Nice hotel with nice views, although a bit far away from the city center. Traffic in Paris is a nightmare so, from a location point of view not ideal, but the modern installations and the restaurant at the 25th floor with amazing views make up for the location.

Hotel is well located and rooms were very comfortable. My room was located on 20th floor and had a wonderful view over Paris. The Sky Bar was superb. Breakfast was excellent and had everything you could want from a hotel.

In short : disappointing experience : doesn't match the comfort level claimed Room : While reserving : I specified "quiet room, far from elevators or service area" While checking in: the front desk officer told me : "you're upgraded to a Suite. As a suite : it is soundproofed to elevators noises and quiet : trust me" Once in the Suite : located very close to the elevator (!), so : you're leaving with the elevator machineries sound all night, and you're living with the noise of people walking in the corridor to take the elevator or go back to rooms. I didn't request any changes cause it was very late. Very disappointing night then, clearly. Also : upgrading to a Suite can be considered as fine, even if created a worst comfort situation than expected. What about upgrading on the right beautiful side of Paris instead of the dark motorways view ? My historical client status at Accor group would suggest it by default but it seems no one at front desk took that into consideration (and I clearly think the hotel wasn't full that night) Breakfast : Clearly : bad experience also. Mostly over the Accor brands all over the world : I've never paid such a fee (31€) for such a poor breakfast : limited choice of products : only boiled eggs to be cooked by yourself, not even fried eggs, scrambled eggs looked like a liquid porridge, bacon very low quality, industrial bread not tasty (for foreigners : an offense to french tradition !), almost fully help yourself service, etc, etc Please do your competitive assessment within other brands in the group at same comfort level, and even better : other brands charging quite the same price and you'll see the quality difference. Only positive thing : very close to public transport : very convenient to reach business area downtown Paris (even west side), and I guess for tourism also. I'd probably recommend Mc Gallery brand, but not your hotel.
