Everything was excellent, I enjoyed my stay very much. The room is clean, everything functions well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They organize several cultural events. Great location near La Defense with the all needed facilities available. Good area for shopping. I will definitely choose this aparthotel again.

Stayed here many years ago and this time glad to be back ! Pleasantly surprised by the room we were given - top floor, corner 1412. The lady in the reception on our checkout day was very helpful. She was also going to review our rate and reimburse on the extra change as we were 2 adults and 2 kids instead of 4 adults that I had mistakenly booked for! Thanks

Property location is good (for groceries, connectivity etc). Major subway connectivity is 1km to La defense. Bus station is just outside the hotel. We had little difficulty for communication as the staff could not understood our requests in English. During our stay of 2 weeks, only 1 lift was in operation for more than 1 week.

Had a congress at La Defense. The hotel was less than 10mn by walk, the bed was very confortable, and I had a small balcony. Only problem was that the room next door was really noisy and I could hear them a lot. Overall, I recommend it for work trips!
