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable. Would stay there again. Car park is a little difficult to find - with all the road work and signs everywhere. Give the hotel a call if you get lost.

This time I had a bad experience on my room. Old blood traces on the curtains and blood traces on the door of the toilet. In the morning done my complaint at one of your employees and showed him pictures of it, but never heard anything from the hotel again about this.

We liked the location (close to metro), window view was pretty exciting. We also liked noise insulation and breakfast choice. Our daughter was even given a soft toy. One small downside is that the window was dirty from the outside, so that made it not that pleasant to enjoy the view we paid extra money for. Also, photos were smudged because of that. It would also be great to have something to seat next to the window, like a window sill (there is a space if the glass windows are converted to doubleglazing. Something to think about on the next refurb.

I had room 226. Besides the train, that stopped after midnight, I couldn't fall asleep due to a turbine like noise that was starting every 10 minutes or so. Very low frequency noise. As a result I woke up with a headache for which I asked a paracetamol (cost practically nothing), but there weren't any; I was directed to nearest Pharmacy for which I did not have time. Quality of room and breakfast were ok. My colleagues did not have the same problem so it must me related to the specific room.
