Good location... close to the mall and offices. However, the building is quite old and could do with some upgrades - only 2 elevators and 1 was always out of order. Also, regarding the service - only about 2 of the reception staff were really helpful/friendly. The rest just generally did the minimum and were dismissive. Lastly, the cleaners were hit and miss. I was there for a month - had proper cleaning twice and the other 2 times, I could see that they just changed the sheets/towels and didn't bother to clean surfaces or sweep/vacuum.
