Not sure when the black / purple hotel entrance photo was taken but the actual look of the building is more for Ibis Budget look, which is actually in the same building. So when you walk through the main entrance the ground floor reception is for the budget hotel. The reception of Ibis is a lift ride up where the receptionists are bored and look slightly annoyed while checking you in. The room and the bathroom was super clean, 5 star for that. The bus taking you back to the metro station, because the hotel is a bit from the from centre, is close to the entrance. While you wait along the busy road the smell of rotting garbage is more than prevelant. Not sure why the hotels not attended to it. Considering the pricing of this hotel and the overall impression of the place... I wouldn`t stay here again.

The staff were all great, very helpful, the big problem was the pillows, they were too thick and they made my neck ache. I recommend you to use 2 thinner pillows instead of 1 thicker one

We enjoyed ourselves on a recent trip to Paris. The hotel was clean , comfortable and we were made very welcome by the pleasant staff. The hotel had a bar/ Restaurant in the reception area, which was still serving when we arrived on Thursday evening. Breakfast was served in a bright airy room , with a great selection for a full continental breakfast well attended to by the catering staff.

We had a good stay at the IBIS Hotel Porte de Bercy. You have a Shopping Mall right next to it, but you have to take a bus to connect to the metro or walk 15-20 Minutes. The bedsheets were clean and would be changed everyday if you let them, which we don't like. The room was renovated, but small. For a trip to a city like Paris it is alright, we were there to enjoy the city, not the hotel room. I would say price/value it is unbeatable.

Spacious rooms and clean. Very basic facilities compared to similar ibis hotels in other countries. It would be ideal if there was a hot water kettle or facilities to make tea or coffee in the room or in the floor level. Not close to a train station but can use the buses to get to nearest station. We used bolt hire cars to get to the city. Staff were friendly.
