We arrived early and as the room was not ready we left our luggage in the storage room and went to explore the city. On arriving back we noticed that the sofa bed was not set up for the kids and no extra towels were left for them. Called reception and it was sorted within minutes. Good size family room with Eiffel tower view. Tasty breakfast with plenty choices, friendly service and water station to fill up bottles. Great price too. Close to metro, perfect location for a short break.
