the room was okay, shower was great. The downside is it is a bit of a long walk to public transport and during our stay the fire alarm kept getting triggered which is a bit annoying.

During my stay there was A LOT OF noise due to party in one of the neighbour rooms. There was music, loud speaking in the corridor till 7 in the morning when I was leaving hotel to go to the airport. I complained to reception several times and he said that he called the police but they never came. Hotel staff incapable to do anything.

Disappointing experience - broken items in bath room and kitchen

The checkin was Ok, arriving in the room 202 showed that the kitchen was worn out by water damage, kitchen doors of the fridge were not attached and not matching the fridge itself. I found the room poorly lit, in the living room there was only one wall light. The worst was the shower, only the hand held shower worked , not the rain shower overhead. Asked if could be fixed, nothing happened. Bed OK, cleanliness OK, other facilities OK. Staff was friendly. Please make sure that these simple to fix things are fixed. That is why I am more dissatisfied than satisfied.

There was a party/celebration in one of the rooms on my floor with lots of people in the corridors, loud music, etc. Despite complains to the reception nothing was done. Couldn't sleep all night. Receptionist called the police to calm down the people, but they never came.

Billing issue & Customer experience

Billing issue - First of all the hotel has deducted twice the amount (153*2) and they have blocked (150) charges. I was using my forex card and in total 456 euro was deducted. When I spoke to the receptionist, he was just arguing me and he said we follow the process. Worst customer experience - The receptionist (for your reference male black guy and nothing to do with his skin color) was not ready to hear me and he was very unprofessional. On the top he said to me that this is not India. I must admit that he was a racist who commented on me because of my skin color. This is the worst experience ever I had and will never visit to this hotel again in future.

Great access using the metro to explore Paris but hard to find if you are driving. We had to enter the hotel from underground parking. Adagio seems to share this entrance with Sofitel. The staff did their best to answer all queries and they speak English well.

I liked the breakfast, and staff was friendly. I was a bit less impressed with the room, it had a strange smell and the one window couldn't be opened at all because the handle had broken off, the other only by jamming something in the window sill because it would slide back shut again.

A hotel with very difficult access, the uber a taxi do not know how to get to the hotel, the water dispenser and other drinksdo not have availabillity, breakfast is not varied, therebis no cleanimg service in the room, its necessary for one to peform the cleaning

had a nightmare ordering taxis as no one knew how to access the address, no receipt given and had to pay all cost up front, minimum re toiletries, coffee maker but no coffee, no tea etc, real basic. For the price overpriced.

very nice personal at receipt desk and breakfast room. The room was fine with a kitchen and WC and shower room. The breakfast was also nice for me with different choices. The hotel locates in the CBD and is very near to my conference site.
