Overall , F&B experience is great but checking in and out the ladies was very cold and i didnt feel like the platinum member status is recognised and the room is ok. But really didnt see the difference with a superior room which i feel i have over paid for.

The second night no coffee capsules were replaced and my dirty coffee cup was left in the room!!! The morning I called reception at 630am to get some capsules and nobody answered for a long time. I even tried the external phone line. Finally at 650am someone responded and asked me to wait till 7am. I was not happy so they brought me the coffee capsules in the end- not really a 4 stars service!

This does not reflect the standards of service we aim to deliver. After reviewing the situation internally, it appears that your room could not be checked at the end of the shift due to the “Do Not Disturb” indicator being activated. As a result, a few steps were unintentionally missed, and we sincerely regret the impact this had on your stay. Regarding your early-morning call, we are also sorry for the delay in answering. Our night team should have been more responsive, and your comment has been shared with them so that they can improve both reactivity and communication. Please rest assured that a reminder has already been issued to our housekeeping supervisors, and our team will reinforce procedures to prevent this situation from happening again. I stayed for 6 nights and my third time staying. My only complaint is I was promised on first night to get a larger room given it’s a 6 night stay and I could use the drawers etc for my clothes but not given - the room was too small. Maybe language issues… otherwise all good. And thank you!

Driving back to the UK, so wanted a hotel with a garage, and easy access to all of Paris. This hotel ticked all the boxes. We especially enjoyed the amazing views across Paris from the TacTac Cocktail bar. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes from the nearest metro station, and allows easy access to all areas of Paris. The service is good and the staff are friendly.

Room is nice and well designed but lacks some basic/elementary convenience things: mirror in front of the sink in the bathroom, no desk to work with a laptop, wardrobe space not very large.
