The service was very good, unfortunatelly the hotel is old, not so clean in the lobby and there were problems with the water - there was no water for one day during the day, after that there was not hot water for two days; the phone didn’t work at all, so you couldn’t call at the reception…

Personnel are so polite and the location of the hotel is very good. Although there are not so many options in the breakfast, it is not important because everything is delicious. The rooms are so clean and big. The bed is comfortable

We arrived early with our two years old baby after 24 hours of long flight. The staff were very accommodating and they let us to have an early check in. The hotel is central and close to metro which makes it very convenient to explore Paris. We definitely will be back.
