positive: room, view and food quality negative: 150 euro per night of cash deposit + credit card as a guarantee of payment... too much. breakfast, from 7.00 not always on time (7:10) restaurant, service not fast and precise for the level/price no common space (hall?) for meeting people or working or just for waiting taxi

The view was magnificent and the staff were very polite, but there were several disappointing aspects of our stay: 1. Refrigerator Issue: Upon check-in, we discovered the refrigerator base was faulty, making it difficult to open. My wife accidentally hit a nearby metal railing and sustained an injury while trying to open it. After reporting this to the staff, they provided a temporary fix that afternoon. This incident was particularly upsetting as it occurred during our honeymoon, and it significantly impacted our experience. 2. Bathroom Design: The threshold design in the shower is clearly flawed. Water easily leaks out during showers, leaving the bathroom floor completely flooded. 3. Breakfast Variety: We stayed for eight nights, yet the breakfast selection remained exactly the same every single day. This was quite disappointing and did not align with the hotel’s premium positioning and high price point. As a loyal Accor member staying at a property near the Group’s headquarters in France, I am not seeking compensation. My only hope is that the hotel will seriously review these issues and take the necessary steps for improvement. Thank you.

The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, snotty, and unaccommodating in the extreme when we ran into a challenge with a meeting attendee.

Overall great hotel, great room, restaurant, etc. But it was very frustrating not to be offered an early check in or for the least a comfortable place to change and relax when arriving early morning from the airport after a long trip.
