Not a great experience. Room’s landline phone was not operational. Behaviour of the lady sitting at reception (especially during the night) was rude.

Unclean kitchen and toilet WC

The cleaniness condition of the kitchen area (especially the cooker, sink, microwave and some utensils) and the toilet water closet (WC) was below the standard I have ever seen in an Adagio hotel.

Very kind and polite persons at the reception. I would have loved that the place would have been cleaner. Also I have really appreciated that you let me keep the apartment for the 2nd part of my stay, but I have asked you kindly to change the room for a higher floor and a better view. If I would have changed as planned I would have received a cleaner studio, with coffee and toilet paper without having to ask for it. But overall I like the fact that it was very well located and very kind employees.
