1st stay with very bad experience in Mgallery

My secretary booked me the stay in Mgallery via travel agent and the room charge was paid by via travel agent account. I showed this booking to the receptionist when I checked in on 9th Oct. The hotel receptionist kept saying they could not find my booking but after 15 mins the receptionist finally confirmed that could find my booking and put only 200euro deposit on my credit card (as tax and other spending) However, I was asked to settle the bill of 535.50euro when I checked out on 11th Oct. I explained to the hotel receptionist again the hotel room bill was already settled by the travel agent account. She agreed and confirmed with me that only the tax of 19.5euro will be charged to my credit card. Also she told me that the hotel bill will be sent to me by email. Surprisingly I have found that my credit card has been charged 535.5euro and I have not received my hotel bill up to now. This is a very bad experience for me in Paris. This show your hotel receptionists do not listen to your clients. This explained why I prefer Melia to Mgallery.

Very helpful staff, I appreciated the upgrade to a Junior Suite. Roadworks make getting into the hotel challenging, but not unsumountable. Room was clean and well apportioned, if a little dark.
