Breakfast was very good. It was also good that the corporate discount has been applied, after the communication. Comparing to Japanese Hotel, service, room cleanliness and amenity has big gap. For 6 days consecutive customer, room cleaning was not provided at all. I have request to provide a single towel set for replacement, however, the hotel staff did not communicate it to the service staff. But I know very well that this kind of service level (management) is normal in Europe, especially in France, and we cannot expect the same level as Japanese hotel, so I was not surprised.

It’s always a pleasure staying here. Only catch is that the place does not get a taxi reach it for pickup. It’s a hassle walking all the way to Melia hotel that too taking the steps with luggage. And also same for having to make our own omelette for breakfast. Otherwise the stay was good.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were far below what I would expect, especially from a property that advertises itself as a 4-star residence. The walls were visibly dirty, and the ironing board was in a shocking condition, looking as if various substances had been spilled on it and never properly cleaned. The room had an unpleasant smell from the moment I entered. The bed was neither comfortable nor particularly clean, and the sofa was stained and dirty. In the bathtub, I found hair left behind by previous guests, which immediately made me question the quality of the housekeeping standards. The kitchen area was no better. The stovetop and microwave were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. To make matters worse, the invoice issued at checkout contained incorrect billing information, creating additional frustration and unnecessary follow-up. Overall, the room felt neglected, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard I expected. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
