Only positive aspect: good location of hotel near park Negative aspects: I have not received any invoice from the hotel despite promise from receptionist, 3 ignored emails, 1 phone call with new false promise and 1 phone call ignored. I`m frequent traveler, stayed in tens of hotels and I have never seen such approach. Hotel goes to blacklist of our company. In addition, hallway heading to my room had strong chemical smell. Breakfast restaurant was very small and crowded, guests had problem to find the spot. Elevator was super slow.

After payments,you’re on your own. Limited staff to attend to your needs. Room was boiling hot. No air conditioner in rooms during hot weather and its very uncomfortable so be mindful 🤔Rooms are not cleaned until 8dayys of staying which is a shame. No ordinary complement water on your first day of arrival in your room. POOR SERVICE RENDERED. UNHAPPY CLIENT!!!

This place was too overpriced for the value. It started with trying to enter the building. The door is locked (which is fine) and there are numbers and codes which were not shared with me. There are some buttons with French words on them. I had to wait until someone exited to go inside and when I told the receptionist, she told me indignantly that it was written in French how to open the door. I felt humiliated and I was clearly in the wrong. The lift is ancient and it takes twice as long. If you plan 5 minutes to leave the hotel, double the time. The rooms are more for a hostel than a hotel. The toilet flush did not work at first and had to be pressed several times. The water pressure is non existant. The location is out of Paris and not that close to any really convenient station. Also, when you drop your keys off and pick them up later, they do not verify if you are the person actually staying in that room - meaning, anyone can take your key if you leave at the reception.

Friendly service, good breakfast. The rooms have everything you need, and the shops for groceries are very close by. Bakery just around the corner! Staff helped with arranging taxis and was very helpful with directions and advice.

The location is great, close to la defense, metros and rer. The room is great too, there’s a lot of space and a little kitchen. The only bad side is the hot water, it’s impossible for two people to shower without having to wait 20 minutes for the hot water to recharge.

Old and run-down aparthotel in La Défense. In itself, it’s well located and could be useful for people staying more than 3 days for work and want to avoid having to eat out all the time, thanks to the small kitchen inside the room. However, the price absolutely does not justify the quality of the stay. Creepy hallways, an extremely small and outdated bathroom, and a breakfast that is unacceptable for that price.

Very clean, very well maintained flat, equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay. Very convenient location in an attractive neighbourhood, with La Defense Station within a walking distance and lots of local groceries within a few minutes walk. I stayed at Adagio La Défense Place Charras during my study abroad time in Paris and I couldn't have had a better experience. The facilites were great, the room was clean, spacious enough and well furnished. Furthermore, all the staff were always extremely friendly and open. The location was great as well. I felt safe as well as well connected to the city center.
