This hotel is very close to La Defense, this was comfortable for a business stay. The only problem was the temperature. It was pretty cold in the room and the receptionist could not increase the temperature.

room was SUPER cold at night. the heater didn't seem to work. reception said it's normal if temperature is blocked at 22 degrees. staff is nice, but all blacks, arabs, or indians, not even one white person (this is France really??). One might scream racism, but if you step into a hotel in Japan and see only black people then you won't be happy and wonder if you're really in Japan or Africa. Hearing staff speaking arabic between each other is not pleasant as you don't understand nothing of what they say. Also, lift stops at floor 0 everytime, whether you like it or not. Pretty annoying, and for absolutely no reason. Several times you have to enter the code to make it move too. Breakfast is basic but ok. I mean I know "it's Paris" but, at 211€ /night aren't you supposed to deliver a bit better service than that? Ok now for the pros: -large room, cosy, kitchen, comfortable bed, good location if you work at La Defense. As mentioned above, staff is nice. Big shopping mall at 10mn walk (Westfield) with many restaurants and stores. Metro line 1 will take you straight to the center of Paris.

Booked based on photos online that show renovated rooms. That we did not get. Still 256 euro per night. Bed was comfortable, everything else is outdated. Rain shower did not work. Shampoo blocked. 18 euro worth of breakfast included in the price. Shameful experience: no cups, no knifes, no bread. Dirty tables. After asking we got everything, but breakfast experience was really bad. And breakfast itself really simple.
