Experience was fine. Room comfortable and with good lighting. I was surprised that the minibar was not replenish and I stayed 4 days (it was "included", I guess that's why, but a bit deceiving). TV system needs serious upgrading, at least access to apps (Netflix, Disney, etc.) with our own users.

The hotel is well located if you need to stay at La Défense. It is easily connected to Paris by metro. The clean service needs improvement: 2 of the towels in the room were dirty. The shower was almost clogged. The availability of the food at the restaurant is very poor at lunch (only pizza of low quality) and at dinner (3 of the courses we wanted to take were not available and the tortellini we had were really bad). Room for improvement!

My Rating is based on following experience: Room Quality = Good Room Amenities = Ok Reception Staff = Good Breakfast Experience = Unsatisfactory (1. Space issue: On First day faced lack of sitting space in breakfast area, forced to move to make-shift area with limited food options.) (2. Withdrawal of Veg Option: For first 3 days, there was at least on warm (on-stove) veg option, which was completely removed for next days.) (3. Unclear food labels: Food labels were either missing English translation or it was un-readable) (4. Unfriendly Staff: On all occasions of communication staff refused to communicate in English.)
