Aparthotel Adagio La Defense Kleber 4 stars

We stayed in hotel by 1 week and Breakfast was the same every day and for children choice was poor. Room was clean but with some smell.

The apart-hotel room was very good, the receptionist was very helpful

I have stayed at number of Accor Hotels before. Even though I think they are generally overpriced the standard has been acceptable. This was not the case - the suspension for the shower head was lose. Poor beads, dirty hotel room,, Most of the furniture including the doors in the room falling apart e.g. I called the hotel in advanced and asked if I could arrive earlier - not possible to book me in the system. A long telephone call with out any acceptable results. BUT I had to pay full price........ This is the second time and I find my self increasing the usage of other hotel services as Radisson and AirB&B.

We had a nice time. It was great to be able to walk easily to metro station at La Defense and have access to all of Paris. As always, I wish these apartment/hotels were a bit more generous with towels because we stayed 6 nights and had to reuse same bath towels (1 per person) if we did not want to do laundry.

We asked for and had confirmed early check in however upon arrival were told it was not possible. We were then told check was at 12. We left to have lunch and came back at 12:30. We were told the room was still not ready. When we finally got to the room it was poorly cleaned. Broken glass all over the carpet and patio. Gum stuck to the bathroom door, shower did not drain and the A/C did not work. We asked to speak to the manager and were told there was no managers available. Very poor experience. I expected a lot more. We paid a lot to stay here but were not happy. There is no concern for a guest’s issues. I’m very disappointed with the service we received.

ACs did not work in Rooms, rooms were dirty and smelly and my family got trapped in elevator for over 30 minutes.

Nothing special actually

When you stay in Accor hotels you expect some minimum standards to be fulfilled. This place simply doesn't reach a minimum. Reception, corridors, and the room were EXTREMELY DIRTY. Only the old woman at the breakfast was professional. The rest of the staff we met seemed to be there on holiday...

Very good

The hotel rating is deceitful. Definitely not a 4 star. The hotel needs major upgrade and major cleaning. The front staff were very nice though.

Tired hotel

It was a nice hotel, but maybe some housekeeper needs to inspect the rooms now and then. I experienced that the refrigerator was to cold. My water things in the fridge was frozen in the morning, and it was not possible to adjust it. Second a light in the bathroom was not working, just hanging down, which prove to me that no one seems to care about the room maintenance. Anyway I enjoyed the stay.
