I love this hotel but I don’t accept policy when they dont treat you as their gold member only because reservation was from the company. So no early check in and late check out. No upgrade. No drink. No event try to do it. I inform receptionist that even If it was reservation by agency I will pay for it because it will be reinvoiced - I heard just „no sorry”. You know guest is your visitor in the end of the day, not company. Please consider to change policy , I really love your place
