Had a great stay- staff lovely as was the room. The lobby smelt constantly of drains and this was not pleasant at all.

The restaurant was not very good and was difficult to explain and verify that the breakfast was already paid (it had to be verified 3 times)

Hotel is beautifully designed and decorated Bed was very comfortable Bad points A raw smell of sewage on the bottom floor and in the lifts very strong and unpleasant Receptionist weren’t very friendly or welcoming this was consistent from the moment of arrival, shame

Overall satisfactory. Except that (1) hot water in the bathroom had defect and had to change room for the first night. (2) for total 4 nights (business trip for 3 nights + private for 1 night), I was given a room directly next to the elevator, which is poorly arranged in my opinion. And I have sent an email asking for the business and private bookings to be merged, but when I arrived, it was not noted in their system.

The room was really far better than what I expected. 2 things bothered me : -> bathroom was a bit oudated and lack storage ->The presence of the ironing board just next to the table, I would like it stored in an other place maybe in the wardrobe. Also the breakfast not with enough choices but really tasting good and fresh.
