Cold, noisy, unfriendly front desk officer (s), Ibis budget feeling. Not suitable for business travelers in la defense. clean room but that is it.

Booked based on photos online that show renovated rooms. That we did not get. Still 256 euro per night. Bed was comfortable, everything else is outdated. Rain shower did not work. Shampoo blocked. 18 euro worth of breakfast included in the price. Shameful experience: no cups, no knifes, no bread. Dirty tables. After asking we got everything, but breakfast experience was really bad. And breakfast itself really simple.

We ended up leaving the hotel and were promised we would not get billed and I found a charge on my credit card. Called the hotel and they said they would take care of it ASAP and still hasn’t

Hotel is quite old now, but bed very comfortable. No nepresso machine. Tables beside the bed have pointed corners which are dangerous if you are not watching when you get out of the bed - my wife got a nasty bruise close to her eye.

Price performance is weak.
