Hotel is quite old now, but bed very comfortable. No nepresso machine. Tables beside the bed have pointed corners which are dangerous if you are not watching when you get out of the bed - my wife got a nasty bruise close to her eye.

Price performance is weak.

I arrived at the hotel with my family. There was no crib for my baby in the room as requested in my booking. We waited an hour for it to arrive. As nothing came, I went to reception and then had to go to floor 8 store room with the receptionist to collect one. On arriving at the store room he had forgot his access key and went back to floor 2 to collect. Whilst waiting the fire alarm goes off with my wife and baby in the room on floor 4. I sprint down the fire escape stairs to rescue them and our essential belongings to report outside to the muster point. There were numerous fire crews attending fires in the building that were filling the hotel with the smell and fumes of smoke. The receptionist never evacuated despite the alarms. Due to the presence of the smoke throughout the hotel, I was not going to risk my baby or families safety by staying in the hotel. We had to pay for 2 nights in another more expensive (due to very last minute availability) hotel a short but safe distance away. The response by the hotel staff to guest safety was appalling and I would seriously not recommend staying at this hotel or hotel group in the future if the attitude to safety is consistent with this one. The receptionist promised me a full refund within a few days of returning back to the UK and a week on from returning home I have received no contact or refund despite contacting the hotel via email as no one answers the hotel phone number. This event put a huge negative spin on our holiday.

Hotel is ok, the entrance is within a small mall which does not look very appealing. Breakfast is ok, however tables to be shared with other guest. The room is spacious but is slightly outdated as well. The cabin in the closet did not open. The Rainshower was good, the hand shower did not work. Maintenance service was ok, after notifying the reception desk.
