Apartment was nice but when you pay 120-140EUR per night, basic services like house cleaning, toiletries change, etc. are expected daily. We had a 5night stay but cleaning was not done in any of the days while towels were only changed once. In terms of checkout timings, we asked for 1hr late checkout (by 12noon) and were denied even that despite there being other room availability.

Hello, i would like to inform you that i have been dissatisfied from my epxerience in Adagio La Defence, for the below reasons: - I found a hair in my towels - No variety at the breakfast - spoiled tomato at breakfast - broken jug for apple juice for at least 2 days - broken hair dryer which was not repaired as I was told - flickering light in the bathroom

Lacking amenities originally booked like chromecast, espresso machine and Bluetooth speaker. .

When we got into the hotel room the bathroom is underwhelming. The ceiling of the shower has molds and the paint stripping off the ceiling. A handwash bottle was provided in the shower instead of bodywash and shampoo. The freezer needs to be defrosted as we can't close the door due to ice build up. Would have preferred twin beds in the main room instead of two single if we were given the choice on checking in. Also lacking on the described features of the room as mentioned previously including chromecast bluetooth speakers and espresso machine.

CLose located to metro allowing fast access to main Paris visiting areas Reception personnel is very polite and helpful. Room is small for 3 people, but comparable in size with other Paris locations
