The hotel is situated in a an area that actually doing civil works. The amenities are disappointing and the service very average compare with the price. the place is getting old and the lot of things have been temporarily repaired. Despite that the place is clean and quite during the night

I used to enjoy coming here during the Sofitel period, but since the changes the hotel has clearly lost much of its quality, from the service to the overall infrastructure. Well located hotel in La Défense with easy access to the metro and surrounding business area. The location is definitely one of the strong points. However, for a 5 star hotel, the overall experience falls short of expectations. If you have allergies or are sensitive to dust, this hotel may not be the best choice, as the rooms are fully carpeted. The bathroom feels quite outdated, and the water pressure and temperature fluctuate significantly depending on whether neighboring rooms are using the shower, which is disappointing at this level. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly during our stay. Sound insulation is also below what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Noise from neighboring rooms is very noticeable, and there is quite a lot of disturbance during the night, making it difficult to fully rest. We also mentioned in advance that we were staying for a special occasion marriage and specifically requested a room with one large bed instead of separate beds. Unfortunately, none of these requests were taken into consideration. Overall, it is a decent hotel for the location, but if you are expecting a true 5 star experience with attention to detail, comfort, and proper service, it is better to lower your expectations.

My family and I were staying in the Nest for almost a week. It was my second time in the hotel. The hotel itself is very well designed with super comfortable rooms and convenient location at La Defense (easy to get to all places of interest by Metro line 1 which is 5 minutes from the hotel). The staff at the hotel is fantastic - by shout out to all main desk staff - they were absolutely amazing the entire stay, helping us with our queries and changes in the booking. I recommend the place and will come back for all my stays in Paris again. This is truly my home away from home.
