Your Platinum status and upgrade benefit were taken into consideration upon arrival, and your initial Classic Room reservation had already been upgraded to an Executive Room. As you wished to enjoy a larger accommodation for your ten-night stay, our team subsequently offered the possibility of moving to a Family Suite. As this represented an additional upgrade beyond the one already provided, a supplement was applicable. We are sorry if the way this was explained at first was not sufficiently clear or welcoming. We also sincerely regret the misunderstanding regarding breakfast. The complimentary breakfast benefit displayed within the ALL programme was linked to specific conditions that were not applicable to your stay at our hotel. We understand how disappointing and confusing this may have been, and we are sorry that this information was not clearer during the booking process.
