Terrible location, should not be recommended for anything longer than a day or two.

I cannot believe K. recommended this place for a two week stay in Paris. This location is so isolated and no where near anything enjoyable in Paris. The surrounding area is dirty, full of trash and homeless people. No way to walk to bercy village as it was a 26 minute walk over the highway in a sketchy area. The room was small and manageable. But the lock on my door didn’t work, and I was already feeling unsafe in a new place all by myself. There was no fridge or microwave in my room (although there was a microwave in the lobby of the budget hotel downstairs). The shower head in my room was broken which, whatever it just added to my less than enjoyable stay. The staff was great, didn’t have any issues and the cleaning staff was very nice. Sometimes the buses wouldn’t come for 30+ minutes so it just made it a very long journey to get anywhere. If you want to stay in Paris, do not stay here as it will be very hard to get to anything.

Having been stuck in the channel tunnel for over 3 hours on a train that broke down,we arrived tired and hungry and it would have been nice to receive a welcome drink on arrival this did not happen despite me telling reception of our ordeal and I thought I was a silver member!apart from this rest of stay was comfortable,breakfast was good ,bar was in a nice setting, we slept well but discovered on departing our room the mattress had old stains on it,but I don't think housekeeping had noticed this
