Check in time was long, Good rooms but bathroom to small. 10 mins walk from nearest metro station. Bus stop is nearby but no use. Supermarkets close by.

Great location, spacious room, good facilities, beds not too comfortable.

The apartment was clean and big enough for the 4 of us. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the table football. The only thing we didn't like was that you could smell the rubbish from the bin room when we were using the table football in the reception area, otherwise everything was satisfactory

Friendly & helpful staff. Room has a very nice view.. Like in all over Paris, parking space is limited, but the staff was very helpful in accomodating.

I was made to feel very welcome in this place, with the staff being very friendly and efficient. The whole place was clean, tidy, well provisioned and had everything that I needed. Check in and Checkout was trouble free. I particularly appreciated being on the 12th floor and having windows on 2 sides with a view of the Eiffel Tower from one of these. This allowed me to watch the fire works that were set off on Bastille day, along with watching it at the same time on the TV. The area is a bit noisy during the week as there is some building work going on locally especially at the weekend, however this didn't affect me.

The hotel is well situated. Rooms are comfortable but would need to be refreshed to provide full satisfaction to Customer understanding the price paid. Water noise in the bathroom during the night and noisy arrivals around 12:00 by neighbors.

Was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was not well maintained, the furniture was old and broken. The fan in the room was not working and it was also not attended inspite of complaining to the frontdesk which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the room during the hot summer nights.

Room was outdated and bathroom was dirty. Know showing curtain so after a shower the bathroom was complete wet. Parking was full, so needed to park 500m from the hotel. Breakfast area was very small, therefore zero privacy, also the quality was extreme low. I know Paris is expensive but to pay 651€ for 3 nights at the outside of Paris (11km from center) you would expect some quality but in this case not. The only highlight was diner at Le Tournesol, excellent food and wine for a good price.

The room was fine, but the bathroom desperately needed a renovation, as did the hallways (weird smell) & reception area. The location is good and the price too, which offset some of the negative aspects. Would choose a different hotel next time.
