Novotel Paris La Défense Hotel 4 stars

The hotel location perfect to the business area in La defense, also perfectly located at the corner of metro station. But the only point to be improved is reception representatives are not always welcoming and are not always smiling !

It’s was perfect

Restaurant the most boring experiences I have have had in a hotel. You have to stand in line to get in wihout getting recognized, then very basic service, and then you need to stand in line at the counter to pay. Food ok, but not a good experience. Also very boring ambiance and decoration. Lobby bar not very 2019. Rooms boring and a bit rundown but functional. Me and all collegues will get back to Melia hotel next doors; now tried you out. PS: my reservation asked for high floor quiet (yes I know its just a request) but you put me on 3rd floor next to elevator

I had a very nice experience at the hotel regarding the room, services and being a non-french speaking person the staff cooperation was excellent. I will definitely give 5 stars for the stay at intended budget. I just have one request to be made to staff at restaurant-bar for them to provide better recommendation on food and beverages as menu items may require more inputs to understand for the visitors of Paris.

Clean room, helpful staff, good location.

- incredibly hot and stuffy room, had to let the air con on all night and still woke up with a headache. - calamitous breakfast. The breakfast area is so small that I couldn't have a seat (I had to share small table with an unknown man), had to fight my way through to the buffet, and on one occasion couldn't even have a cup to make tea. - the toilets in my room stank of cigarette. Disgusting.

Location is very convenient to get to my office, and I was given a room with a view of Paris which was very nice. The room was a bit dusty, the mattress was a bit soft and the soft pillows were a bit too soft. The breakfast was okay, but got very crowded around 7:30AM (many tourist groups were using the hotel while I was staying there), and it made finding a table quite difficult. The choices for breakfast were adequate.

overall good experience, rooms too warm and airco not working properly but personnel extremely kind, helpful and flexible personnel

Staff was great but hotel facilities are old and basic. It's my first Novotel experience in France but they are much better in Switzerland and Germany. Breakfast was a mess with people jumping queue.

Overpriced

Very comfortable stay , nice and clean hotel and room was also very cleaned. I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast menu can be little better but may not matter for those like to go different place for breakfast. I had to built my sofa bed myself and I struggled a bit first night. overall good experience.

reception desk was good -but for room service i asked glass in my room but i haven't get them in my room- i needed an umbrella so i could get it from reception desk so it was good - as far as i remember ur break fast was full of tast in last year when i was ur gest but this time i think ur break fast was weak.

My expérience was just fine

- wifi signal unusable during the 2 days. Not something i experienced for ages in a hotel. - morning breakfast : start only at 6:30 (6:00 would have let me have a breakfast _and_ an early rer) and there s not enough staff dedicated... Big queueue, no forks nor plate on the table.. Appart from that, good experience and helping staff .

I stayed here about 15 years ago. Then it was a nice a Hotel. In the meantime the rooms have become run down. Walls needed to painted, carpet old, bed worn out.
