Friendly helpful staff, nice room, comfortable bed. Two items that could be improved: 1) Shower poor - lots of blocked holes in the shower head 2) Lifts are too small and didn't work properly. Would have been OK if you could use the stairs but the doors are locked.

We reached out to the hotel in advance to request honeymoon amenities, including balloons and bed decoration, which the hotel confirmed would be provided. However, nothing was ready when we checked in. After we contacted the booking platform for help, the hotel promised again that the setup would be arranged after housekeeping the next day. Unfortunately, we left without receiving any of the agreed honeymoon amenities. This lack of follow-through was very disappointing and affected our honeymoon experience negatively.

The room was fine and the breakfast service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room did not work and the women at the front desk were not only unhelpful and dismissive but continued to lie that someone would be looking into the issue and they would call with an update and despite checking every day, they never did anything. It was extremely frustrating.
