Faraway hotel from everything All Accor customer service never replied to my complaint emails. All Accor said they will match any better deals but they didn’t unfortunately after sending all the requested documents so it was a big negative to that company and will recommend it to all my family and friends

The lady at reception told me she gave me a good room. The room was quite old , the elevator was old, Garage was old, everything was old.

The stay was good, the staff was very helpful. In the AC, if there was a possibility to lower the temperature to cool down the room, it would have been great as the room became suffocating and too warm at times. And as the dustbin cleaning was our responsibility, it would have been great if some extra dustbin polybags were provided in the room so as to replace the old ones. Apart from this, I would say it was great stay.
