Three things could have been improved with this stay: 1. I still haven't received my invoice by email which was promised when I checked out on Friday (3 days ago) 2. On arrival, one member of the reception team was helping a customer. The other reception team member was sitting behind her computer and didn't offer any help. I asked her if she could check me in, and she did but it took a really long time - perhaps she was still training. 3. Later on I called the reception team and asked for help with the Chromecast on the TV. The receptionist told me she didn't know how to do it, and didn't offer any further support. I asked if there was anyone else she could ask - she said she could ask her colleague but he was busy. I asked if he could call me back when he wasn't busy, but I never received a call back. Overall I felt the customer service wasn't up to the standard I'd expect from this hotel.

From the very first interaction during check-in, Winni made us feel genuinely welcome. Not only was the process smooth and efficient, but she also went above and beyond by offering us our room earlier than the scheduled check-in time, which made a huge difference after our journey. This level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful details that enhanced the overall experience. The hotel comes with good decent rooms and good housekeeping work however they are never reachable on the phone and are not available for any request. Not even a simple request for Still water instead of sparkling is entertained. The front office/reception is also non responsive and never get back to you for any help requested Whatever is needed needs to be done at the spot by going down you cannot reach them via phone they don’t answer or will not get back to you. It’s one of a kind location hotel where you cannot get uber directly even the hotel staff refuse to help you to get uber. We had to carry our luggage 2big and 2small carryon to 1km distance to another hotel with very difficulty along the stairs and then get uber ourselves the reception can simply deny to help. Hotel doesn’t distinguish Accor Member’s Platinum Status or below to any recognition no additional service or upgrade efforts are made even when the rooms were available the next day and probably went unoccupied. Horrible breakfast felt like we were eating salad from yesterday’s breakfast doesn’t feel fresh. We stayed for 5 nights we didn’t dare go for breakfast again for remain 4 days.
