The room was not pleasant very disappointed with the quality of the room the worst Ibis room i have stayed in and I have been at Ibis budgets that were better and better priced.
A good base for a car based stay but difficult access for a walk in and almost impossible for a cyclist like me.

As I was arriving by train in Bercy I assumed that the hotel would be adjacent but didnt follow up (my mistake) and so it was lucky I had my bike with me as it was several km and very busy roads to get to the commercial center where the hotel is based. Perhaps this is easily reached by bus. THe hotel staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable and had a view over the river. The busy roads were not a nuisance in my room. BUT to access the cycleway was very difficult and dangerous and probably illegal as I had to cross two lanes of traffic. ONce on the cycleway it was brilliant with maybe 7km of riding into the city on a dedicate roadway including tunnels. So I would recommend to management, since Paris is supporting a move to cycling, that you meet with the city management and work out a crossing or tunnel to reach the cyclepath, from the commercial centre. For the above reason I would not chose the hotel again for a walking or cycling based weekend in the city. For a car based visit it would be OK.

Airco system blowing hot air all night; no way to turn it off… broken shower… a door that doesn’t close… non possibility to get some water or soft drink late at night…
Good location for me
