The staff were all great, very helpful, the big problem was the pillows, they were too thick and they made my neck ache. I recommend you to use 2 thinner pillows instead of 1 thicker one

We enjoyed ourselves on a recent trip to Paris. The hotel was clean , comfortable and we were made very welcome by the pleasant staff. The hotel had a bar/ Restaurant in the reception area, which was still serving when we arrived on Thursday evening. Breakfast was served in a bright airy room , with a great selection for a full continental breakfast well attended to by the catering staff.
